Literally every American sport you can think of. Very well kept and lots of diverse people come here. I usually go to play racquetball or tennis but sometimes like to relive my youth and watch the baseball games! It is a really big park so every sport kind of gets its own sound barriers (which is ideal for tennis). I havent tried the Frisbee golf yet but I see people using it that seem to like it.

Absolutely beautiful park with so many possible activities! Playgrounds were closed because of covid19 but we had more fun enjoying the nature there.

Despite having never lived anywhere near Tallahassee, we first started coming to Tom Brown annually almost 20 years ago for mountain bike races. Then I eventually left the sport and years passed. Several years ago I made the first return to Tom Brown for model RC racing and it brought back many memories. This past week I made another return to Tom Brown while in Tallahassee and it brought back even more memories. The most amazing thing of the last 17 years is just how little the park has changed, while still making many improvements. Id love to return with a bike and ride the Greenway addition which previously did not exist years ago.

Tom Brown Park continues to improve year after year. A massive but beautiful park full of things to do for every nature lover. It is also the landmark for some of the cities largest fireworks displays during 4th of July and New Years. Contains jungle gyms, nature trails, dirt bike trails, tennis, racquetball and basketball courts, baseball/softball field, volleyball pit, dog park, and relaxing ponds with swing benches and a bridge to take in the sights. Park grounds are well maintained and safe and a few miles away from the Animal Shelter, which is full of adorable and wonderful animals available for adoption. Come out and experience it for yourself.

Beautiful day to play in the park. Solid playground equipment in good repair. It appears to be ADA accessible, and has a good variety of activities. Equipment is designed with safety first in mind.

We went to the BMX part of the park and it was awesome! It looks really new. It was a lot of fun especially since the only place my child could go before was to the skate park across town.

Such a beautiful park! Theres disc golf, tennis, racquetball, various other sports complexes, some nice trails, a nice lake to walk around. Definitely worth a visit. Oh, theres also a great park to bring children to.

Kids had a great time on the playgrounds. Restrooms were in good shape. LOTS of family activities available!!

Disc golf, dog park, bike trails, playgrounds, pavilions with grills, open areas for picnicking, tennis courts, and so much. The playgrounds are crowded on a Saturday (even during the COVID). The disk golf courses are fun and tend to be well used during the weekends. The park itself is a great place to visit with many things to do outdoors.

Tom Brown playground is meh. Lots of equipment for the kids, but poor planning on the part of the city has cleared the entire area of trees and shade, so during the summer the equipment is always very hot. Good choice during the cooler months, but Winthrop Park is way better during summer since it has almost total shade coverage.

Still popular with kids. I noticed some broken parts of the playground set have been fixed/replace. Bathroom is still stink even with some updates.

The OG park of Tallahassee. Something for everyone, with constant updates keeping this park fresh while holding onto its classic feel. Sports fields and courts of all kinds from baseball to pickle ball to disc golf and everything in between. Playgrounds, and dog parks, along with every level of mountain biking trails provides fun for everyone.

We did the hiking trail with our dogs... One trail was close to five miles... Good environment for a walk before it gets dark

Having lived in tallahassee for half my life this park is a staple of my childhood. If you are visiting or new to the area and want to spend the day out in a great park this is the one. There are multiple playgrounds, a dog park, tons of trails and a variety of sporting areas!

Theres something for everyone here! Bring the bikes, dogs, kids, and a picnic basket for a full day of fun.

The new playground was a lot of fun for my 3 year old. Her favorite was the merry go round.

There are areas that appearrd to have pavement at some point that the pavement has either washed away and the drive is comparable to a mountain road near the childrens play area...mysterious burgundy van is there daily from a reliable source that is just sitting watching.

The drive around to the dog park has finally been repaved and its so much smoother getting my puppies to the park.

Public park with just about everything you would want to do...bmx/mtb biking, playground plus plenty of sports courts and fields. The new pump track is really nice. Definitely worth visiting if you have anything with wheels

The disc golf course here is top notch. Fully built pro and amateur pads for each hole.

