Atlantic Terrace holds a very special place in my heart. We have owned part of this timeshare since it was built in 1985. A beautiful place that was recently remodeled. I recently bought the timeshare from my dad and I look forward to going every single year now. The staff is amazing and so is Atlantic Terrace itself.

Wonderful wrap around balcony with amazing views. Well laid out rooms and full kitchen to cook. Nice pool, hot tub overlooking ocean. Beautiful facility and friendly staff. They were very helpful ensuring we knew how to access and enter/exit. Highly recommend.

This stay was one of the better stays I had in a long time. In the last 3 weeks, Ive stayed at 3 different studio/condo rentals. Interesting enough this was the cheapest, and was the best in terms of quality of accommodations, amenities, staff and location.Only thing I regret is not using the heated pool.It was great to be in a place where you had to look for something wrong rather than inadvertently notice it.My unit was spacious, clean, bright, modern and comfortable. I got a sense that they cared to maintain a certain level of quality and appearance of the unit and property. Check in was smooth even though different than I expected. Parking was ample and convenient. Staff was friendly, available and communicated unintrusively.I intend to stay hear again in the future given the overall positive experience.

Ive been coming here every year since 1989. Great condo love that its on the beach. Only complaint I have is they need to clean their grills more. Those things are pretty nasty.

Great place. Liked it so much the first time a couple years ago we came back again. Rooms are modern, huge and clean. With a wonderful wrap around large balcony. Three rooms per level, two face the ocean. You can still see the ocean a little bit from the third. Very friendly staff. From the patio with the heated pool and hot tube, you walk right onto the beach.

As owners at Atlantic Terrace we are totally satisfied with the direction current management is going in handling our Florida vacation home. All aspects of our vacation were outstanding. The personnel do everything in their power to make our stay memorable. Thank you to all. Hopefully, we will be adding a second week to next years visit.

Elevator broke...had to go to 8th floor

Staff was very kind and the rooms were great! Always able to see the ocean even if in the rooms on the front side of the building. Love being able to walk around the balcony.

At first wasnt happy with 1st floor room but in the end was happy they put us there as it made getting to the pool and beach easy. Room (condo) was bigger than expected and nice. Parking is an issue if you have more than 1 vehicle. Would definitely stay here again.

It was fine the bathrooms could be a little bigger

Everything was great! The rooms and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. Grill area had all the utensils needed and had toys for the beach also.

Just returned from a week at Atlantic Terrace. Beautiful, spacious condo on the beach. This was our first year owning there. Staff was gracious, weather was beautiful and many great restaurants were nearby. We highly recommend Atlantic Terrace for a first class vacation on beautiful Daytona Beach Shores.

Condo is beautiful, spacious, clean and you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Location is great with spectacular views.

We stopped by to visit a friend from out of town while they were on vacation. They had a riverside view condo boomed, but we still had a pretty clear view of the beach, too! The room seemed clean and they had a flyer in the room displaying weekly events the condo had to offer. They had a grilling area downstairs and hard easy access to the beach!

WHAT A GREAT PLACE!! SUZANNA AND THE STAFF WERE THE BEST. GREAT CONDO LAYOUT, GREAT POOL AND HOT TUB. WILL TRY TO STAY THERE EVERY TIME!! EVEN HELPED US OUT FOR AN EXTRA NIGHT ON MY WIFES BIRTHDAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT!!!!!

Absolutely loved the view and access to the beach.Condo was clean and in good condition, they are remodeling a few things that had hurricane damage but can tell overall they take care of the building.

Atlantic terrace is an awesome time share. We have been owners for years and never trade. Great location on the beach. Close to Daytona beach without all the traffic.

Huge timeshare! Two bedrooms but you can fit plenty of people. Its right on the beach and you have a wrap around porch. Love it!

Really nice ocean view unit; equipped with the necessary; we felt at home; when we book our trip we were hoping for sunshine, but weather was very cold for Florida standards - we appreciated the fact that the heated pool and hot tub were open, so in spite of cold winds and rough seas we still got to be outdoors.

Awesome views and great staff. I give them 5 stars because we booked off of expedia and received something we werent expecti ng. The expedia posting showed a condo with ocean views that was atleast level 3 thru 5 with no listing saying we may not get this exact condo. When we arrived we got room 1B which is below the front desk at the level of the pool. The first thing we did was open the curtains and didnt see ocean, but a tarp with orange construction cones. Disappointed, we called the front desk and she said she had nothing available higher up. Understandable, and we let it go and learned from the experience. The next morning we got an email from expedia asking how our experience was and I said I was unhappy because it was bottom level with no views. It wasnt an actual review just an email request for feedback. An hour or two later, the front desk calls and said they had a no show and that we could move up after seeing our reply. They were so understanding and we were moved up with a much better view and even offered us an extra night but couldnt accept because of work. It really is a beautiful condo complex, I just recommend calling and confirming you are on a level you prefer since they get booked up. The expedia listing did not include any fine print on the fact it may not be the exact condo you are seeing in photos. Very close to restaurants and the local pier. Would recommend to anyone! People are clickish and not very nice. The 4 to of July week is a lot of owners who think they are better than anyone else. I sold my unit there due to the attitudes of wanna be...

