I love it here its a nice little community , lots of nice people here ,Ive made some awesome friends that show how much they care, and the Park manager Bobbie Jo is the best, shes sweet and kind and she does a great job, all while having health issues, and she dont take any BS from people. The maintenance guy is also doing a great job and here, can fix just about anything and the remodeling he does is excellent. Plus its right next to Meijer, and many other businesses. I honestly dont know why people complain so much, they should be thankful for the low rent and everything here, but ya cant please everyone.

I live here and I dont have a single neighbor I dont like or that I dont get along with also the landlord / lady in the office does a great job!!

Dont go!! there under new managment dont mean nothing same thing and I have family that lives there very poor no good recomdation here.

Very nice community

We have lived here for over seven years. It was once a reputable park, with excellent management. The current owners do not care about their tenants. They are quick to process paperwork to get you removed. No contact information with corporate offices are available. No names, email addresses or telephone numbers are listed anywhere. Their website is a joke, and Im not even sure that its being maintained anymore. You can register to pay online, but the website is deemed insecure with zero encryption. I would not feel comfortable submitting any sensitive financial information.When we moved in, there were not many open slots for homes. Now there are at least six on my street ALONE. They move in dilapidated homes that stand empty and they do nothing with them. When calling, the number is listed as RESTRICTED, PRIVATE or UNKNOWN. No reputable company would hide under the cloak of anonymity.There are children constantly playing in the roadways and this park is anything but kid friendly. No amenities for kids. And we have this huge grassy area that could be converted to a play area, but the owners leave it empty. I would not recommend this park to anyone.

Ive lived here for 3 years now. It has some janky roads that could use repair and theres no storm drains. Street parking. Weve had trouble catching the managers while theyre actually in the office. Trouble getting maintenance out here too. Neighborhood a little sketchy sometimes, but I dont feel unsafe.Our rent is great! Though its a decently small, older mobile home to be fair. But the best price were going to find in GR. A plus, it is pretty nice being right next to the Plainfield Meijer and gas station. Literally a 5 minute walk!

Homes are too close together

The billing in this mobile home park is beyond poor. Paid lot rent and was not posted to my statement. Two days later received Demand for Possession for my mobile home. Advised office of this and was told All I can do is look into it. Gave copies of statement and money order receipt. Nothing done. Next statement shows I am double billed. Talked to office again and was advised they could not take care of it at that moment.Roads are in severe disrepair and have not been fixed. Cars are having problems going through and people have to make repairs to cars. We are charged for inside pets that do not go outdoors. Unfair!!!Owner of park does not care about people and only cares about money. Many lots open with no mobile homes on them. Park bringing in old mobile homes and redoing them inside and renting them. This is the worst mobile home park in Grand Rapids. I refuse to give it a star because it is not worth a rating star. Would move out if I could afford something better.

Worst place ever to fill out a application my baby daddy fill out one there and they denied him and they woundnt give him a reason why and they lied and said they sent a letter to him do not apply here worse place ever

Good community & great school district.

Expensive

Terrible terrible terrible service. Was there for almost a year and it was one problem after the other and God forbid the park does anything to help.

High price of rent. Run down trailers. Park hires drunks and drug addicts

Will not answer phone horrible service and the maintenance man is a drunk called several times about my roof leaking and no response whatsoever nothing was ever done or taken care of
