What keeps it as a registered landmark is that it is the oldest mounds in all of Florida! Nice to check out if you re into Native Florida history or a Florida history groupie, but overall not too much to see. Only a few benches and a very short trail up the mound in its-self. Nicely tucked inside Arbor Hills.I dont think this place has seen much modern action since the publicity it brought on its grand opening in like 1999ish (?)

Hey can you pleas put the Apalachee Tribe flag as the first photo. The one of the fence gate doesnt feel appropriate. This was the location of where the Apalachee Tribe was based.

Where, does one park? On the side roads, where the cops, give you a ticket, have your vehicle towed, etc.
