There is literally NOTHING negative I could say about this place! We stayed in a suite for two days beach front view and it was spectacular! I would move in if I could! They were very friendly and professional! The room had dishes, paper towels, and pretty much everything you could imagine forgetting at home! Everytime we asked for anything extra such as towels they were quick to respond! I will definitely be returning! ️

This place is a comfortable place to spend your time in Daytona. All staff members show great hospitality. The price is great for the location its in. Rooms are clean with a kitchenette and a great view of the the ocean!

What a beautiful beach! They are very clean and great for a walk. Sea looks beautiful and you can find some friends along your way. We couldnt fully enjoy it since we went in January and it was a little cold and windy. But this place in summer is a must.

The manager was very nice. She helped us find a nice room after we had a bad experience some where else. The room was very clean. Has a cute little kitchen and dishes to use. We could see the beach from our room and were able to see fireworks at night. We woke up to the sunrise and We will definitely be back. Great stay. Thank you

Dont let the presentation deter you. These rooms are nice! Love the convince of it being right off the beach, surrounded by everything and the pricing is extremely reasonable. This wifey and I fourth time here

Our room was a little dated, kind of a strange layout. Elevator to the 4th floor then you have to walk the rest. BUT I will definitely stay again. Very clean. Again, dont expect luxery amenities, but its an excellent price.

Nice outdoor pool with ocean view and good beach access. Friendly & helpful staff. Rooms we saw were a little dated but neat & clean. Other rooms may have been renovated. Plenty of on-site parking. Not sure if the indoor pool is still being used?

First, we will be going back, but they do deserve a 1 star for now. There was a line to check in. More than 15 people were standing in 90 degree plus weather waiting for 1 person to check everybody in. This is not the first time this has happened. Hire...more...people!!! The place does have a disproportionate amount of shady clientele, but for the price, it is about what you would expect. Also, it is still Daytona, Floridas most ghetto beach community, so yeah, there may be a few things for sale that are not reported to the IRS. The penthouses and beach fronts are awesome!!! Never saw roaches or rats. The smell of ganja is common on the grounds, glad to have the potheads around, better than drunks.

Crummy and run down... Transit infested....but nice for a few days on the beach...BUT KEEP TO UR SELF..

I stayed in unit 432. Ocean front studio, clean, comfortable. Gorgeous ocean view. Staff friendly. Location! Location! Best and Very affordable.

Beach is beautiful as expected but for the same price as most of the other hotels in the area this was a let down. Room was GROSS!! So dirty! I wanted to leave as soon as I got there. The pictures online are not what you will get they are very misleading. 4pm check in is way too late also.

My kids, boyfriend and I visited Daytona this past weekend and we stayed at this hotel. Front Desk Staff was nice and friendly. We got to check in about 30 minutes early. Rooms were clean. We had a microwave, full refridgerator, big deep sink, and a full stove as well! I was cery shocked of al that was in our double bed room. Kitchenette was fully stocked with utensils off all sorts, paper towels, cleaning supplies. We had a balcony and the view was perfect! Bathroom was nice and clean too. Outside pool looked nice even though we did not get in, due to wanting to be on the beach. We had perfect beach access right outside the hotel so we didnt walk far at all. My kids LOVED the indoor pool late night for a little extra swim time. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting!

This is a terrible ran place even if you have a private owner renting to you the front desk will use the key and come into your unit without notice it is bug infested even the mailman wont come anymore because of the manager who has made several woman uncomfortable to where they left I dont recommend this place at all

Reserved two oceanfront rooms and paid $100 each to have them reserved and they gave one of our rooms away!

My name is Brian Buckland we are from Baltimore Maryland. I was not actually staying at the resort by using their beachfront. And because Im very easy access my son and I got to watch New Years Eve events.

Going back this coming summer. Have stayed here at least 5 times. Enjoyed every visit. Staff was very nice and helpful with any problems in the room or around the pool. See you summer 2020.

Very polite and great front desk service. The ladies worked with me to find the room that would best fit my family and I, took a little while and some searching, but in the end we found the room that suited my family perfectly. To much busy body ness everywhere

Employees rude and rooms are ant infested and I almost got hurt. The A/C vent cover(outside)fell on my toe.. UNSAFE!!!!

We couldnt even get someone at the front desk. We left and went to a different hotel.

I cannot rave about this place enough! Ok, so its definitely outdated, but its like staying at your grandparents summer place! We tried to get rooms along the shore for an hour before finding this gem for $112 oceanfront room. The others were booked, not to mention close to or over $250 a night. Staff was super friendly, housekeeping was way above standard. We liked it so much we ended up staying several nights lol. They provided so many extras as far as extended stay options; pots, pans, cutlery, paper towels, extra bedding and pillows already in the room, full size fridge, and... Omg... the view!!! It also offered a separate bedroom from the futon in living room area, and I think anyone traveling with kids can appreciate that. We had direct beach access, and an amazing beachfront pool surrounded by palm trees which also boasted a small area with a couple picnic tables and a grill. Additionally, there was a large indoor pool which, again, with kids, combined with the rain that seems come almost every afternoon, is fabulous. The entire resort was clean and in a great location. For the price point, and if you dont mind old school digs, it doesnt get much better. We will definitely come back.