Hubby, and I went there for a bit of exercise while pokemoning, today. I will rate this as one of the top spots in town for both endless possibilities for exercise options and pokemon experiences.

I enjoy this park with my family on a weekly basis. Lots of green space, nature trails, soccer field, playgrounds etc...The Lake leon playground has solar powered outlets. So cool!

Disc golf was amazing, was a perfect first date. The community was also really helpful in that we have never played before.

Best park ever... tons of places to play. Between the multiple playgrounds, dog park, bike track, trails you really would never run out of things to do.

One of my favorite places to hike...I have been visiting since I was a child! So many great memories! The bathrooms were clean and park was well lit even into the evening!

The boys had an absolutely wonderful time. Parents and children there were awesome and it was a great time for my 7 yr old disabled child who is homeschooled. The park is safe, with a couple of slides that are blocked off due to safety concerns. I had no worries about my children being injured on equipment and it was definitely evident that the city keeps the park in working order or at the very least keeps it safe for children to enjoy.

There are bike trails for days! They are labelled according to skill level, so you wont end up on a trail thats not your style. This is a beautiful place and a real benefit to the community.

Great place to bring the kids with 2 separate playgrounds, clean bathrooms, and lots of covered pavilions. Lots more to do here from basketball, frisbee golf, and bmx to strolling on the boardwalk around the lake or enjoying the dog park. I even hosted my daughters last birthday here.

This is an awesome place to come and hang out and enjoy some fresh air. Lots of different activities to do in this park.

Great Park for kids to play. Clean and well fenced-in. Not up against the major road so no worries about kids getting run over by fast-moving traffic. Lots of climbing obstacles, slides, Bridges, and swings. It seems to be a popular place for birthday parties since, while we were there today, there were three of them all happening simultaneously and yet the park didnt feel crowded. Overall I think its a great playground.

We love tom brown park. The dog park is awesome. However, I do wish people would clean up after their pets. No one likes stepping in poo.

Easily accessible and clean.

Tom Brown Park is probably one of the best municipal parts in the area and the only thing it lacks is a large swimming area.Years ago the crystal Lagoon people that built one near the Tampa area were looking at Tallahassee and Tallahassee missed out big-time. Tallahassee has some terrific swimming pools, and a state park inside the city limits with a swimming area that unfortunately is strictly shallow water.What color springs does offer cool water and a high dive at the State Park just south of town but the city of Tallahassee really needs a nice water park Lake combination that includes a high dive and or zip lines as well as swings.If such a place was at Tom Browne think about how awesome the yearly Fourth of July celebration would be. I think most of us who live in the city I would happily pay a few dollars each to get into such a expensive construction project So eventually the city might recoup the cost.Other than that I think the city of Tallahassee doesnt actually jobs Park and Recreation

Its cleanliness is spectacular and user friendliness to all is unmistakable.If youre in the vicinity and looking for a respite or a place to go get, this is your stop!By the way, if youre a disc golfer, this park is on the WORLD map!! Amazing park! Visiting from out of town and needed to run our kids. It is a HUGE area. Looking back through the pics on Google, I realize there must be a couple separate playgrounds. We found the playground that has the red and blue equipment. It was awesome! Plenty to play on for my big and little kids. Merry go round, rope jungle gym, lots of slides, etc etc. Lots of seating and shade, too. Restroom nearby, though we did not use it. Nice wide, paved walking oath behind the park that leads to other nature trails. Great for a family nature walk.Parking and entering is a little cumbersome--missed the entrance the fjrst time around and when we found it, it was not a paved parking lot and was quite bumpy and a little confusing. But there was plenty of space to park.This is a wonderful place! Would love to come back.

Great disc golf course!

This park is great for all ages!! There are two sectioned off area. The sections are split between littles and older kids. Our toddler loves a challenge and only plays in the older section and she has a blast. The materials are not too hot and the activities to do are classical mixed with new.
