Lot rent here is super high. Might as well buy a house.

Besides a pretty quite nice area, the management could care less about any upkeep on grounds. Pool still not open this year. Not to mention my drive way I’ve been coming down to the office for a year and a half now because I am flooded every time it rains. Apparently it’s my fault?! And the ground hasn’t sunk? Says the “stand in” manager. The pavement is level?? Ok come out here with a leveler... please! And return a phone call when you say you will!! Also if you want rent to go up 30 dollars every year this is the place for you!!

The Community Room is great here Friends live here and hosted a going away party!! They really enjoy the community of neighbors

I think our maintenance is good but I have a problem with the yard flooding and they havent fixed it yet.

Expect rent to drastically differ every month. It will never be the same and could be a $200 range difference per month. They dont give you a bill for the water, you just get told you have a bill for it whenever they feel like it. Dont bother asking them why it may range because they wont tell you. If you need help with anything you might as well figure it out yourself. They have walked away from people asking questions because they didnt want to deal with it. (Did not happen to me, but it was seen.) If you have questions about anything, it is in your best interest to record the conversation because they have told us one thing and completely changed what the said the next week. Dont live here!!

Office staff is awesome and maintenance is extremely awesome and very helpful. Chris and Lindsay you guys rock, patty and Glenda thanks for your help.

They have great quality homes for a decent price, if your looking for somewhere to live I would recommend them!

The office is not organized very well but the more you pay for a trailer it seems the nicer theyll treat you except for the maintenance part. Theyre slow.

This place is huge but the lots are small and most of there residents are nasty there lots are full of trash and other things. Sad

This place is a dump may look nice at the entrance but the rest of the park is nasty looking. For the price my son pays u would think they would be on residents butts to clean up and take care of there lots. My son moved out because of this.

Not honest nor fair and make sure your rent check got to the right hands and not into the pockets of the park office employees. . . That has happened

Staff is helpful. The park is kept up nicely and they offer different events for the kids to participate in. My kids love it here

Quite nice for a mobile home community. They are always updating older trailers and replacing them with new. On site pool and exercise room are handy. Community room is free for residents, it’s spacious and clean. Overall not a bad place to call home!

To the person that said this place is a dump, you are wrong. My husband and I live here and they do get on residents to clean up their yards and to fix things. So dont judge unless you really know.

Normal Trailer Park life. Traffic drives a little fast through there. But not a bad location.

Awesome place to live, I love it out here the neighbors are really nice and the management people here are really nice as well, I just moved out here in March and the lady who works in the office was working really hard to get me and my family in. The Guy who works in the office is nice to.. Dont let the Other people fool you, really really nice people here and very friendly... I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move

Good neighborhood as of 2018, with a good environment for children, they also work well with low credit.

Poor management. Deceiving at signing. Pool rarely open or closes early or opens late. OVERPRICED!!! very small yards, be careful what u have in your yard. Very poor response time to maintain what requests although maintenance guy Al is very kind and helpful! EXPECT UR RENT TO INCREASE YEARLY AT LEAST ONCE! I currently pay 800 a month for rent, water bill is OUTRAGEOUS, expect at least 40 a month for their fees sewer and billing fee even tho usage is a very minimal charge. I wouldnt recommend this place or any sun homes community to my worse enemy!

This place is awful. The people here are trashy and their kids are just as awful. Al the maintenance guy is the only one I like. I pay $1,160 per month and my rent keeps rising. Ive lived here for almost three years and it has been three years of pure hell. Im building a house now and I cant wait for it to be done so I can get out of this hell hole. Corporate wont do anything and its very hard to reach them. Manager shows up at my house to talk about the lease... Unexpected, they dont care about renters rights. Never and I mean NEVER rent from Sun Homes...They suck and so do everyone who works for them.

Ok as parks go, lil step above. Lived there 5+ years, 3 management changes and lot rent increase yearly. Sold my home, getting too expensive for return on your investment.

Lived here nine years, lots of unanswered promises, raised the rent every year.made you sign a lease two months early or it would even be more.i asked for paint to freshen up the inside trailer.never got it . promise to replace drive way when we moved in.still not done.lived here nine years trying to force us to buy or move .not right, sorry I probably bought this trailer twice for them.plus the trailer wasnt set right ,the doors jammed.carpet stretched,and the dw cracked.

Very nice home community. Handy school locations, both middle and high school are behind the property.

I love it here really quiet staff is super friendly, anytime we have a issue someone is right there right away, the price is high but its nice wile we are building our credit to buy a home

This park is awful and I would NOT refer it to anybody! I have it 5 stars so people can see this. My sister has always paid her rent and if it was late ALWAYS put the late fee. 3 times now theyve cashed her rent check but put it on somebody elses lot. They gave her court fees for no reason. They are rude and dont talk to you to figure things out. They recently got a new manager due to the previous one embezzling money and letting felons and drug dealers live there.

Its the worst houseing complex in grand rapids michigan management does not treat you like a customer they will not be honest about promises to comentments and contracts when moveing in... sun homes does not care about the problems with the property you rent or buy nor does sun homes back you up when management lies.. ther is no future here to raise a family...

Ripoff artist for a property manager, Dawn, Hamblin, who attempts to bill residents for expenses that should be paid by the park. I would NEVER recommend anyone purchase or rent from this mobile home park after our horrible 12-month lease here!!!Manager is dishonest and created a fraudulent closing bill when we moved out which her corporate office sent to collections without addressing our attempts to resolve the issue.
