Great Timeshare Resort my nana has had this Timeshare for 41 years my favorite thing about staying here is the pool,Jacuzzi and I love that it offers a basketball court as well and its really close to the beach and some gift shops as well best place I have ever stayed in Daytona Beach,FL.

Very nice balcony. Rooms are very spacious with a full kitchen with two large sofas. Inclusion of two bedrooms and two bathrooms is very nice. First smell was unpleasant but eventually it was accustomed to. Pool is very salty but lukewarm with the hot tub being pleasant.

Nice, clean rooms with a beautiful pool area

Hands down Daytona Resort and Club was one of the best condos my husband and I have stayed at. Excellent and friendly customer service, shout out to Becky Brown and the others for always being helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. It definitely felt like home to us. The amenities were great especially the grills that were available and shuffleboard while we cooked our steaks. Highly recommend this resort for a family friendly place to stay.

Very nice timeshare across the street from the beach. No pressure at all. Spacious and adequate condo. Walk/Uber to many local places easily. Pool area with hot tub, grills, bar, basketball court and hammocks. Hope to go again!

Very sweet place. Nothing fancy but staff is kind and it is a short walk to the beach. Very pleasant experience and would consider visiting again.

We have been going to Daytona Resort & Club for 10yrs now and it just keeps getting better and better and we thought it was great the first year we went. The staff have always been courteous and friendly and we always make new friends with the other guests we meet while there. A short walk to the beach but far enough to enjoy a peaceful quiet day by the pool. Everyone we meet who is there for the first time comments on how wonderful it is there. Great for familys and everybody else. Centrally located to drive to many of the surrounding attractions in Florida.

Rooms were nice. Right on the beach. My only complaint was that the restaurant and bar closed at 10pm

Visited a friend thatbwas staying here for the week. Very nice condos and the pool/hot tub area is very relaxing.

This was an excellent location for us. We have stayed at many time shares and this was a nice place, but they had a LOT of rules. The bathrooms are also quite small, but it was clean and quiet.

It has been a lovely visit. A very family atmosphere with nice staff and clean well appointed rooms. The pool is small but is well kept. The beach ramp is right across from the resort but is a bit far to carry much other than a towel so we have driven most days with our littles.

Been coming with my dad who has been an owner of a 2 bedroom condo for 9-10 years now. Now that he has become a resident of Daytona Beach, Ill be taking the week over :-) Great location across the street from the ocean (and drive-on beach access) about a mile from the boardwalk and strip. Nice-sized heated pool and hot tub with grills, shuffleboard, corn hole, and hammocks outside to enjoy as well. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating. I always look forward to the magnetic jewelry they have in the lobby area on Tuesdays. Recently renovated condos which are always super clean, specious, welcoming, and make you feel at home away from home. Highly recommended and enjoyed!

This place is home to me. I have been vacationing here for more than 30 years. Staff has changed over time but their commitment to hospitality has never wavered. I have read other reviews complaining about bed size...a king in the master...a queen in the second? Come on! You dont get bigger anywhere...especially in the price range. Even the sleeper sofa is a queen!There are trash recepticles in each bathroom and plenty of towels and extra linens if needed. Best of all, you have a full kitchen so if you bring the kids you dont have to spend a fortune eating out.So if you are looking for spacious, sensible well maintained accommodations this is your place. If you are looking for over priced pretentious accomodations go somewhere else...please.

Very clean and well kept

Place is nice and close to the beach but we stay with another couple and my husband and i always get the small room which has NO hair dryer, no trash can , no tv, the light in bathroom is attached to fan and both run at the same time and its annoying, bed is to small for 2 people. Not enough pillows. Could have had better and how inexpensive is it to put a small trash can in bathroom?! Seriously!

The resort has been maintained well and the staff is friendly. The beach is 2 small blocks away which is an easy haul with a rolling ice chest. You can even carry beach furniture that distance to prevent rentals. The pool area is nice with plenty of activities available. There are 2 great gas grills that made the pool area even better. Disney and Universal just an hour and fifteen minutes away. The only ammeninity that is missed was an in room washer and dryer. They do have a community one available.
