Old management sucked. But the community seems so much better the last year. Heather has worked with me when I was really poor and thats something they never used to do. I enjoy living here. Although I dream of a real house one day.

Has its ups and downs like any trailer park. Heater is very nice. Not too great on the maintenance... Was promised new linoleum in the first week I moved in. Nothing has been heard about it since. The trailer wasnt cleaned very well before we moved in. Other than that its been nice. One of the nicest parks in the neighborhood. Ive heard alot of residents talking bad about Heather but I dont see it. Shes been great and friendly. Other than the maintenance and promises to fix things, things have been pretty good. Much better than being homeless!

My son just bought a home there and it is beautiful and affordable. The manager Heather explained all the details thoroughly every step of the way making his first time home buying experience great! Great location close to everything and very well kept community!Highly recommend this park.

Holiday estates is a great place to live. Ever since it was acquired by new management, complaints and maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner. Heather is way better than Roxanne at managing the park and staying on top of her property responsibilities.

Moved back in after 2 years, has way better management. Their ontop of everything now. Heather is very friendly and knows what shes doing. I would recommend moving here now under better management.

Seems like its falling apart. The roads are never plowed. Community seems quiet for the most part. But of course there are the usual problems with any trailer park.

I just moved to Holiday estates a few months ago and it is an excellent community to live in. Heather Castro ( Property Manager ) is so amazing and helpful, couldn’t ask for a better place to live .

I know they go through too many managers and the trailers that they sell I would not pay the kind of money for them. Pretty much overcharging for trailers that are not worth the money. You wanted my honest opinion I gave it to you.

Roads are never clear. Also so many child molesters in this park. And seeing one comment on here bout trailer park girls u sure he aint a creeper for lil children.. Found used condemns on playground.. So I guess if u want to live here and think this park is great more power to u.. Just keep ur kids safe..

Dealing only in facts... My family and I were homeless and holiday estates took advantage of that. We got to choose from five homes, and we put a deposit on the one we liked most. Then once fully approved low and behold they sold that one. Suddenly they had two homes. One that just got foreclosed on full of junk still, and the one half finished I moved into. I had no choice and the work was promised by Brad, the office manager, and heritage financial group. Heritage financial group owns this establishment. By calling the main line and hitting extension 207 you can reach Carrie, the holiday estates site manager above Brad. Not that anyone in Indiana where heritage is, cares. But we moved in here, October thirth, 2015. They harass you here with bills, even when they wont do the work. I have pushed and pushed. Dont let them rip you off. Six months I have waited. Still couldnt get my windows. If you are in an unfinished home you have rights.

This place is a JOKE! the process to move in is just stupid! take 2 months to process paperwork, and when it does get processed there is NEVER ANYONE IN THE OFFICE! THE MOST UNCOORDINATED PEOPLE EVER! on top of that NO CORPORATE NUMBER TO CALL FOR A COMPLAINT! & all you get from the office is thats not my job if I hadnt already dropped 2gs for this trailer, OTHER OPTIONS WOULD HAVE BEEN CONSIDERED!!!!!

Do not come here, Ive been here for years and hopeing for the day i get to leave this place. Nothing they say their going to get done ever does. everyone is rude and just today one of the maintenance workers almost hit my dog speeding around the trailer park on a golf cart he could hit someones kid and thares no point in complaining cause nothing will be done about it not to mention the huge cat problems they refuse to take care of the list goes on for the safety of yourself and family dont come here

Just the worst management ever!!! I bought a brand new place and still went 2 months without a furnace just before winter. They took a part out of it to put in a different trailor. Ive reminded them several times that its getting cold and my wifes pregnant. Still nothing. My back door still has no jam or trim and is barely attached to my trailor. This is a brand new trailor and Ive had so many issues. Do not move in here unless you want to be scammed and screwed over!!

My ac unit was never hooked up, they never replaced a window, there is so many things, to many to even list an they were to be finished before we moved in and fo course there not. So many broken rules.. Like i said im paying to live in HELL.... IF I HAD THE MONEY TO MOVE I WOULD. They charge way to much an we dont even have a pool. I sick of this place!!!!!!!!

I cant believe this is the shittiest trailer park I have ever been and you cant even get a hold of the maintenance man when youre making payments on a trailer in this park you should be able to get a hold of a maintenance man at any hour of the day especially when you pay rent and youre paying a mortgage on a house when something is not working especially like when you heat or your water or your hat your roof is leaking you should be able to get a hold of them and I dont even give your number to call thats some
