For the price it was a great trip. It is right next to the beach and we had a good time with the kids. The rooms were okay, beds were a little uncomfortable, and they was always a slightly weird smell, but we enjoyed ourselves.

This place has a 5 star location, right on the beach. It had a lovely outdoor patio, with many lounge chairs, and several wooden tables and chairs. We had a one bedroom apartment. The bedroom was large, as was the living/dining area. There was a flat screen tv in both rooms. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals.

Clean and spacious, comfortable rooms and we were never disturbed by anything. The staff was very helpful every time we needed something and were happy to be of service. No complaints for the place. I would stay again for sure. Affordable, right by the beach, literally took only about 30 seconds to walk and have your toes in the sand. 5*s for sure!

This place is fabulous for a vacation with a big family! The pool is super close and gorgeous with a view of the beach 6 steps further than the pool. The condo itself is spectacular! So much space! Plenty of room to store stuff in the beautiful drawers and cabinets and we had 3 full baths to go with our 3 separate bedrooms. The service Here was fabulous too! We needed a new light bulb in the kitchen and they came and changed out right away. Of course its right in Daytona Beach which is full of things to do. All close by. Its easy to catch a ride on the city bus and not have to pay for parking. My entire family enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend staying here when you can!

Location is everything and this place gets 5 stars for location and hospitality. The units are old and need some updating. Parking is tight. Only one elevator for all second floor units. Small kitchen and bare essentials for cooking. Club had a pool and is close to everything in Daytona Beach Shores. 1 hr 15 min drive to Orlando and all the theme parks there. Check-in was super easy. Front desk is not manned 24 hrs a day. The 2 bedroom unit easy fits 4 people or a family of 6 with small kids. Enjoy your stay.

Bedroom was very large, and bathroom was very small. Kitchen and living room was minimal, and only had one thing to sit on -- the couch-- which was wedged between the kitchen counter and the air conditioner. Could exchange room towels midweek, and pool/beach towels could be exchanged daily.

What a nice place. Our first time there and left very satisfied. Oscar helped us out day one and got us into our room early. He has worked there 18 years. Ocean front studio was perfect for the two of us. Second floor sunrise views amazing. Pool was heated perfect. You could walk out on the beach in seconds. Clean place overall, nice staff. Pots and pans could be better in the kitchen but we made it work. We stayed the week of New Years 2020. Weather was rain two days then sunny the rest. We love Florida. Recommended 100%.

This tiny place is small, dark, noisy, old, has very hard mattresses & cramped parking. The room was as clean as it could be in covid times & it is right on the Daytona beach. But I wouldnt ever return or recommend because the door locks were very flimsy & I didnt feel safe.

Were members of Global Destinations Vacation club and had originally booked at another resort. However, that resort suffered major damage from Hurricane Mathew so this was our next choice. The room is truly ocean front and the Beach is part of the drive on . This is important as my husband is having a difficult time walking and we have a temporary handicap parking pass...with that being said..parking here is not the best..one driveway in and only ONE handicap parking space...The suite is comfortable with a kitchenette and the front desk staff is great and housekeeping helped us at the elevator to take the luggage carts to our room!!! We will be back!!

I have been going for the last 36 years and I love it wish I had a unit with 1 bedroom instead of a studio but besides that I love it! Its our family tradition.

Motel is clean with somewhat spacious rooms. Location is right on the beach, pool and patio area is awesome!

We experienced too many problems for me to give a good review. Pool was unusable because the heater was broken and its 52 degrees outside, Our units window was broken(cracked), The blinds were broken, the hairdryer was broken/didnt work. The staff was friendly and helpful but our experience here wasnt great. We had been here about 10 years ago. It was nicer then. It appears as though they did bare-minimum maintenance over 10 years and as expected the place is now falling apart. Theres a string of lights all around the pool area and half of it doesnt illuminate, making the place feel cheap.

It was Paradise here we didnt want to leave. The staff was supper friendly and the location was great. The back yard was grills a heated pool for 8 feet and the beach beyond the pool.

Rooms a little dated but if you are on the beach or at the pool most of the time, the value is worth it. This place is all about location. The old place is actually well kept and clean. Staff very accomodating.

Not much to look at from the outside but inside was neat and clean. A few minor issues with some things that needed to be fixed that they took care of immediately. Great pool area with access to the beach and ocean.

Fantastic place they treat you great everyone is friendly. Clean and simple place to stay and is more of a relaxing place to stay. Not as loud of a place being around 3 miles away from the boardwalk you actually have room to enjoy the beach.

Very nice and peaceful

This is my favorite place to vacation. If you want less congestion and a beautiful view you will love it. The rooms come equipped with all the kitchen utensils, full size fridge and stove. The staff is remarkable. They make every effort to make you feel welcome and go out of their way to accommodate you. Dunlawton Bridge has several fishing piers and a bait shop close by. The best restaurant is Aunt Catfish.

