We live coming here to go to the beach. The rooms are spacious, and the pool and hot tub Are great. Even the tiki bar has great food and drinks. Love this place, just dont get trapped into sitting through one of their time share presentations. They promise you it will only be 1 hour, and then youre stuck there for 4 hours. AVOID the update meetings or presentations!

We had a good experience here. The staff was good and we had no issues.

The resort is ok, a bit dated. They were very responsive when the toilet overflowed. The folks working there are excellent. I just did not like Daytona Florida at all.

Great vacation location.

This was a very beautiful resort with an awesome view of the beach. One thing I will say is eating at the Tiki bar they had outside was good and bad. The food and drinks were great and the bartender did awesome making drinks. The bar manager or who ever was making food (His name was Cort), was very VERY rude to the other workers there and would continue to talk down and belittle literally everything she did the entire time I was there. It’s really sad to see that he was not supportive of his coworkers and It was uncomfortable to see him treat her the way he did, I really hope he isn’t anyone’s manager by his attitude. Hopefully they will teach him how to treat and lead fellow employees.

Place was clean and comfortable. Room not very sound proof - door to hallway had open space all around the frame. The good news is we didnt have to turn any lights on at night because there was plenty of light coming in from the hall.

Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

I attended a timeshare presentation at Their Daytona Beach locationGiles was our Salesperson. He is British and absolutely hilarious and personable. He is not pushy AT ALL. I highly recommend

If I could give this a negative five stars I would. My 80 year old mother was talked into a free vacation here in Daytona Beach. All she had to do was attend their presentation on buying into a timeshare and if she said she didnt want to buy shed be refunded the cost of the stay. Im her caretaker and she cant travel without me, so we bought two round trip tickets from Reno NV and came out. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST VACATION EVER! They put us up at a Holiday Inn on Atlantic. (BTW: the staff here are fantastic! The restaurant is pretty good too. The room is spacious but old.) The downstairs is lovely, but the rest of the building is under construction! Even the parking lot is being resurfaced. There is no getting away from the noise! Plus, she attended the presentation, said no again and again, and still has to jump through other hoops to get her money back. We wouldnt recommend Diamond Resorts to anyone for any reason. This has been a horrible experience and Im beginning to think they are preying on the elderly. Bad situation in every way.

This place is AMAZING!! THE STAFF IS THE BEST. I have stayed at many Diamonds resorts and I have to say Daytona Beach Recency staff is the best I have ever met, they truly make you feel like ur at home... But so much better

This is the worst free vacation package! Please dont fall for the trap! They will accept your Debit card to get your money! When it is time to take your trip, they dont tell you that you need a major credit card in order to receive a free trip for attending the Presentation. You will be responsible for paying the full price for the so called 3 day getaway if you dont have a major credit card. This is a rip off!

Very friendly staff! Great location to pier and shops. Outdoor pool was great and kept nice and warm! The kids loved the water slide, if it is turned off just ask staff and they will turn it on. The lady running daytime crafts and games in the activity center was so kind to our children. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great location on the strip..oceanfront tiki bar and pool. Indoor game room with air hockey and a pool table. ..indoor pool with a big jacuzzi. The staff here was outstanding...

I arrived​ Sunday evening. Check in was very efficient & very helpful. Concierge was very pleasant. I stayed in the efficiency room which was very nice. No balcony but we did have a window view of the ocean. Room was beautiful!! Neat & clean!!! Room had a mini fridge & stove top that you can cook on. Resort was in a great location. Resort is right on the beach & close to several restaurants. Pool/jacuzzi areas (indoor & outdoor) were also very clean & plenty of loungers. However, people seem to want to hog the seating with umbrellas. Over all my stay was very enjoyable & I would recommend this resort to everyone... Thank You Diamond Resort for such a wonderful vacation!!

Excellent location on the beach near the bandshell. At North end of the boardwalk. Easy walk to restaurants, convenience store, and beach shops. Nice pool with hot spa area.

Clean, smelled good, great building

Room wasnt clean, sticky table tops, froot loops on the floor, bathroom not clean. Customer service was above average, the only redeeming factor.

I went there for a meeting and walked around. Game room is too small and hotel rooms too small. I like pool and live music and Tiki bar.

Hotel was not great was next to hard Rock hotel music was so load you could not sleep bed shook and walls rattled till four in mornimg

The hotel staff is very kind. The rooms are a little outdated, but clean enough and have everything you need to be comfortable for a week.Try to avoid rooms ending in 00-06, example our room 306 had a wonderful view of the garbage for this resort and those next door. The patio sits 20 feet maybe above the trash compactor. Great to hear at random hours.In addition, room shades are either open with full view into the room from parking garage right across the street, or closed and completely dark in the room. They could really use some sheer curtains to help with this issue.Would recommend if you dont spend a ton of time in your room.

Stayed one night for Fyterfest event left my room for 4 hours for said event and my room was ransacked with all my liquor, soda, water monster energy drinks taken.Staff was no help would not recommend

Lovely calm place to stay right on the beach

Great customer service the rooms were beautiful they have two pools and a hot tub and its right off the beach and the rooms have 1 to 3 balconies depending on the room you are in and it is just beautiful I would definitely recommended and I would give it 8 Stars if I could.

Weve been members for years, at the gold level now and look forward to retiring and using Diamond locations all over the world.

The service members are professional and polite, and the rooms are well-furbished. The pool, outdoor grill, and tiki bar are welcome additions to the beach experience. My only - and main - complaint about my stay is that the wifi is slow and some of my devices could not connect.
