I hate living here! Pheonix is the biggest B in the world. Pool hasnt been open years but we are still charged for it. Crime is really high. Street lights out for years before replaced. Fence has been falling down for years and they wont fix it.

My wife and I have been at Prescott for 19 years. We are not happy here at all anymore. The lot rent is going up constantly. we were never charged for water and sewer before. That to us is a bad deal for us. It’s just a way to increase the rent. Yes Corporations is the worst thing that has happened to this park since we lived here. I have recently recommended to folks that we know, do not live here. It is a terrible place. The speed in this park is completely out of control. Trucks and cars go by our place at very high speeds. Wallasey Drive is like a race track. Up until recently I never would have said these things. We used to be very happy here. In the past years we have recommended this place to several parties.Some of them have since left because of how it’s being run and the terrible high cost.We no longer will tell anyone to buy in to a place like this.

Ive lived here for 18 years in two different homes. Since YES! Communities took over, things have completely diminished at an astounding rate. The pool was barely open during the summer, the basketball courts were removed, theres rumors that part of the play area will be removed, the play equipment that will be left is not all age appropriate, the picnic area is nothing more than a couple of tables with benches that are broken and what planned events do we enjoy actually? The lawn service? They are a joke as they do a partial job and damage skirting and siding. The only planned events we can count on is knowledge that YES! Communities will find a new way to raise the rent by not raising the base rent but instead start charging us for the things that were already included in our rent. The water/sewage and the trash service used to be included in the rent so we didnt have to guess what our amount to to pay was. Yes, I said guess. This is where they get more money from the tenants. They wont process a partial payment from someone trying to pay their rent on time due to them sending out the bill late. Thats right. They send the rent notices late so they can charge you a late fee for not paying your rent, water/sewage and trash service in full, on time. It saddens me to say that I am looking for a way out of my mortgage and out of this place that I used to be proud to call home. Its just not affordable anymore as I am a single mother who works full time and still cant make the bills.

Okay park. Parts of park are nice and tidy, other parts look very fun down. Driving through is like driving in a Max, streets are not marked very well.

I grew up here and have family that unfortunately still live here. The newest of many companies take over managing the place are by far the worst this community has seen. Their actions are shady and frankly, unlawful. Hopefully it’s a matter of time before the residents take this dishonest and unethical company to court. Absolutely do not move here. It is not worth your money.

Its a place thats in a quieter part of town. No problem with the kids playing

I moved in December 2018 everything was going great until I rescued a dog and now I am told he can’t be there?!? It doesn’t say a specific breed can’t be in the park but because our dog is pit bull mix he isn’t allowed to be there, management called my dog vicious which is absurd seeing is how I have 3 kids why would I bring a vicious dog around my kids?? So I would like to talk to someone on this matter, he is trained to help me with my anxiety and depression working on getting him certified but management said that wasn’t allowed either?!? I need someone’s help, he is family and I don’t want to see him go to the pound that isn’t fair, I pay enough to be able have whatever kind of dog I want and to tell me I can’t is not okay with me!!!

There are no longer any amenities in our rent.We pay all utilities seperate. Base rent went from $375 to $500 dollars in a matter of one year.There are no basketball hoops as shown on website. Half the time the childrens playground has broken equipment.The utilities that are seperate from base rent and will run anywhere between $25 to $150 dollars depending on the size of your family making this an unfriendly business ethic for those on low income, disabilities, veterans, and single parents.Also half the time your recieving your billing statement late making it so they can collect $100 for court fees and $75 more for late fees.I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived here for 4 years. New management is horrible!!! Our lot rent has went up $30 for lawn service that has left holes in peoples skirting and sidings. Lot rent goes up from $30-$60 every year I have been here. They are now making us pay for water due to residents abusing the water which I am sure is true ONLY because its been 100 degrees and management still has yet to open the pool up that is included in our amenities. Its almost August! Any complaints or concerns? Count on at least a month to get a response. But someone will respond on this review fast to look good. Awful management and I hope it changes soon

This community has gone way downhill since Yes! Communities took over! Lot rent goes up around $9-$11 per month each year... this year $30! For the lawn service which sucks. And the pool which isnt even open (July 18th). Now... get this the water, sewer, and trash were included in the lot rent but because water usage is too high (due to sprinklers and mini pools from the pool not being open and the grass ALL dead) we now are going to have to pay our water and sewer as separate bills and the lot rent is not going to be lowered to accommodate us paying that bill thats included in the rent.

Worst place Ive ever lived! Nobody is ever in the office, they wont return phone calls or emails, Ive left notes with my rent check asking them to contact me. Nothing! Place is falling apart fences falling down, street lights out, thefts, lots of hit and runs. Not safe at all the raise a child!!!

If youre moving here for a pool, DONT!! It hasnt been open since Yes! Bought the place! They refuse to open it! They have risen lot rent and continue to lie and deceive residents! They make changes like charging for water instead of it being included in your rent without proper notification. Residents received a newsletter dated over a month prior to getting it of the new charges. This is by far the most SHADDY ran trailer park Ive ever lived at!

Lived her about 6 months and they have already jacked up my lot rent, charge me for water which was supposed to be included in the lot rent, refuse to open the pool which is part of why I moved in. Lie about everything! Just received notice today that water will no longer be included in lot rent, but lot rent will still be going up a lot each year. This notice mind you is dated over a month ago!! That there should tell you the type of dishonest business practices they run. Talk to people who live here before moving in! You will see they all want out!!!

Management never follows through at all. Severe rate increase in a years time!

New owners seem not to care about tenants but make sure they do receive all their money. Raised lot rent horribly high. And has told us from new manager it will continue to climb. Looking for new place.

This park has gone completely downhill since the new management. We pay for our pool which was supposed to open Memorial Day, it’s now the last week of July and it’s still not opened. Our office manager has stated she doesn’t care about all of the residents concerns, blocked herself from seeing our suggestions and complains on our Facebook community page. We signed a contract w previous owners stating water was paid for, now that’s is changing, lot rent has gone up $30 so they can renovate the office and blacktop, but hire a TERRRIBLE lawn service we don’t have the option to opt out of, putting holes in our homes. This park is about to be dealing w many of us opening a class action lawsuit bc we are all COMPLETELY fed up with this new management, YES! Community is the WORST. If your looking for a home, make sure it’s not under YES! Community. Absolutely awful.

Since yes community has taken over alot of things arent getting down. Pool was suppose to be open Memorial weekend still isnt opened. They charge us 30 for a lawn care that does a shity job. Now they want us to start paying for water.

They do have new and updated trailers but in the end their still trailers. But around town my personal opinion it is the nicest trailer park out of all of them around.

Shame on Yes properties. typical bait and switch. what’s the point of a lease agreement if the management company is just going to do as they please. talk to residents first if you’re considering moving in here.

The staff at Prescott made our move simple and quick, very nice welcoming community, very clean and very kid friendly. Our family is so happy with our new move into this community.

I live here and absolutely love it. Sad to see scott and cindy leave. Gunna miss them.

Management is all about selling more trailers & collecting funds. No up keep after they get you in. No warnings about predators on property. No enforcement of rules.

I couldnt be any happier!!!I came in on Tuesday, November 8th to see some homes. Fell in love with one!!!Started the application process on Wednesday, November 9th... COSED & got the keys on on Tuesday, November 15th... that is FOUR bussiness days!!!Cindy & Scott are the best!!!!
