Just drove through here looking for a home to rent. It is one of the dirtiest parks I have seen. There are people who have garbage piled up in their yards and in the front part of their homes so high you can see it through the windows. Yuck!

Every year they raise the rent... Started charging for water and attached a water meter to all homes; In Turn I barely have any water pressure. Never had a problem with my water before..Told them many times and they dont care. Changed the code to laundry room and didnt tell all residents. They just want money and dont care much about there residents
