We have lived here for 8 years. The community has grown, but all of our neighbors are fantastic! There are plenty of events planned for families. The playgrounds is new and great for the kids. The staff tries so hard to keep this community one that will attract new families to move in.

We moved in in December of 2019. So far we love it here. It is a very quiet and clean community. There is no trailer park feel here. It is a manufactured home community. Most people take pride in their homes and keep things looking nice. Management is very kind and helpful.

Great place and quiet n clean..

This is an awful place, if you dont live here you cant stop by. So no new comers! You cant have guests or the police will be called on them amd theyll be accused of trespassing and can never visit your home again. Get ready for the lonliest time of your life here in leonard gardens where youll be tormented for having friends. Theyll get accused of being stalkers so dont say i didnt warn you when your friends get kicked out.

Do not forget to mow your kaen. These people are eviction happy and will screw you any chance you get. Horrible managers here

Mangers and office staff very friendly and detailed with helping me find my forever home. Showed me around and even met some people in the community that seemed very nice. You can tell they put some hard work into this community. Thanks Rex and Kim and Amanda for all of your help.

I live here . people are very friendly . management is great . they help me with any question I need answered. Awesome

It sucks. It would be more fitting to call this place a dumpster! My driveway flood escape when it rains and the backyard gets muddy. I have lived here for 7 years and I very much prefer the old owners. The new ones are trash, when you ask for help it takes a lot of asking and it took about 8 months for them to help us with BLACK MOLD! In our bathroom! Along with a broken sky light that would Leake water. They are trying to evict my family from my home because of the rapid comioand going. My daughter is autistic and the state of Michigan is required to come here for a certain amount of time a week and they dont understand that even when I explain it multiple times. So they gave us a eviction notice. We plan on moving when my daughter starts high school.

Being kicked out cause my kids cant be kids. Yes there naughty at times but there KIDS! The last 3 months they have stayed in our yard only,no complaints since and still wanna kick my kids and I out, splitting my family up! Managers find one family at a time and pick pick pick...... two-faced!

The park is nice but the people who run it dont do everything they should when it comes to things other than keeping the park look nice. Also they are slightly racist and will ban your dogs if they arnt small basically

Well kept and relativly quiet. the only real issue is people driving 35 plus through the park. including the Walker Police.

I have lived in the Leonard Gardens Community for almost 7 years. It is a nice, clean, friendly community. The management team is awesome! Very helpful and professional.

Park is mostly clean, can say that.The trailers? Eh theyre trailers.The thing you have to worry about most is management.They very well pick and choose who they feel gets a notice slip on the door. Literally two lots could be identical and they would only leave notes for the one person they didnt like. They will pick apart your lot if they dont like you over every little detail, as well as pretty much invade privacy to find issues.Not to mention try to charge you over these things.And if you dont do your lawn they want to charge you multiple times a month 65$, thats worse than a HOA.The managers are only friendly if youre coming to possibly move here, otherwise its very short and cut.Coming on here and seeing a good amount of other 1star ratings is really not a shocker here.Clean-ish looking trailer park with management filled of nothing but broken promises.

Just as Christy down the block said. Run like you are in fire. I have a 80k home sitting on a yard that floods. Kim and Rex are nothing put liars. Slab for my 4k shed poured wrong, took over 8 months to get slab for steps poured. Yard floods and in the winter back yard was solid ice. Kim and Rex are nothing but liars and if you call them out on their lies you get no help. And so you all know they do not read your water meters, it is a estimate. Very friendly staff. Looking to buy a new home, staff was patient and kind. They answered all my questions and even took the time to walk through a few homes I was interested in purchasing. A+ service.

We absolutely LOVE it here the place is so clean and the staff is a joy

Never helped when we asked for it in regards to the home and lot. Lied and said they would work with us on paying back overdue rent (as we were going through financial issues getting ready to have our third child) and had a court order sent to attempt to evict us before the end of the month. Park looks nice, but the people running it just do not care it seems.

Run far and fast, we got bait and switched in this location and have spent the past 6 months in trailer park hell. Not only is every answer I dont know these people will hold a grudge and make your life miserable they fulfill every stereotype of a trailer park you could ever imagine. I ordered a beautiful home and they delivered me trash that had been sitting on their lot for months and lied the entire time we were supposedly waiting for my home from Indiana. They even charged us a moving fee for a product that was already on the lot. Run, just run. Pay rent, wait for the housing market to change but run away, far far away! Their management company is M Shapiro Real Estate Management but good luck finding someone to return your call, at 1.7 stars I guess we should expect no less. I dont have to mention our address because we are the only home in the place sitting on a dirt hill. I am pretty sure its because we called them out on the horrible set up we have had problems since before day 1 when we were lied to about our home purchase. No more nice guy here Im showing you exactly what to expect if you move here . Be afraid, be very afraid.

Decent park it looks like, but im told they have ridiculous rules like you can only hang white curtains in your home, cant do any landscaping, etc, etc....lots of older folks
