The Hotel was nice property. The only Hyatt I have stayed at with pool but no Hot tub. The service was excellent. The amenities were lacking. Stayed in Presidential suite but no refrigerator (cool that did not seem anything cold), no plates, glasses, or cups even though they had dinning room table. They charged us $25 a day for small microwave. Nice property and service but had less amenities then a best western. NOT 4 stars hotel.

The hotel was very nice. A little dated but that’s ok. We stayed in the Presidential Suite which was really nice. Very spacious. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because we rented a cabana and when we got there there was no staff in sight. When the Cabana is rented you get a food/drink credit as well as service provided. There was no service at all provided until we went to the front desk. They said because of COVID they didn’t do service outside during the week (which also meant the pool bar wasn’t open). Only on weekends. This was also an inconvenience because you had to call a number to place any order (food or drink). However, the hotel made it right and comped us the price of the cabana for the day. And since they were aware of people being outside they did have bar staff come by periodically to check to see if anyone needed anything.

Great place. We stayed in the Presidental Suite and it was a pretty nice room. I expected a lil bit more, and I also expected to have a microwave lol. The front desk staff was really nice, and I ran into a couple people staying in the hotel they were also friendly. I do think maybe they might want to clean a lil better. It was clean, but just could of been better. Overall out of 10 Id give it an 8.75 .

Great check in and beautiful pool. Decent dinner ffrom Kitchen West enjoyed outside on the patio (dining room closed). Door to cabinet housing the mini fridge had broken hinge...annoying, but worked around it and let them know about it when we left. Check out went smoothly and good conversation. All staff were polite and very helpful.

First two stars because of the pool and they gave me a refund....we were very excited to stay here off the deal from ABC15. We were looking forward to a nice staycation. But unfortunately the room we had wasn’t ready for us, the toilet didn’t want to flush, the carpet was damp, it was musky in the room, the air vent looked like it had never been cleaned. The room looked really nice. Once we sat in the bed we realized it was gonna be a long night, I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to sleep in that bed. The halls and rooms smell of cigarette smoke from the 60’s. The dirty toilet paper picture is from the air vent. Pretty sure there’s mold in the vent. The tops of the fire alarms in the hall are all dirty, there’s cobwebs in the hallways too. Umm if you’re still reading here’s the best tip, if you self park you can access the pool anytime you want by reaching your arm over to unlock the gate #yourewelcome

Huge let down for a resort with premium pricing! We rented two nights for our wedding. No hot water when we got in after our wedding all the way up until the next morning around 7:30 after we complained. The carpet in the entry way was moist for 2 days! Complained to maintenance and their solution was to bring in fans. Yes, we would love loud fans while trying to relax. No compensation offered for either of these inconveniences. Not to mention, very small room service menu. 10/10 would not recommend.

This hotel’s rooms are very outdated! In addition, we couldn’t take our empty Yeti cups into pool area to put their drinks in at 112 degrees. Argh!

This property needs a MAJOR renovation. The grounds and pool were nice (I wish there was a hot tub though..). The rooms, however, are bad. They were extremely outdated and dark. The carpets smell really bad and the bathrooms seem like they havent had a deep clean in awhile. Even the hallways had a peculiar smell. I love staying at hotels to relax and get away, but unfortunately I couldnt really do that here. Lots of other options in Scottsdale around the same price range. I cant really see myself coming back here unless some updates are done.On one positive note, your staff is great! Very nice and accommodating!

Susan, in reservations, is amazing!! She helped us book The Stillman Billiards Suite, and it is beautiful! She even had a Happy Birthday balloon waiting for my husband when he walked in! The suite was fabulous, the customer service that was provided by everyone at the resort was great, and we had a blast! Thanks Susan for making it a night to remember for all of us that stayed there that night!

Negative: We were woken up by construction at 6:30am and there was no message or warning that there was even construction. The front desk then said that the construction wasnt even supposed to be happening.

Love this place ... but with the pandemic, services for rooms was poor. A/C was not good, WiFi was extremely weak, no warning about services for rooms like more coffee and toilet paper. But ... service at the restaurant and bars (inside and pool side) were awesome... GREAT JOB!

