Love this place!!!! My family and I had a wonderful vacation, I hate there are some negative reviews about this place. We loved the customer service, the room was spacious, clean and I have zero complaints. I was there to relax, drink coffee on the balcony and walk on the beach. Every staff member we encountered was wearing masks and they even had someone wiping down buttons on the elevator. Despite having some rain one day, I enjoyed every minute at this resort. My son really enjoyed the indoor put put! I had the beachfront suite with the kitchen, living room and two rooms. Thank you Ocean Walk!!

Probably the best beach vacation our family has ever had. The beach was clean, the weather was perfect. The hotel, however, wasn’t the greatest. Main problem was how crowded everything was. While the rooms and facilities were fairly clean- there was a lot more people than we expected and that meant long elevator lines, nowhere to sit and a crowded pool.The room had some useful kitchenware but they didn’t come clean, the dishwasher was broken, there wasn’t enough dish soap and despite several requests they never brought us any extra nor extra towels.The bed was super high and almost impossible to climb into, the couches were old and musty and the furniture was all super outdated. I get that the units are owned but there should be some kind of higher standards.Also, security came knocking on our door 2 nights in a row. The first to tell us we needed to bring the noise down (it was 10pm on a Saturday and our family was playing board games). The second night they came banging at our door at midnight with all 3 of our girls sleeping looking for someone flashing a light down at the beach- ridiculous.We tried not to let any of it bother us though and we were at least able to enjoy the actual beach.Not so sure we’ll be making a repeat visit.

TVs in all the rooms were on the small side and the one in the master BR had lines running through it. View of the beach was great, the parking garage, and the wristbands to get into the rooms and pool area were very convenient. The location is near restaurants, shops, theater, and more.

Clean. Spacious. Comfy. Friendly staff. We didnt get the exact room we were hoping for but it was still a very nice room. We did a seminar on the time shares and we got approved but its just not the right time but they have tons of extras and awesome things that go along with it. Hoping in the near future we will get one. Anyways renting a condo is much better than a hotel room!

Location, location... Location! Although it sits in a prime location at Daytona Beach-FL, once again the Owner Wyndham experience was frustrating... 2 bedroom apartment booked 1 bedroom apartment available... yes! The customer service did it wrong!! The building is old and not maintained the way it should be. If you are planing to come enjoy the beach that would be the place to come end enjoy beach time with family and friends and the lactation it self deserves 5 stars rate. If you are thinking to be an owner, well think more, search more and you will find out that there are several unhappy owners like me! Wyndham time share ownership wouldn’t be an option if I had heard the unhappy voices spreading the poor reality about the Wyndham timeshare system!

If I could leave negative stars, I would.Night 1 they messed up our reservation, took them 30 minutes just to get us checked in. I asked for a ocean front room since they messed up and they told me ‘A’ side would face the ocean, but instead it faces the street where the trucks (it was truck weekend) drove by blasting music and revving their engines until 3 AM. The room we got is a 2 bedroom lock-off room, where we basically have 2 hotel rooms. We asked to be moved since we didn’t get what was requested and were time share owners, they said they’re booked up. We were willing to give up the second room since it’s just my wife and I, but they said they’re still booked up.When we got our room keys, they made us go to a different area where they forced us to sign up for the time share tour. When we explained we had no interest in doing that since we already have access to the time share and don’t want to waste an hour of our day, they put a $20 charge on our card before they’d give us our room keys to get us to go. They proceeded to waste 2 hours of our our time, even though we told them from the start we weren’t going to buy. They told us it would be max 90 minutes, it was 2+ hours.Everything inside is shut down (covid) and the TVs just give you errors on every channel. Parking garage has been full and we haven’t been able to park in it, we have to park across the street and walk across the road with a bunch of luggage. Staff is unhelpful, rooms are very dated and in need of an update, and half of the doors don’t shut unless you force them to.Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me.On a side note, we’ve seen other rooms so we know there are better rooms. They just decided that as guest of Wyndham owners were not worth putting in the better rooms. So good luck with this trash hotel.

No social distancing or masks used including the management. Guests are not asked to wear which is on direct violation of what their website commits. I understand people are in vacation mood, but some basic guidelines for the pandemic can be followed to keep the businesses open. I wont go back here.