Nice, spacious units right on the beach. Pretty modern and updated. They have a nice pool and hot tub. I knocked 1 star off because they have had renovations being done both times I came the last couple years.

Checked in quickly. All the comforts of home. Plenty of room so you and other guest dont crowd each other. Loved the view of beach. Pool and hot tub is a nice place to relax and read a book. The beach is clean and not crowded in January. Took a nice walk along the beach every morning. Wonderful place to refuel your mind from work and other things.

The building is right on the beach and view is outstanding. Recent full renovation has upgraded the facility significantly. The updated rooms (spacious), lobby, pool area... are all very nice and well kept. A huge improvement. The staff is also very friendly.

The Atlantic Terrace was beautiful .The condo was large and beautifully decorated and comfortable . Our view was amazing !The staff very kindly changed our place from a 1st floor to a 6th floor condo .We really appreciated them rearranging for us ! My only suggestion would be to havemore comfortable chairs for the balcony .We loved our stay and will for sure beback ! London On Canada

Great vacation retreat!

Stayed in 2 rooms A-line 8th floor and B-line 1st floor rooms are exactly the same except for view. Very spacious and staff was excellent. Front desk was the best I think her name was Theresa. Rooms are Beautiful and beachfront was perfect. Would definetly stay again. Pictures of rooms are exact. We stayed end of July 2016. Perfect weather.

Great value, tons of space and right on the beach

The only good thing about this place was the access to the public beach. The staff was very rude and the condo is very rundown. The plaster was falling off the walls and the furniture was dingy, like it was from 1980. The pull out bed was so bad my son decided to sleep on the floor.Also, you pay for housekeeping even if you dont use it. And the front desk people treat you different if you are not an owner of this resort. I own in Vegas and went through RCI to book this resort thinking it would be at least similar to other resorts Ive stayed at along Florida coast but it was definitely NOT.There is a small pool and small hot tub (only fits 6). This is a retirement resort also, not very many families here.The housekeeping doesnt trade your towels or anything like that. You are lucky to catch them before 10 am or you are out of luck. And dont forget trash bags because you have to take out your own trash daily and if you dont do your dishes before you leave, they charge $75 !!! They claim that this is extra and extremely dirty if you dont have time to do your own dishes the night before you leave. Ive never stayed somewhere where they expect you to do your dishes and take out your trash before you leave. Or where you have to wake up before 9:30 am just to get clean towels and ask for trash bags! Who does that? Isnt that supposed to be a part of the resort experience?We had this problem because our flight left at 6am so we didnt have time to clean everything before we left. They pretty much want everything spotless before you leave. And when I called to inquire about the extra charge, the front desk said its not a hotel, we dont clean up your dishes and trash. WOW ! She also said you have to sign up for housekeeping if we want clean towels and trash bags...? The worst part is that NO ONE told us ANYTHING about this when we checked in...So, we went a whole week with no clean towels or trash bags (we eventually went and found someone to give us clean towels since they said they dont want you to launder their towels at all). Then they charged us $75 after I left a bad review on RCI.You cant check in until after 5pm either.One last thing, they expect you to leave a housekeeping tip even if you never seen housekeeping during youre entire stay. Who pays $75 for their dishes to be done??This place also tried to sale you a week for $3000 but want you to help pay for remodeling too.There must not be good management here. I would not stay here again.

Theyve completed the renovation and everyting looks Great! We spent Springbreak (week 14) in unit 7A. The views were breath taking. The units are 2bd 2ba. With the complete kitchen, you dont have to leave. Theres also a washer & dryer. The manager, Dsuzanne Noviello is very gracious and accomodating. The deak clerk, Theresa knows the area well and can direct you to the local stores. The venue was originally going to be condos, so there is plenty of room. Well be back!

We were very impressed and surprised by the size of this unit. Lots of room and wow.. the balcony! Very updated and clean. The only complaints would be there not being a wheelchair accessible ramp to beach and the noise level at night. The pool hours are until midnight, which is great... BUT we had kids screaming LOUDLY every night at the pool. It did state that kids must be supervised by an adult 12 and under.. not so sure these were. I have kids of my own and noises usually don’t bother me, but this was ridiculously loud. Other than that, this place is perfect and right beside one of our favorite places to eat, Crabby Joe’s!

Eine sehr schöne, große, schön eingeteilte Wohnung. Zentraler Wohn-Küchenbereich. Die Wohnung macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Appartment mit tollem Blick. Alles ist sehr sauber man möchte für immer bleiben, so schön ist der Blick aus den Fenstern. Toll ist das ein Grundversorgung an Spülmittel und Tabs sowie Waschmittel schon vorhanden ist. Es ist kein massenbunker und somit schön leise.

Très grand logement sur le bord de la mer. Très tranquil.