This is a beautiful property and is in a great location as well. For some reason Orbitz didn’t pass my reservation on to the hotel so they didn’t have my room reserved but they handled me anyway and were SO NICE and easy to deal with. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool is gorgeous and so are the common areas. Smells good too! I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in town.

The rooms are super dated and the bed was like sleeping on a pad of concrete. Neither my husband or I barely slept at all. The pool was so salty that it was enjoyable at all. However, the grounds and the front desk ladies were extremely nice. We ended up leaving after 1 night because of the rooms. Now after 2 days Im still waiting for our money to be returned for the 2nd night stay.

Went for a weekend staycation. The accommodations were really nice, staff was great, and food was pretty good. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast choices but overall we enjoyed ourselves.

My family and I stayed here and I thought IT was amazing . We went on Labor Day weekend and they had activities planned for the clients to take advantage of . The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again .

My family and I were so excited to stay here but it was very disappointing to say the least. Our 1st room was crawling with sewer roaches. Called front desk they accommodated us by moving us to another room. Sadly enough it was a good half a mile walk from the lobby. Both rooms very dark and had a musty smell to them. Main pool was were severely over crowded as expected and the 2nd pool was all the way on the other side of the property. No near restroom btw. Only reason we are still here is because I couldnt cancel. Worst experience ever.

Nice property! I’ll stay here again. Good value compared to resorts closer to old Scottsdale.Onsite dining is good, big rooms, good service, easy and inexpensive valet parking. Internet service was slow and rooms a bit dated but still nice. Property isn’t huge so easy to get in and out.

The experience was great until so many Yoga on the lawn people entered the bar at one time with no masks on making it unsafe to stay.

Very beautiful grounds and the service in all departments was very kind and helpful. I was there for a conference and the food was good. A bit pricey but very nice overall.

Room was nice. The rest was not. The resort smells like cigarettes outside. The worst part was the pool. It was obvious from the foot traffic to the parking garage to pool that many at the pool were not staying at the hotel. It was a bunch of 20-somethings who were parking and going directly to the pool. No masks or social distancing was even attempted. We were there with two kids and never got to use it due to these conditions. One would hope that when you pay over $200 a night for a staycation that youd get some sort of exclusiveness, not a public party pool full of people who arent paying to stay there and a staff who could care less.

We had a delightful stay at this resort. It was very clean, service staff was friendly, and the pool was awesome. I plan on coming back here! For a fair price, we got everything we wanted and more in this beautiful hotel

From the moment were arrived everything was perfect. Very friendly desk staff made checkin both quick and pleasant. We had the opportunity to enjoy our stay in one of the Presidential Suites. Very spacious and made the stay most wonderful. Will return again hopefully soon.

What an awful experience. The room was too warm and would not cool down. The toilet would barely flush. Sometimes we would need to flush twice because it didnt do it the first time. The room fridge barely kept things cold. The ironing board was falling apart and there was a layer of dust on all the light fixtures. I doubt they had been dusted in years. I will NEVER stay there again.

Incredible value. Gorgeous resort, with fantastic service. Staff throughout the week was super helpful-going extra mile at every request. Many lovely spots, including 2 fire pits, to perch, socialize, read or work. Large comfortable, clean rooms with desk area, fridge, Keurig, seating area, a cool double closet set-up, robes and a separate vanity outside of bathroom. Great location 25 mins from airport and just a few minutes to lovely old town Scottsdale shopping, golf and fabulous restaurants. Beautiful heated pool with fluffy towels open 24 hours. Fitness center was good sized, with state-of-the-art equipment. A UPS store on site for business travelers. Restaurant and catering was delicious with fresh, ample servings. Bar was typical for resort.Downsides: The toilet paper was thin, bargain basement stuff that shreds and separates-shocking at a place otherwise so impeccable. Walls are a little thin and the tiles make a lot of noise when luggage clickety-clacks over them-so light sleepers may struggle during peak season. No hot tub in pool area.