Seemed nice enough but elevator wait times were crazy! Waited 25 minutes for elevator. I social distanced but others would not and got on the elevator with no masks! Only 4 allowed on elevator but 9 additional people got on. Bathtub edges rusty. Dangerously slick glazed tiled throughout the unit. Confusing getting around and lots of pot smokers here if you are in to that. Cant even set on your deck without smelling it. Quiet however. No cars on this part of the beach. Hard to set by the pool as the chairs were marked off at dawn even though no one ever sat in most of them. Sand all over the floors when we got here and on chairs. Definitely not cleaned very well at all. 2nd bedroom no way to open the windows but deck door in main room and master bedroom.

Went for a 2 night stay with my wife, daughter and grandson for my grandsons birthday. Got a 2 bedroom Oceanfront Room. Check in was ok but check out was a complete disaster, over 30 minutes to even get an elevator from the 21st floor so stairs was out of the question. Refrigerator barely kept things cool and leaked all over the top shelf, Dining room table was loose and almost fell over, 1 dining room chair literally was falling apart. I was told at check out to remove all linens from all beds and bathrooms and place them in provided bags and leave outside door. No bags provided so I was them told to just leave all of them in a pile in a central location in the unit. REALLY? Over $700 for 2 nights and I am the one that has to removed linens and put them in a central location?? I have stayed MANY other places and have never heard of this. I have also stayed at many places that were well under half the price of here and had better accommodations with appliances and furniture that were actually usable. The beds were rock hard with linens that felt overstarched and hard. Overall I cannot recommend this so called Resort and cannot imagine I will be wasting my money there again. It is a shame as it looked very nice online and just ended up being a complete disappointment. The pool area was nice and also the large tub in the Master bathroom to be able to give some sort of positive.

Beautiful hotel, ocean front view from the room. Master bedroom has a whirlpool tub and separate bathroom. Kitchen and Livingroom are spacious. Definitely will be returning. Staff was friendly

Was a great suite, two good sized bedrooms and the master bath had large roman tub (could have been a jacuzzi, didnt pay much attention). But the kids sure enjoyed a bubble bath and had lots of fun. The beach area was nice, really close to the pier, 3 swimming pools and a lazy river that was a bit crowded. An outdoor bar (no seating due to covid) and both my Rum Runner and Mai Tais were delicious, wife enjoyed a few watermelon long islands. The good sized kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice dinner one evening. Overall it was well worth the money and we will definitely be staying here in the future.

So this place was mostly great. There was only a few hiccups with the stay. But it was super clean. Employees were friendly for the most part. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I stayed for 4 days and had a blast.The small hiccups were with the hold fee and the beds in the room itself. when I booked I booked over the phone, I booked a 9ne bedroom suite with a king bed, I got there and it was a double bed. Which was no big deal but let it be known you have to pick a preferred bed and if its available then they will give it to you. The second thing was the hold fee. When I booked over the phone I was told it was 100$ it was actually 150$.But all in all this was a nice place to stay. I definitely recommend it!

I did not realize when I booked this room through extra holidays that I would be staying in an owners unit where the decor and furnishings varied so greatly from any photos that you could locate online. The first room that we entered had a red vinyl couch Which was scuffed throughout and extremely worn and was not anything that I would ever care to sit on. The kitchen was newly renovated and the flooring as well this was a plus. We tried to turn on the television for about 25 minutes when it finally turned on it had a white strip across the top of the picture Indicating that the TV was damaged The quality of the picture was terrible as well. Plus the unit was a 40-42 inch and extremely too small for a living room. The console where the TV was located was scuffed and badly worn. The bedroom furniture was also very dated, the bed appeared to be in good shape. I called the front desk and reached an employee who pretty much told me that I was stuck in that room. She said that they don’t have any control over the decor that the owners choose And when I booked through extra holidays I pretty much just get what I get. I found that extremely disappointing because honestly I could’ve stayed at the Ritz Carlton hotel in South Florida for about the same amount that I paid here. I was very disappointed at her response so I decided to text the customer care number where I sent them photos of the couch the television and the case goods. A really nice employee by the name of Kristen immediately texted me back and called and told me that I was correct the room was not acceptable for their guests and she offered to move me. I had to request a king bed As I was with my husband and they wanted to put us in two double beds. My husband is 6’5 and that would not have worked! Kristin was able to accommodate the request. So we were moved to another room a higher floor and sadly this room was not much better. Again completely different decor but at least the colors coordinated. The living room couches were in terrible condition extremely uncomfortable upon sitting on it you immediately sank and it looks like the owners had put wood planks for support under the cushions and literally the wood was touching your back when you sat. My husband and I did not sit on the couches the entire time of our visit. This was Extremely disappointing! At this point we just didn’t have it in us to contact management again it was about 3 hours after check in and we were tired although in hindsight I should have. This unit had carpet and flooring and the carpet itself had just a musty mildew odor. The exhaust in the master bath was dripping for the entire duration of our stay the first day onto my suitcase (which I had placed on the tub) and clothing unbeknownst to me. Just a note: This is my second review for the property the first was the survey that Wyndham sent me immediately after my stay where I mentioned exactly what I’m mentioning here. I asked for a full refund and a return of my points used. To date I have not received a response from Wyndham management. Lastly I did want to mention that it appears the property is trying their best for social distancing although there are guests in the Building who were not complying with the mask order and several times guests entered the elevator with us who were not wearing masks. It is my opinion that there should be more signage posted on every floor right next to the elevators letting guests know that they must wear a mask when entering the elevator no exceptions.