The place is old not a lot happening but very clean renovated old roadway inn they say 2b sleeps 6 no way unless you have small kids bathroom quite small small kitchenette . Staff is great and friendly parking is tight not much in walking g distance pizza place across street open at 4 publix Cvs maybe a mile It on the ocean small pool w grills. We stayed for 1night at the marriot 180 tax included extra night at club is 130. This is a very economical vacation club Fyi if you are a family of 4-5 2b w work but if you are w another couple no privacy

This is our 4th time staying here. The complex itself is older but very well maintained. Very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Miriam is so friendly! The rooms are very clean and the lounge area by the pool is so relaxing. This is an older establishment but it seems very well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you’ll need. The parking is a bit deceiving, there’s tons of space to park around back. I’m very happy with my choice. Give them a try.

Wonderful vacation exchange! Known on exchange sites as Palm Bay Resort the buildings are a little on the old side, but dont let that deter you; theyve been well maintained. The place is clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchens utensils well stocked, the pool chlorine properly balanced, and the beach as pretty as any in the Daytona area. Manager Oscar Rodriguez and his staff were friendly, helpful, flexible, and courteous, exuding positive attitudes each time we met. The gas grills for any guest to use make for a fine BBQ picnic. Dwarfed by the high-rises up and down the beach, Perennial Vacation Club is the best kept secret in the area.

This place is okay, nothing fancy. A little dated but its a beachfront resort so most folks dont stay in their room all day everyday anyway. The parking is very tight but if you can really drive, you can make it work.

The 2 bedroom was small in the living room/kitchen/dining area. Not much room in the bedrooms though the bed was very comfy. The air conditioning didnt allow air to get to the back of the condo and drawers amd closets were musty/smelly. Now there was ample room with the sink and vanity for both bathrooms though the actual toilet/shower was pretty tight, a heavy or large person would struggle. I must say it was very clean and the gentleman Oscar, at the front desk, was very kind and helpful.

Reasonable place for the price. Nothing super fancy, but definitely adequate. Staff is friendly. Room is clean. Smaller than other resorts weve stayed at. The pool is heated. Beach access.

This place is great for a week stay. The rooms are equipped with a full kitchen and items you need to cook. The resort is right on the beach which was a huge plus. The beds need some updating. I would stay here again. Very peaceful. I also need to add Mary at the front desk is awesome. So helpful and kind. She made our stay better...and the nice gentleman who works the front desk. Both employees are A+!

So this is is a great bare bones kinda place. It is older but very well kept. It was clean once we arrived. Our fridge did go out on second day but staff was very accomidating. I was brought a new fridge in less than 30 minutes. The maintenance manager moved all of my food into spare he had. Then he moved it back once new fridge was cold. Cant ask for better service than that. Will definitely be back!

The property staff are constantly working to keep the structure maintained. The rooms are extremely clean and the views of the ocean are breathtaking. Beach Access is not handicap accessible at any of the beach resorts in this area due to the protective wall along the beach, but the resort has an elevator for the structure.

Terrible room with a parking lot view. Will never return here especially because we were promised an ocean view and were told our reservation was trumped by one of the owners. We left after a few days and did not complete our vacation here.

Nice place. The two bedroom condo is great for 4 people, but small for more than that. The crew that runs the place were great. They bent over backwards and went out of their way to make our stay great.

This is a great little place. Dont let the unassuming exterior fool ya. The rooms may be simple but they have all ya need and are MAJOR clean. I mean go ahead and scoot out the couch...even behind it is clean and the baseboards spotless. Had a problem with the tub faucet and James with maintenance was right up and fixed it.

I have stayed here multiple times. Always perfectly clean and everything is kept in very good shape. Constantly improving.Great place to bring a family.

If you are expecting luxury, go elsewhere. This place is older but the room is nice. It has a small kitchenette (fridge,microwave, stove) and utensils are provided. There is a full size bed and a sofa/bed. If you are just needing a place to eat and sleep but are spending most of your time on the beach, it great. There is a small pool, gazebo, plenty of seating and the beach is at your feet. Location is perfect!

Low key beachside home-away-from home!

This place is NOT the place to be!! The pictures are very misleading.. I got a two bedroom only one of the rooms had a tv so my 7yr olds and 16yr old kids had to take turns watching TV in the living room. The bathrooms were so small we had to walk side ways just to get in the bathroom. The stove was so small and so close to the wall you could only cook one thing at a time. The microwave had rust on the inside the sink in the bedroom had rust on the inside. And the room had ROACHES!! I was very displeased and disappointed. I was suppose to be there for 7days but left in two days. I complained to the people in the office they told me to call my membership and my company moved my family immediately!! DO NOT GO HERE!

After stopping several places looking for a place to stay the night. This was a blessing. Room had a king bed, living room, small kitchen and dining room. Very roomy and clean. Great WiFi, on the beach, great parking even for motorcycle, nice pool, great shower, very comfortable bed....... When I go back to Daytona Beach, I will go here first!

