The girls in the office always try to help out whenever they can, are professional and treat everyone the same - no favorites!I love how hard the new manager is working on the community. You can tell that she cares about her job and really wants this place to be a beautiful and enjoyable community for all of the residents.Keep up the good work ladies!!!

As the manager of the community, its been great getting to know everyone. Its especially nice to know that Impact is helping improve the community too. This year we are expecting a lot of updates. Im so excited!

Not a bad park and getting better. More lighting and more attention to upkeep on the lots and trailers. Hopefully this doesn’t go overboard. Even people with trailers that aren’t brand new need a place to live. The entrances need some more lights though.

We went to go get A trailer and it was the most difficult process me and my family had ever gone through. Danielle doesn’t answer her phone will only text. She’s only in her off at specific times and she is extremely unprofessional. We continuously dropped off paper work. It was always something new that came up.. oh we need this we need that .. And finally when no more paper work was needed we received no response... no approval or denied .. nothing .. finally gave up . This place is super sketchy and I wouldn’t trust it to bet my life on it! I would not recommend this place ! Now this lady has all personal information .. save yourself the trouble ..

I have lived here for 2 years now, I was told when buying my home the deck in front of my house would be removed because it was in bad shape the current manager has agreed to help me remove it 3 times, I just called up to the office about another violation regaurding this deck, Im disabled and cannot do it, they dont have any of the paperwork from previous managment, Cheryl will tell you one thing and then claim she cannot/ would never say these thing.

New complaintWe were notified no more free dumpsters due to residents disrespect. There was trash outside the dumpster because they were over following and the walls were very high making it difficult to use. I have MS and its. hard for me. Last manager had walk in ones.Office manager is rude, unprofessional and difficult to talk to. She is disrespectful and unwitting to compromise. Nice community of residents just bad management.

Management and maintenance are very helpful and I would recommend this community.

Well the trailer park has made me tare down my daughters swingset 6months after I moved in they right you up for every little thing wrote me up telling me I had to wash my trailer then as soon as I wash it they right me up again saying I have to paint it then wen I got done painting it they wrote me up againsaing I had to fix my deck keep on writing me up everytime I take care of what they ask even tho the trailer was like that wen I bought it but they cant even complete a work order that I filled 5 months ago people in the office dont know anything or helpful at all the office people changed my water meter and broke my heating tape so guess what my water pipe froze

Nice community. BUT!! This park has gone through 3-4 different managements since Ive lived here. Some things are getting better, not much. I can say that we are being scammed for our garbage that is $8 a month and management is making us pay $10. I want my money back! They shut the water off without telling us. We were told that the rent will not go up anymore after it went up the first time, it went up. 2 more times. Greed is going to shut this park down and or will move low income people out. Everyone has violations today / no notice just violations for any minor thing they could find Karma always comes back around. Terrible. Ive read up on this company across America and there are more bad reviews than there are good. SMH!

Good please not to bad for a trailer park its clean quiet. And Brendon is a good guy in the office rent not bad or you can buy.

Been here over 8 years, was nice when we moved in. This place has changed hands 3 times now, lots of ghetto. All I say is I am outa here soon. Lot rent keeps going higher and higher. It has improved but parents dont watch their children.

I cant wait to get out of this place. Ive been here over 2 years and it gets worse every day. My neighbors are all trashy. I clean up after my little dog other people should do the same. Rent keeps going up, they have fixed the road but thats it. Nosey, nosey ghetto neighbors. Id move but I live with my mom right now because of financial issues and she is helping me. As soon as I get enough money for my own place Im out of here.

Just moved in was told take summer to clean up no rush. Get notice to paint shed and house and fix porch which again was told I had until end of summer. Then week ago got notice to do grass which I did and they violated me cuz I didnt now it again within a week. I was never told meekly mowing. Its rained alot so it grew fast. But u cant violate for something I did before the deadline given. Already trying to find a way out

I was struggling for months to find a place that I felt like was perfect for my Boyfriend and I and had no luck until I went to Green Meadow. Brendon Lefaive in the office made me feel welcome from the start. He heard out all my wants and needs and within 10 mins showed me a beautiful brand new home that he thought would be perfect. As soon as I walked in I knew it was the one for us. He has taken this stressful situation and made it so much more enjoyable for us. We were in a bind and needed to move as quickly as possible and he was able to get me moved in within 72 hours of seeing it. I’ve never had a better experience. If you are looking for an enjoyable experience and a beautiful home I would highly recommend stoping in and speaking to Brendon Lefaive!

Relatively quiet place to live

Dont move here. Its nicknamed Ghetto Meadows for a reason. Management is just ok. There are better places to live. Just saying..

They have been raising the prices here. Recently started requiring a lot of outter work to be done on older home that have tons of inside work that is very costly and time consuming with a lot of people on fixed incoming. I dont think they look out for the community they are looking making money. Will low water pressure in all homes due to poor plumbing in this old camp ground area.

No convient parking for guests.

Dumpy a lot of thugs police there often getting better bringing in new homes but still needs improvement

This park has really gone down hill.. no one is ever available in the office and if you can find someone they refuse to help.. the sewage is always backed up .. lots of vandalism and thefts .. roads need repaired ..we have no tornado shelter.. no playground for our children to play. lots of dangerous vacant trailers that need to be repaired or torn down..DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO THE SEX OFFENDERS ARE IN THIS PARK????

Nicely kept small but nice community

I went there today to give someone a quote on a job and this place needs to be condemned. The trailers are all nasty and packed in like sardines. Very sketchy people living there. This is what makes Grand Rapids look bad.