The hotel was very nice, room was clean, hotel personnel were friendly and professional. How ever, the hot water pressure was low in shower and knob in tub was loose. A few of the floor tile in the kitchen was cracked and loose. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. My stay in rm 1206 from 10/21/20 to 10/24/20 with noise issue in corridor at 2am in 1 night. Otherwise we had a great mini getaway.

Room was excellent. Had a few issues with check-in running late due to lack of staff available to clean rooms in time. View for our room was great. People are not being aware of social distancing or mask wearing during Covid-19 (Not a dig on the hotel because how can they properly control), just be aware on plan accordingly. Location of hotel is great, and easy access to the beach.

What an amazing space for a timeshare! We enjoyed a 2 bed/2 bath condo with all sorts of amenities. 3 pools and a lazy river, plus it’s literally right in the beach. You can stroll on the boardwalk for hours, sit or play on the beach or swim/relax by the pool. Lots of activities to partake of via calendar that is provided. Restaurants, shops and entertainment all within walking distance!

Location wise amazing, hotel room wise and the up keep in the hotel not the best. Clearly dated and they are working on fixing it up, but they have a long way to go. Dont get me wrong if I was here with a bunch of college buds looking to party its perfect, for a family though the rooms could use some refreshing.

Far exceeded our expectations! Wonderful vacation spot for family with kids 7 and 9. Everything was open with exception of hot tubs and indoor pool. Resort was clean and staff was great! 1 bedroom condo was inviting and spacious for family of 4. We hope to make this a yearly vacation spot!

We were guests of a resident and had a spectacular time. Club Wyndham Ocean Walk staff are gracious and friendly and ready to meet your needs. The entire hotel was super clean, had beautiful decor, and followed all cdc guidelines through the covid pandemic. Our deluxe 2BR was on the top floor on the side of hotel which we ended up loving because we got to experience both views and the sunsets.The room was clean and sanitized with plenty of necessities such as towels and even beach towels. The room decor was warm and a retro yet modern look. The kitchen was fantastic and very easy to maneuver in and was complete with everything you need. Just being the food! The jetted tub and king sized bed in the master BR was exquisite!The pools, lazy river, and decking were so clean and inviting. Access to the beach was a breeze! We felt comfy, safe, and secure while staying here. It makes us want to invest in a tineshare ourselves! Excellent vacation stay!!!

Well the Club Wyndham is nice. All of the employees are nice and try to help you in every way they can. One of the best places we have ever stayed at. Its about an hour and a half from Disney world, almost 2 hours to Kennedy Space Center, about 10 minutes to Daytona 500, and about 50 miles from St. Augustine. We went October 17 thru October 24th. We were on the 20th floor first and then moved to South Tower and was on 14. Elevators were good. We even seen the employees cleaning elevator every so often. On the North Tower elevators there was hand sanitizer but on the South they didnt have that.

This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. If I could give zero stars, I would. Over priced and bad management. I’m still waiting on a call back from management from beginning of the month. It took me 4 calls to be able leave a message. Our room was dirty, when I mentioned it they kind of brushed it off. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Just all & all a bad experience. I completely understand things happen, it’s how they were handled once it was reported that is so aggravating. I called the hotel & they directed me to where I bought the rooms from, & then they directed me back to corporate & then they directed me to the actual hotel front desk. This has happened every time I’ve called in the last three weeks. I still have yet to receive a call back.

