Nice people and good service

If I could do zero stars I would. Your cars get towed if youre late on being up to date with your tags, the management micromanages your life here. I OWN my home and I keep it clean. I probably get 5 notices a week about a weed or a blind that is crooked. I do not own the steps but apparently I have to buy paint out of my pocket for their upkeeping. Most neighbors are nice except youll have a few that cause problems and youll see a cop or two. If you like having someone tell you what you can and cant do constantly then by all means look for a for sale sign soon. Will be looking to sell and move very soon.

Very friedly in the office

We been here for almost a year. Everything is good. Our lease is coming up but not sure if we want to stay in the place we are now maybe another mobile home there but cheaper

As far as mobile home parks, its not bad. They r strict with things but i think it helps keep the park looking nice. Office lady Carmella is pleasant & very professional. I wouldve given more stars except the park manager wants me to take my American flag out of the window :-O. ... We still live in America, right?

It appears to be very quiet for a mobile home park. There are no sidewalks so you need to be careful of kids playing and walking and riding bikes all over the streets. It appears clean and kept up.

Theyre cleaning this park up from what it used to be. Its getting very nice now.

Cool place to ride bikes

If I could do zero stars I would. The management is horrible. Trying to get money out of you that you dont actually owe. They dont fix things properly. The neighbors are great, but poor management t males it a hellish place to live.

Needs speed bumps. People drive way too fast through there with so many children about.

Had an Amazing Time

Carmella is the worst will lie to your face. Had a neighbor scratch a threat on the homes window and they did nothing. But I was responsible for fixing the window. We had it on tape and showed her and shes all oh well call the cops

I moved in 2015 it was a great experience for the 1st year then I signed a 2nd lease after new management took over they became very nosey watching who you have over for visiting and all. They consistently give you write ups if your children leave their bikes outside or for any thing they can write you up for even just one weed growing in your yard. Parking is a nightmare they have no driveways so if you plan on having company the neighbors go crazy if someone parks in front of their home. It is very overpriced rent for what they have to offer and their office staff is extremely rude and disrespectful and all up in your business when they have no idea what is going on. If you want to live somewhere where every move you make is being watched its the place for you. Mobile homes are very clean and nice and they are maintained well. Check out more options before making a decision.

Just moving there, got a very nice double wide, reasonable lot rent, and so far am loving the place

Too much bad to even start. The neighborhood is sketchy, management is absent minded and careless, no one monitors the misbehaving kids who have bad habits like stealing, vandalism and arson.

I love it there. Good place to live in.

When I lived at grand village they refused to fix my air conditioner and after my neighbors had an exterminator my trailer became infested with roaches. They refused to fix anything. When I moved they billed me $5000.00 the debt has grown to $6300.00 and I am unable to get approved to rent any home now. This is the only negative renal history I have ever had and I am close to 40 years old. It is a scam and because of them I am having the hardest time finding a home for my children. They billed me to remodel the entire trailer and my neighbor said they didnt do anything and rented it out the way it was after I left. Either way they have destroyed life to get some money they will never see.

Rent goes up every year, too bad older Reidents who have been there for years couldnt get a fixed rate & not to be raised.
