Honestly had no idea what to expect going into this. Place was picked out by others we were traveling with, so I had nothing to set expectations on. That said, it was a quaint little setup, had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo for a week on the second floor, with an unshared balcony. There was a pool that looked well maintained, and beach access. The inside of the condo was clean and didnt seem to suffer from any mold or mildew issues from the proximity to the ocean. They had daily towel exchange available, and on site, free washers and dryers. I did knock a star because 2 of the 3 washers seemed to have mold building up around the door, they were front load washers. Also the parking was not bad during my stay, but the layout of the parking lot did not seem great for if they were busy and even half full.Finally, there were no signs posted about requiring a mask in the game/laundry room, though I never saw other people in there, and the ladies who worked the towel exchange were masked and did their best to stay distanced while handling that duty. Not really any other situation to be inside with anyone, as each condo had an outside door.

My family has owned a timeshare here since the 70s and the staff is a delight. It seems like they may rent rooms to less than desirable folk sometimes during the off season, hence the weird reviews. This is a family timeshare for owners and we are all treated as such.

All of the people who work there bend over backwards to serve their guest! We go almost every year. Perfect beach spot.

Seven Seas has always been a blast to go to. The staff are very friendly, and the ease of access to the beach is very nice. A sand castle builder named Chip owns a condo here, very nice guy! Great friend.

Was gonna buy a room here but they have a worker who stole from a guest room and was allowed to remain working there. I will not bring my family to a place who hires thieves.

Cozy and quite. On our 2nd week. They have Great spot. They gave two gas grills, everyone is so friendly and the staff is so helpful. The spiral staircase is a bit of a nightmare if you have a little ones def bring baby gates. It hasnt been an issue with the gate. Views are great pool closes at 9pm not sure if its bc of sea turtles or a all the time rule.Over all love this place

My family has owned a unit here for more than 30 years. Its a small property and fairly basic, but we love it. The people who work on the property and in the office are very friendly and helpful. Units are clean and well stocked.

Close to everything and very clean! Enjoying our family vacations every year here. Our teenagers look forward to coming here each year. The pool is amazing. The staff is thoughtful and super friendly. The grills by the pool area are perfect to prepare meals. The washer and dryers are helpful to our big family.

Seven Seas wasnt a bad place. The pool was nice, VERY easy access to the beach (which was absolutely beautiful by the way), and the staff was friendly. The rooms were a little outdated and need better lighting but overall it was a good stay. One thing to be careful of is the parking, its a small parking and only one car per condo is allowed.

I have been coming here since I was three years old and I keep coming back. Very clean and friendly service. Im very pleased with my experience. Thank you for your services. I love seven seas wish I never had to leave. See you in May!

So far it has been a good week. News paper every morning. Clean areas around the pool and rooms. Pillows are flat but I brought my own.

We have an ocean front 1 bedroom and it is wonderful. Updated furniture, nicely stocked kitchen, and gorgeous views. The pool is warm and has lots of comfy seating for lounging or eating at tables. There are 2 very nice grills by the pool. There are free laundry facilities on site, which is super convenient.

Weve been coming here since 2005... the management & staff in the office makes you feel like youre part of their family! They are one of the reasons we keep coming back... weve grown to love Ms. Jennifer like she was our Mom & the ladies in the office, Jo & Stacey are our sisters! They are all friendly, helpful & know where all the great places to eat are! You will not be disappointed with the Customer Service & to be right on the beach is awesome!!! :)

Clean, friendly, quiet, relaxing

Very nice staff! Lovely people. Quiet area, it was very clean. The outside of the place isnt exactly appealling. It looks rundown and like a motel you go for a night but, inside the rooms are nice and real relaxing. It is an area with a predominantly older crowd of people so, the decor could use an update and comfier bedding but, it was overall a good experience.

Washers and dryers were in the game room, which closed at 5. Only 1 other small washer, dryer located at the end of the building. Wall mounted ac in bedrooms and living room were noisy. Very little parking. As you can see in my photos, your looking at an old building, if you get a side unit, which most of them are. No underground parking and no trailers allowed if you trailer your bike here. Tissue but no paper towels provided. Rooms are a good size, spa tub in the master bath. At least, in room 209. Mostly older people were here from Florida. Nice deck furniture, comfy. Clean but bare bones. Well maintained for an older place. I wouldnt recommend to younger crowd or if you want a nice view. Not a place I would stay at again, mainly because of the view and closing the game room so early. We stayed a week. My friend has a timeshare type deal and this is what They gave us. Their pics look good but Im showing you what they dont because I would want to know before booking.

We have stayed at Seven Seas for five or six years now and it is nice, clean, and the staff are wonderful! If anything is broken or not as it should be, they are right there to fix it. The other guests.are like family and looks out for one another. We wouldnt want to stay any other place.

Room was very nice and spacious. Very clean. Close to everything and beach was right at my door. However the staff called me several mornings complaining over various things. My tire was on the line and they wanted me to move my car immediately. One morning they called complaining because I had a table cloth hanging over the banister. It was simply a beach towel but I had to remove it. They said no beach towels are permitted to hang on the rails. Then I got a call / complaint that there was too much sand outside my room door. When I checked there was maybe a tablespoon of sand near my door. This trip was a vacation for me and my older mother. We are low maintenance folks and had no children with us. I was surprised that we had that many things that we were doing wrong to receive so many phone calls/complaints. I will not be staying here again.

This is a big chain motel, hotel or condominium but what it is is a nice small laid back building where what you see is what you get... But it is directly on the beach with a fantastic view of all the craziness Daytona Beach

The place was ok. No major issues but its starting to look outdated. The parking lot is too small to easily park and there is no good place to turn around when busy.

My family stayed here in July of 2016. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. They actually act like they care about your experience. The rooms are big. There is a full kitchen (dish washer, full refrigerator, full stove and microwave, vacuum cleaner) and a living room with a memory foam couch and nice tv. There are tvs in each bed room. We also had two sliding doors (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom). Full closets in each bedroom. The whole apartment was very roomy/spacious. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bath apartment-type room and paid less than a lot of hotels were for just a one bed, one bath. Free wifi. Also, one thing I really liked was that there isnt a daily room cleaning. You dont have to worry about someone coming into your room during the day. There is a place to take dirty towels and get clean towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. . There is a trash dumpster right outside as well. My only complaint is that the pool was not very big but it was really clean and right on the beach. Also, the closets smelled a little musty but thats because of the humidity in the area. The rooms were not extremely clean when we arrived but they werent too bad. Overall, I loved the Seven Seas Resort and I would recommend this is to anyone, especially those traveling with a family!

Clean? NOT, mold in the tub. You get yelled at if you open the windows, because you might break them, not all of us are incompetent idiots and can close a window without ripping the bottom off. This too is a result of poor maintenance, if you lubricate the sash and operate the unit then it will go up and down. Not everyone wants to sit inside with the ac blowing mold spores throughout. Not every unit has a balcony nor a slider, maybe those you can open but DO NOT TOUCH THE WINDOWS. My entire family does not recommend this facility. The other posts must be owners trying to increase their trading power or rent their units!!!!!!!!!!

This place is amazing, the staff is super friendly and kind and the beach out front is so clean, they even have free breakfast example - donuts, coffee, tea, coca and fruit, I absolutely loved my stay and will be coming back