Great rooms, could be a lil cleaner in some areas but i would visit again for a stay!

You cant beat the location! Far enough from the noise and action of the pier but close enough to food and shops. Great quieter section of beach with rentals of chairs and umbrellas available. The elevator is small, hot, and stuffy so we took the stairs except when carrying the luggage in and out.

If youre looking for a cheaper stay and dont mind not fancy, this might be a good choice. It was clean, although it could have smelled a little nicer. But it was in a good location and served our purposes and saved a little money.

Older resort but it was very nice. My room was updated. Clean room and comfy beds. No complaints about the room or property. If youre looking for a reasonable price and decentRoom this is the place!

The space shuttle was amazing. The beach was warm. It is clean. Nice people to talk too.

View was great and being able to walk to the beach was perfect. Elevator smelled like fresh urine with extremely wet carpet. Apparently during the heat of the day the elevator can’t operate. Saw several drug deals going down in the parking lot. A lot of people smoking weed on their balconies. 3 different sex workers picking up Johns. The pool area was covered in cigarette butts to the point that it smelled like an ashtray. Towels and trash left all over the pool deck.Our room was ok. Owner has way too much furniture so it was an ordeal to pull down the Murphy bed each night. If we didn’t put the bed up we couldn’t use the kitchen area because the extra furniture was in the way. After about 8pm the hot water in the shower runs out. If you shower before 8pm the water is so hot you need a skin grafts. Unfortunately, the cold water knob was broken and couldn’t be turned on.The second night we had neighbors show up on both sides. That is when the roaches showed up in our room! We killed 3 and there were several baby sized ones on the balcony. We also saw rats running around the grounds.Not sure who is rating this place but it is definitely not anyone making more than 28k a year. This is an extremely sketchy place.

I wish I could put no stars.. The manager Kelly was horrible to me and my family.. We came here on vacation to have a good time and she completely ruined it.. no idea how she got the position she has because she is not qualified. Housekeeping was terrible. Middle aged women with blonde hair refused to give us extra towels when we had 6 people in our room. For daily service she wouldn’t even come in our room because she was “very busy” we will not be coming back. Room was nice and right on the beach but service was terrible

Mgr Kelly VERY rude. Waited to long to get in room, even after paying deposit that they could not find. Nice hotel/condo but they need more customer oriented staff. Never call a customer a liar.I will not stay here again and I recomend u stay somewhere else.

I love these little units on the beach!!!! The back doors of the units are all ocean front views. There is a work out room, outdoor pool, and more importantly it is backed right up to the beach front, which is amazing. My kids and i loved staying there.

Was lied to about the beds in my room.. I was told I was getting a queen and got a full. was supposed to have a big pull out bed had a small futon bed. right when I walked in the room it smelled like mold. the microwave didnt work the fan didnt work and the AC unit didnt even cool our room down... i say for 123 they should make sure everything is good before renting it out..

Very bad service. Staff is disrespectful. Rooms are dirty. Its roach galore.. I highly recommend you dont stay here

This Place ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!! The private beach and pool access by key only is perfect. I love that you can rent rooms out from private owners or through the front desk. Easy walk or drive to all main attractions. I even watched a firework show from my balcony on Saturday night. Awesome!!

If I could do no stars, I would. My reservations were changed with no notice. Do to the ages in our party we needed the reservations we specifically made. When we arrived, the rooms we had confirmations on were not the rooms we were told we had reserved. When we presented the emails detailing the rooms we had reserved, we were told they could not help us and they were sorry. Sorry does not soothe the agitation of the elderly who had been shown pictures of the rooms and hotel. They felt very uncertain as we went up and down the strip looking for a place that could accommodate all of our party. The aggravating turn of events was compounded when our phone calls to the reservation supervisor and property manager went unreturned. We will never again stay here and will inform the rest of our friends and relatives who usually stay here of our terrible experience.

Nice place to stay if youre in Daytona

Got information for possible future stay. Nice staff. Saw an oceanfront room, decent size. Had 2 double beds, full size refrigerator, & a kitchenette. All tile floors, room looked fairly clean. Nice view of the ocean. Hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool.

After we had a room at another location and it was just disgusting, we came here to the Sea Dip and was greeted and treated kindly, shown rooms before we gave money to assure we would be satisfied and we were. Thank you to the girl in the office who took her time to show us around and ensure we were happy...

I have never been so disappointed in my life at a resort!! the manager her name is Kelly harassed me and came knocking at my door at 11:05 telling me that they were going to charge me $25 more if I was not out by 11 disgraceful hopefully the owner will read this.If there was a zero I would have gave them a 0 no stars

Thank you so much Michelle Arevalo and Mario for sharing your vacation home with my family. We had such a great time and couldn’t of needed or asked for more. Sleeps 4, one queen bed, one pull out sofa. WiFi, Cable TV, two rockers on the balcony plus a separate little table with two chairs. Plenty of towels, and there are pool chairs and umbrellas stored under the bed. Quiet, sweet, decorated with beach theme. One room efficiency style condo with full bath and kitchenette. Stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Completely furnished and stocked with all amenities. Fourth floor room 435 overlooking the ocean and a mile and 1/2 south of the pier. Indoor and outdoor pools. Keyed gate to the beach.