Our family loved the 2 bedroom suite. It was clean and equipped well. I have a couple of complaints. The ventilation was awful. We could smell the folks next door smoking. My biggest complaint was the elevator system upon check out. It literally took us 30 minutes to get an elevator we could get into with our bags. I had to ride up to go down. I also was not impressed with the customer service. Ive stayed next door at Hilton and those folks are great. The customer service folks look like they just hate their jobs. I did enjoy the free parking, good job on that one. Would I stay here again? Im just not sure.

Had a 2bedroom condo with a partial view of the ocean. Wasnt to happy about that, though I was on the beach. Room was clean ,very big and stocked with everything needed. This place is super busy.... waiting on the elevator is a 20 min wait... pool is packed hard to find seats ... It was filled with security guards everywhere enforcing the rules. Room was nice but way to busy for my taste...

It may appear to some at first glance, and judging by the excessive amount of security, that this resort is catering toward the safety of its patrons. I assure you this is not the case. Although they do maintain a security force sufficient to keep the many homeless, panhandlers, and sketchy individuals at bay, which surround this location, and make it unsafe to walk the streets at night. This security force also seems to have unlimited authority, answering to nobody present here at the resort, and it shows in regards to their interaction with the patrons here, which verges on the line of harassment. Their behavior toward patrons here extends from the extremely petty (your drink is one inch over the line that was designated), to eviction from the premises by threat of arrest for trespassing. Never mind that you have paid several hundred dollars for a room. It is apparent that they only answer to some type of board of owners, which only occurs at some later date, which at such a time the damage they have cause, in respect to customer relations, cannot be repaired. This resort needs an onsite manager that this security team answers to for its behavior. There needs to be checks and balances, along with consequences for their behavior, when they are exerting their power and authority in such a manner that damages relations with the public and patrons of this resort. Unfortunately, because of the way things are run here with it’s security, we will not return again to see if they have corrected any concerns with this system that now exists.

Masks wearing not enforced by hotel staff. People were walking around the lobby without any masks even though there were signs masks had to be worn indoors. The hotel staff never enforced this. The hotel was booked at 100% capacity during a pandemic. I’ve spent time in Miami and Orlando where hotels book at 30-40% capacity to protect the staff and guests. Coming from these cities where masks are a requirement and ENFORCED it was quite shocking Daytona beach and especially club Wyndham weren’t doing the same.Hotel pros: rooms are efficient. Full kitchen and large bathrooms with tub. Hand sanitizer stations only in front desk and elevator.Hotel cons: towels aren’t given/offered to the guests. The people in the pool were jumping and diving and playing loud music. The security guard by the pool mostly focused on enforcing no drinking/eating in the pool. Although he did let the guests know to turn down their loud music. However, diving, jumping into the pool was not enforced.On a different note, not at the hotels fault, the entire weekend was some sort of truckers show and the entire avenue was blocked and it took hours to get to the hotel. Something the hotel didn’t inform us of. Pre covid this hotel would’ve been great to spend time with family. We are still battling a pandemic and it seems the hotel and the people of Daytona don’t care about their locals or visitors. Go somewhere else to spend your vacation. Stay safe and away from Daytona beach.

Soo many disappointments. The pools were not open very long. Even though we were told they stayed open till midnight, the pamphlet said the same, the signs at the pool said the same, they closed at like 9pm. We didnt know this and were swimming in the north indoor pool when a security guard came in and yelled GET OUT OF THE POOL. When asking him why he again yelled the same then said its closed. we tried to say BUT we were told it was open and didnt know but again he YELLED the same and was rude. Now this wasnt some rowdy group. We were 4 women just swimming, not drinking or doing anything wrong.I booked a 3 bedroom condo/suite... We had a total of 10 girls on the trip, so you can imagine the surprise when not a single room or bathroom had a full length mirror. The lighting was extremely poor throughout.The pool area had no music, no pool station for towels. Very disappointed and will never return.