I loved this place. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were plenty big and clean except for the floors. They needed mopped. But decorated very tropical. The pool and property was cleaned every day. And its close to action, but far enough away to be peaceful. Cant wait to go back next year.

Great place to stay the building is a little older but always well kept and always very clean Oscar who is the manager and his daughter Miriam are great very helpful and always friendly have always felt welcomed I would highly recommend staying here!

This was my first and last stay there! By dislikes is the one bedroom condo is too small for 2 people and we had a couple as guest for a couple of days! Kitchen and bathroom too too small! My Positive points management is very very nice, free DVDs, very nice king size bed! Never ever again! Just give me my Sea Shells 2 bedroom condo even the one bedroom condo was very very nice! I felt like I could call it home away from home!

I rate this place a half star It is a Roach Breeding Faciality ,looks worst than Motel 6 without the light left on. Bathroom so small that I had to walk in sideways. Bed feels like a hard campground thats extremely uncomfortable and loud. Everytime time someone flushes their toilet you can hear. 7 parking spaces for 68 units just GARBAGE near the beach is what it should be called !!!!! Never Ever Ever Ever will I go there again.

Initially, I was not impressed by both the room and the city of Daytona Beach. As my vacation progressed, I started to enjoy the place I was staying. The little things places provide make a big difference in ones experience. The place was small but right on the beach, the room was clean, and the staff bent over backwards to provide anything we needed. In short it may not be a main stream chain hotel but it was clean and provided us with what we needed.

Not too bad for being converted from a motel but really bad wifi... 0.8 Mb/s you cant do anything on this wifi, I just want to be able to use it at night but its just unusable

1st time ever on 1st floor if a resort. Family owners work hard. It is small, clean, quiet. It is on Ocean side Trouble w/wifi.

Great place to stay, wonderful friendly people that run the place.

Nice place clean newly remodeled, newly furnished. The only amenities are one uotside pool. They dont even have a computer in the lobby. They close the office at 5pm every day we jad a water leak and had to waite until the next morning to report it, not even a laundry room on site.

We stay here every year. Management is nice and accommodating to guests. Never had a problem.

Great place to spend time with the family. Beach is never too crowded and its very close to a variety of food and entertainment.

We visited Perennial Vacation Club in Daytona Beach Shores 8/26/17-9/2/17. The two best things about this hotel/condo is the location (right on the beach) and the lady running the resort (Miriam). She was extremely sweet and helpful. Miriam responded to any questions (before and during our stay) in a timely manner - and with a smile. The aged hotel has been updated and seems to have taken two motel rooms and combined as one condo. The only facilities we went to was the pool, which was your typical hotel pool. But it was extremely clean. Ive seen reviews where people say the A/C unit is horrible. It wasnt - it was your typical hotel A/C unit - it kept our unit very cool during our high temperature days. The one-bedroom condo was very spacious and had two balconies (one on the bedroom and one on the sitting room) and two A/C units. The bedroom had two queen beds and a full bathroom. The sitting area had a TV, 3 cushion couch, 4 person dining table, full kitchen, and full bathroom. The place was ok, but the pictures make it look much much better.Cons for families with young children:I didnt feel as though the area was very kid friendly, so we ended up leaving and moving to Ormond Beach, which I highly recommend. Since we were there during the off season, it seemed as though more older families and couples were traveling to Perennial Vacation Club.Daytona Beach Area:I wish more people commented on the area before we traveled here. For families, I would not recommend the area. Daytona Beach Shores is nicer than Daytona Beach. It is a little quieter. Ponce Inlet is just down the street and a very lovely area! Definitely stop by Down the Hatch for some great food and water views!Daytona Beach is just down the street and I do not suggest this for anyone traveling with young kids. The area seemed to be just dirty and a little sketch. Now if you were going to party for spring break, beach week, boys trip, etc you will probably have a lot of options for partying. But watch your drinks and surroundings. There are tons of bars, your typical boardwalk, restaurants, tattoo shops and other places of interest. However there were a lot of homeless people (very sad), tons of run down strip clubs (dirty), and a completely rusted out water park (nasty).

Everything is great except Wi-Fi. Goes in and out. Otherwise.. Staff is amazing. I made last minute changes to my reservation- staff was helpful and accomodating. Must book early for ocean front, there are a limited amount of condos facing ocean. Rooms are well kept. Appliances have been upgraded. Close to several restaurants. Beach is clean and not overcrowded.

I was disappointed our room had no ocean view and was very small. However, the staff was friendly, the unit was well stocked, and there was much do see in the area.

Right on the beach, with a nice heated pool steps from our room, from which you can see and hear the ocean. Staff is friendly. Condo is small and not as nice as other Perennial properties.

It is a nice little cozy place to stay for your get away for few days.. But if youre looking for 4 star hotel keep driving!!!!