Nasty nasty place and girl up front was rude to the max!!! Will never stay again nor recommend! Roach bugs in every room they moved us too. Floors were so nasty I had to buy cleaning products to clean myself! Hope they change employees and cleaning crew.

Friendly staff and patrons. Clean facilities. Only complaint is the thin walls. Rooms facing A1A like mine have loud traffic noise. Sometimes sounds like trucks are going to plow right through the wall. Also occasionally have to hear one neighbors loud country music and I can hear another neighbor having very intense sex late at night but I just turn my TV or music up and problem is solved. Great beach access and two pools make it well worth having this as my home for the next 6 months.

For the price , you cant beat it. The beds could have been better. One was broke down . The other bed was OK. The refrigerator didnt work good. The view of the beach was great. The door needed work on the lock done. I think its time to get a new TV. The one in our room was a older TV.

Your basic cheap place to stay great spot

As soon as we opened the door the smell of mold and cigarettes would knock you down, roach motel traps in every corner of the room, the front door wouldnt shut properly, someones dog had used the bathroom just under the bed, exposed wiring run up the wall and across the ceiling to ceiling fan the was covered in dust and lint, the bathroom door was just a curtain, and the toilet hadnt been cleaned, wasnt in the room 5 mins and went to the front desk to ask for a refund which was denied, i asked to speak to the manager and was denied, then my 12 year old daughter sent me photos while i was standing in the lobby of pills she had found under the bed, the girls working the front desk wouldnt even go look at the room just took our money and denied us a refund even though we didnt stay, i wish i could post the pictures and will be starting a Facebook page and will post the link to make good families aware of this place so they dont get their hard earned money stolen and their kids wont have to stay in a place worse than most third world countries, im hiring a lawyer monday morning to deal with this as i was advised by the local police, who also told me they would never stay at this establishment. The 5 star reviews on here are definitely paid for. This is the worst place ive ever been. Do not stay here!!!!

One of the most beautiful beaches of Fl no doubt!

My wife and I have been staying here for years. The rooms are great and often remodeled. The manger is very nice and polite and all of the staff are helpful. All of the places inside and outside of the hotel are clean (pool area, and deck area). My wife and I will continue to come back and we highly recommend this hotel.

Found pills under bed, a roach motel under the dresser, holes in the ceiling, refrigerator was molded on the outside, fan was CHAINED and had lent hanging from the blades, smelled nasty as soon as you walked in the room , a CURTIN for the bathroom door, front door didn’t even shut all the way, wouldn’t recommend. if there was a choice, we would rate it a 0....

When we arrived they had our rooms all screwed up!!!!Room was disgusting!!!!! I honestly dont think they cleaned this room... all it seems they did was change the sheets and put new toilet paper in the bathroom...Also we got 2 towels for 4 people and had to reuse wet towels bc they closed the office at 10 pm and dont reopen until 7 which was after we had to be on the road!!!! Paid 225 each night for what was suppost to be oceanfront!!!!! It was a parking lot full of cars in our view.. The room felt wet and nasty... cable would not work also so we couldnt use the TV either!!!!! Needless to say we will not be back here!!!!! If the price would have been 70 a night I would have expected this type of room but for 225 a night it should be better than this!!!! At the least it should have been clean!!!!!!

Its a nice quiet place its a nice place to go on vacation bring your family they do have a swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool they have access to go on to the beach it is very safe and you do need a key to get into the pool out of the pool and also to go down to the beach I would recommend this Resort to anyone

The outside facade is not in the best shape. Pool was clean but you have to walk across the parking lot to get there which is unfortunate. Toured one of the condos which wasnt very modern but very spacious and clean!

Perfect location and view from the balcony. The pool was very nice. Friendly staff. Two towels were dirty but we washed in the washer that was provided.

Very very nasty..... I wouldnt not let my dogs stay in this so called resort. This place needs to be shut down. Have roach motel under the bed and thats what the box said roach motel. Wish I could post pictures. Pills under the bed, something that looked like poop in the floor. The refrigerator was rusted all down the side of it. Bathroom had a shower curtain for a door. We walked in the room, seen how it was and walked back out. We ask for our money back and they told us that we could not have our money back. After raising hell they gave us one night stay back and kept the other night. The staff talk to us like thugs. Very unprofessional... they were dressed like they was going to the bar. The staff would not let us talk to the manager. I guess this is how this hotel stays in business. They get you to book your room on websites by posting pictures of the place when I was first built and then keeping your money because you went in the room. That why they said we could have all of our money back, cause we went in the room..DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. I would have gave it a 0 if I could. This place needs to be bulldozed down.

Very convenient, my only issue is that you cant get away from the cigarette smokers here, there everywhere.

Good for the price on a holiday but studio room a litter bit kind of narrow and stove to close to sink .Nex time will rent a 1bedroom appt.
