Fantastic, relaxing, friendly, clean, with updated facilities and tons of different packages. Enjoyed a couples massage, which included use of the steam room and indoor hot tub as well as use of the oceanfront pool and restaurant/bar. What a great birthday celebration. Susan did my massage and it was perfect. Inna did my pedi and it was everything I asked for. I got a glass of wine and spend a few minutes in the hot tub. It was wonderful. Ive been a massage therapist for 12 years and I highly recommend.

Great access to the ocean. Good strong drinks and friendly staff. Hot water in the showers, nice beds, fun activities, and large food portions at the poolside bar. The convenience snacks were VERY expensive in the hotel! $2.14 for a tiny bag of hard chips! Ridiculous! But overall, I definitely enjoyed my stay.

The place was under construction. The room was nice. When we checked in we were told that we have a $12.00 credit to use in the bar. We thought that was very nice and thanked them. After settling in, we went to the bar. Several people came to the bar asking about the 12.00 credit. The bartender accommodated everyone. Upon checking out today, the $12.00 was on our bill. What a scam. Beware of the credit.

My experience at Ocean Waters Spa at the Plaza Resort and Spa was amazing! The place is huge inside and they offered so many things that I didnt even know about. Pam was my masseuse; I got a full body Swedish and she was divine. So happy with my massage and definitely plan on going again. Would definitely recommend

BED BUGS in the pool and in the room! Had to throw out everything we took because of it!Air Conditioner issues not just in the bedroom of our suite, but also on the entire floor.