It was nice and the staff was nice... And it likely had a lot to do with them just opening up... But the room had issues... Had to have one of the toilets chains repaired twice. The dishwasher had to be repaired. No extra anything such as paper towels and toilet paper. They only had one pool open so if you take social distancing seriously... Good luck at the one pool... Its packed. Being on the beach... The street is obviously the main drag and all night long is was loud. Motorcycles and loud cars going extremely fast and the sound came through loud and clear all night long. On the upper floors when you want hot water... Prepare to run the water for a long time if you want it hot. No exaggerating... 5 minutes when busy... 10 to 15 minutes if not. So... It did have some issues but Id go back. Again... It likely had a lot to do with the fact they had just opened back up so I want to make that clear. Still a very nice place despite the little things which they were very quick to fix.

Extremely friendly staff. Magnificent views of the ocean. Beautiful pool area that steps right onto an amazing stretch of beach. Great room overall. Nicely appointed with lots of extras.There were a few minor odds and ends with the room that we noted. A coffee maker was provided but no coffee or filters. There were no hooks or racks to hang anything on. They may have been omitted because of the washer and dryer in the room.Very fun stay!

Cook at home.Wyndham vacation club offers full apartments with kitchens.after few days prowling the local restaurants i have decided that i should cook.So what we have is a oven roasted tomahawk,roasted creamer potatoes and baked brie all from Samsclub.This is $45 dinner that took about 1 hour to cook and was delicious.The tomahawk was salt,garlic powder and pepper seasoned and was broiled for 5 min each side and then at 400 degrees for 45 min to a almost well done .The potatoes coated in some bacon grease,salt, pepper and garlic powder and then along with the tomahawk in the oven for 45 min at 400 degrees.At last when removed from oven put the brie cheese in a pan and the filling on top and warm it up for about 10 min.Bon Appétit.Of course i keept the best part of the tomahawk and we feed 5 adults

When we arrived our room was not ready, so we had to wait 1-2 hours just to get checked in. Our room was very nice and clean. The area was not crowded. However, the slide and indoor pool were not open(but the water park across the street was....????). The water slide was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. Pretty disappointing.

Booked using Shelby Resorts, got a 1 bdrm deluxe. The parking situation wasnt bad they have two attached parking garages included with your stay, although it may not have been a very busy weekend. The room I had was better than I thought it was going to be. Two TVs, updated kitchen, clean, no smells would definitely stay again. The reason for the 4 was the check in process made me a little uneasy. I got there around 8:30pm and after you get your room key they send you to the winners circle where they send you to a salesman to ask you a few questions and try to talk you into attending a 90 minute tour they offer a discount on a another trip and even $100 free dinner anywhere in the area. Friendly tip decline, decline, decline they just want to take up half of your vacation day to try to sell stuff to you, if they ask you what your plans are say you are really busy with friends or family. From others that Ive read on here its basically them trying to talk you into a bs timeshare and its definitely longer than 90 min.

Very nice resort in a great location. Beach is literally right outside with a private entrance for the resort guests. Pool was very nice and spacious as well. However, the check in process was a nightmare as nobody at the hotel seemed to know what was going on/what to do. I love all the security the hotel offers but I felt like they were always breathing down our neck and telling us all of their MANY rules.

Customer service is great! The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. Amenities are awesome and the cleaning measures due to Covid-19 was on point! It is located in a great spot on the beach. Id recommend this place to all my friends and family!!

They want you to basically clean the room yourself but charge $125 cleaning fee. Said i had to many people because Every person counts if they have a heartbeat we had 4 babies from 4 mths -3 years old had to pay for $299 for another room. Was told bc the ac was on 60 degrees it was frozen that we werent suppose to have it passed 67-68 it doesnt say that anywhere the power went out in one of the units they had security came right up and got it back on but the ac in the main unit didnt work right after that and that we forgot a small bag of trash in the room, we werent getting out deposit back. I was told that by Cindy thats in charge of the South Tower that her cleaning staff is not there to clean up after my guest which i thought when you check into a hotel that everyone names that are down on the check in list are guest of the hotel. We will not be staying here ever again and im not recommending anyone that ask me. This is just some of the things that were wrong

Friends were staying here from out of town and we were just visiting for the day. Fantastic place. Very kid friendly. Indoor/outdoor pool. Hot tub and lazy river. Outside tiki bar and steps to the beach. What more could you ask for. Room had ocean view, full kitchenette, dishwasher, you name it. If I lived out of town, definitely would stay here.

