Hey Ive lived here for like a month cuz someone signed the trailer over to me and they lost the mailbox key, no matter how many times I call they wont answer their phone!! I have important, first class, government mail in that mailbox that I literally need asap, please keep in mind your tenants have emergencies and dont just work on your schedule? Thanks

My friend lives here, I dont have much to really say. He does complain about the place from time to time though.

Drama drama drama. Junkie manager. Affordable about the only thing going for this place. Oh but they will rob you for well water.

I used to Live there and Tallmadge Meadows Trailer Park needs a lot of attention, it need the trailer lots cleaned, and the tenants need to clean their Trailers, the skirting needs fixing, on the Trailer that needs it. The trash needs to be cleaned up. And all blankets off all windows and all blinds that are broke needs replaced. The trailers need to have as mildew cleaned off all Trailers that need it. And Any Trailer with broken windows need to be replaced. And do all back ground checks on people that want to come there to live. Tallmadge Meadows Trailer Park needs a new Manager. That will clean the park Up. It is discussing. It wasnt like that when I Lived There. And in the Summer everybody needs to keep there yard Mowed, or a charge will be given on their door.

Its very small and very run down mobile home park.

Office is terrible. Not the same rules apply for all of the tenants.More for the list. You pay for things like plowing but that only seems to be done once a week. Have to post up pictures some time of how bad it really is. Just too disappointing if you have a car in the park.Also nothing will be done about neighborhood dogs or animals going to the bathroom on your property. Pit bulls are not allowed in the park but if you call them a pit bull terrier they are. They do roam the park.

This community barely provides anything for tenants. No basketball court or hoop, very outdated playground and laundry facility, no pool. They have adjusted the rules to make sure there is no sign of children in the park, I guess they feel like childrens toys make the place look trashy. SMH Beyond that the park mgr is untrustworthy and a felon at that! My vehicles have been damaged twice now, my husband and I had to buy and install security because the park is no longer a safe or secure place to live. After 5 years, we cant get out fast enough!Update: since my post 2 weeks ago, the billing company they use (to charge you extra per month for your utilities) D&B, REFUSES to let me shut the services​ off in my name, even tho we DO NOT own the home and the owner has new tenants already in process of coming in. Also cops have come to my new residence starting the PARK MGR FROM TALLMADGE LIED And made a false report that he seen my CHILD stealing a bike when we moved.. 2 weeks ago!! The cops knew it was a LIE and left. THIS PARK IS A JOKE RAN BY CROOKS!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Does anyone work in the office? I have called everyday twice a day for 3 and a half week trying to find out about.renting from them and every time I get an answering machine, I have tried showing up randomly and someone has yet to be there! Where is management!?
