My roommate and I went to look at homes in this park two times. The owner of the park kept us coming back but was supposed to get a call back about the price of a couple homes we were interested in but never did. We called and left several messages. I feel that we were discriminated against because the owner didnt want us to live in their park. We had cash to buy a home, so you would think that wed get a call about the cost of the homes we wanted to buy but we didnt meet the criteria for their park. We are glad because we found a beautiful home and the park was glad to take our cash! I guess we werent good enough for their park!

False advertising and money gouging at itd finest.55+ community, no children allowed to live in homes.Explaing everyone thats in their maybe 30s living in the community as well as all the kids playing and living in the community daily.Dont get charged to live in peace and quiet of a retirement community just for it to be a lie. Friendly warning.This place will do anything and everything to make a little extra money off you too, from lawn care to snow care and more (even putting a shed or carport on your property) they make everything a hassle.

Im a newspaper carrier and I have seen a lot of mobile home parks. Brookshire is clean and well kept. Some house numbers are hard to find because of bushes. But it seems like a very nice community.

Ive lived here for over five years.Aàaaàh its peaceful and quiet.Very well maintained.The people are friendly,. Well most of them but thats just life.Ive found that management is responsive and more than willing to assist with any questions or concerns.Ive recommend Brookshire Meadows to others and will continue to do so.Some find problems with everything. If you look hard enough I guess I could find something to complain about. But why?I give Brookshire Five .

No one working in office most of the time. If someone is door is locked. I have been here 2 weeks. Need a new roof, replaced the stove because the oven didnt work. Had to ask for mail keys several times. My meds Sat in a mail box for 3 days because no one told me about the #23 key to get packages!!Beautiful place to live but very poor management to say the least!! Very sad!!No offer to help me as a Senior on a fixed income! Oh and bought my home being told all dry wall! Wrong cheap walboard, 1989 mobile home. Thanks for telling me. NOT THE TRUTH! Shame on you as a family. Hire some help & treat those of us that live here & pay the big buck with compassion & respect please.I have 2 little service dogs 14 years old that I am charged $15.00 each per month for. That is so, sad! Hope you all can sleep at night doing your business?Answer to our LORD!

My mother lives in the park, good friendly park with no rift raft and no tolerance for it either. Clean and well maintained. They care about their residence.

I tried to purchase a home here with a less than desirable experience. I signed paperwork on a Tuesday and waited until Thursday to check on my application. Since I have a larger 13 year old dog they were hesitant about wanting me in their park. The decision they made that took them 2 days was about my dog which they would allow with conditions which I agreed to. After repeated calls to them to ask about my application they have not returned any of them.

Ole people with nothing better to do then call management complaining you parked you car on the road so you can shovel your driveway if your dog gets out and wants to play with another dog that someone is walking will kick your dog in the head just dont move here the only reason my family and I do is because we own the trailer out right and which makes it one of the cheaper places to live so my kids can stay in Byron center schools cant be gone fast enough so if your someone who hate the world around them and loves to get people in trouble this is the park for you

I tried purchasing a trailer there and I found the experience very distasteful. They are hardly ever in the office, take days to return phone calls, and in my personal experience, they waited 8 days before even looking at my application.