Im here with my family.. there are 8 of us and we have two rooms. Despite the pandemic, we are having a great time because the beach is so easy to get to through the pool area. There are a lot of little shops and food places close also. You can rent a umbrella and some chairs out on the beach.. I think like 40 a day. I would come back (:

My family and I stayed here July 25-August 1. We had a two bedroom two bath and the place was filthy when we finally got into the room. We had to wash the bedsheets and clean everything down because it was dirty. My mother in law complained to the owner of the room that it was so dirty and just from walking our feet were black the owner was really quick at getting a maid to come in the next day while we were at the beach. The hot water in the kitchen never worked either. The view was amazing. The pool was super nice and it was so convenient being right there on the beach. We stayed in room 701. Other than the room being a hot mess, everything else seemed ok.

On my second night here, went to the grocery store and came back to my room. I had a few bags of groceries stolen from me. Security said they couldnt see our room from the angle and the front desk said no one was booked in the room next to us. Come to find out the room is actually booked and security says they cant do anything about it.

We loved this place, they have activities daily for kids and adults! No need to ever leave!!!! We stayed in a 3bdrm condo and was VERY PLEASED!!!!! We will definitely return! 4 pools, lazy river, mini golf and full time security! My only complaint would be drinks in the pool although rules say NO, people still did it!

We stayed in a two bedroom suite, room 815, with a spectacular view of the beach and also Ocean Walk, since we were at the end of the building and our windows faced east and south. We went through the hotel to the theater next door to watch a movie. The Wyndham’s pools, lazy river, two water slides , two hot tubs, indoor pool and poolside bar made this a destination for all ages. Of course, the full kitchen and washer/dryer in the suite made for an easier stay. The master bathroom happened to be wheelchair accessible. As you can see in the photo, the shower is up a ramp with no lip. The last time we used a shower like this, water went all over the whole bathroom floor so we used the other shower in the suite and that worked well. But if you use a wheelchair, this was an indispensable feature.

Very nice inside and out. Checking in was pretty quick and parking in the garage was OK, just a little tight for maneuvering. Everything was clean and access to the beach was easy. Some amenities were closed. Thanks CoronaVirus. Beware peak times like check in/out and mid-morning beach trips. Even 4 elevators in 1 tower arent enough for 25 floors. Close to many restaurants with several within walking distance. Safe travels on your vacation!

I like this place. The Ocean Walk is like it says is on the ocean. There is a large boardwalk to the south which allows you to stroll to the pier. I will be back again. Good staff and easy check in. No pressure.

This was the best vacation ever. The resort was so nice and clean and you never had to wait for the elevators. However, our condo was very dated with lots of 80s regalia. It did make me feel like I was living at the Golden Girls house though. With our beach side bedroom we could hear and smell the wonderful ocean all night long. So amazing!

Facilities are good overall, but pool security seems to enforce implied policies, rather than explicit policies, regarding use of floats in the lazy river. Requests for clarification are met with aggression and threats of police involvement, rather than explanations or discussion with appropriate hotel management. Definitely would recommend finding a different location until they can find more reasonable security staff who aren’t attempting to pick fights with guests over use of pool floats.Security supervisor also seemed to struggle with social distancing from the moment I met him, despite my continued efforts to back away—this made me concerned about the COVID19 safety efforts at this hotel.Update: the hotel asked me to contact via email, but provided an incorrect email address and has not responded to messages to the correct email address. Seems like the management does not want to address issues.

We were supposed to have an ocean view room. This was booked through a third party so maybe that wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but still disappointing. So much more was wrong with this trip. We had two vehicles but we were only allowed to park one in the resort’s garage. The other cost 15.00 a day to park in another garage. They had a very small parking garage, which was super annoying. Sometimes I couldn’t find a spot to park. Outside the front of the hotel it’s super small which made checking in a huge inconvenience. No one offered to tell us where the luggage carts were or anything of that nature. Customer service was very poor at this hotel. I asked a question to someone when checking in and I felt like they were rude and not super helpfulat all. We had three different keys and it wassuper confusing about which key to use forwhat. The large slide was shut down. Not sure why. They were doing construction at the pool which was super loud and annoying. There were not enough places to sit at the pool, and they had half the pool area blocked off due to covid, understandably. I could go on and on. Instead I’ll just say this. Next time we will stay at the Day’s Inn like we did last year. We paid for a room with a beach viewand that’s what we got. We paid less then half the price too!