First, Cindy and Lanna are amazing and exceptional with guest service. They go above and beyond prior, during, and after the stay. They answer numerous questions and requests from me and my party. I cannot say enough about them.During two of my three visits we had reserved four cabanas each time and this past visit we were celebrating a good friends birthday. The overall experience was a great one! I was able to meet Sergio and talk with him. He is a great leader and very personable. Mark was extremely helpful both on this visit and the visit over the 4th of July.This past visit I personally had two rooms, one being the presidential. We also have three other rooms from our group. We will plan to continue visiting your property and I wanted you to know that your staff is what makes the experience great.Jasmine and Kate were our staff supporters during our cabana times during each visit and they too were exceptional.Definitely recommend this property!

So old and run down. I was placed in the far back end of the property. Super dark and I felt vulnerable. The wall light switch when touched made the lights flicker. The lamps were unplugged which I thought was strange. Which was explained by the above. After taxes and a resort fee $400 for a plain run down room. Don’t do it. I should have known better.

Excellent place to stay. Staff are very friendly, helpful and always happy to help. The food is fantastic and with so many places to enjoy your morning coffee, makes you feel you have the place to yourself. Had a room overlooking the golf course which provided a great view. Pool is not over big but provides a relaxing swim and cocktails.

Hotel is beautiful but definitely needs a renovation. New carpet would make a huge difference. Also, ate your Cesar salad and it was not good. Chicken was cold/precooked. Way too much dressing and pricy for the size. Had an old fashion and it was tasty albeit sweet. The bed was so comfy. Next time Ill take advantage of the pool. We will definitely be back.

Attended the 2019 Thrive Gala event at the Resort. It was outstanding! The service Great & servers were very tentative to oyr needs. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The 5 course meal was excellent both main & vegan, they kept the best wine stocked and glasses full and serving the best desserts. The band had us ALL feeling the groove with great old school jams & special selected singers after the breathtaking speakers and Survivors. I was honored to be a part of the event and the venue fit the occasion perfectly.

We cancel a hotel around the corner, (The McCopyname Sc., took this loc., name) and now we are in a really nice, great service, Fantastic pool, original McCormack property. The grand wooden staircase, beautiful hallways with old historical pictures make you fill the old Scottdales beginnings. The room is quiet, (no loud air conditioner), roomy with the all-wooden Western flair and lighted black and white frame picture. We live it is much, we added another day.

Beautiful place, old school but well maintained. Didnt stay just a quick visit, but love the traditional territorial style. Bartender very nice made me a nice coffee and Valet guys let me park out front to drop package off at smallest UPS store inside Hotel!

This is THE place to stay while visiting Arizona. All the staff members were extremely helpful and nice. Very accommodating with all requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was a HUGE plus. They took us anywhere within 5 miles. Downtown is super close with a lot to do. Its a great location. Our last day here they held our luggage since our flight was later and we still got to use the amenities. Great stay! Shout out to Adam, great server!!!

The staff was amazing, having been on crutches they delivered all of my belongings to my room and were so helpful the whole time! They kept my bags for me while I went to the ER since I couldnt check in right away which was a huge deal to me. I will be back!

Bought a groupon for myself & a friend. The 50 minute you can only use with the Groupon. I got the moonlight massage and my friend got the mother to massage.The girl I had was amazing. She asked me where it hurt and what oil I wanted. My hip is hurting, so she helped relieve the pain a bit. I also got a foot massage, they wrapped it and put a sleeve on.My friend she lasted on her side to get the massage & she wished the lady would have massaged her harder on her back. She wasn’t asked what oil she wanted or if anything hurt.Everyone does a different massage then others.After we went in the relaxation room to drink water and sit and they have some snacks like almonds and dry fruit.After we went in the sauna and why sitting it did get a bit hotter inside.After we went to the pool and they need to give you a bracelet to enter. The pool was nice. Not really deep. There’s a water fall.Make sure u go earlier cause they give you a tour and you need to change, before your massage. Plus if u park by ur self it’s not inside the hotel it’s on the side of the hotel the spa, by the fitness area. The Groupon included valet.

Have enjoyed my time here so far.Staff has been extremely accommodating. The suite were in is a bit dated, but it is spacious and comfortable.Also, if youre like me, this is important, the wifi is extremely fast.Ive been unable to get PS4 remote play to work yet, which is also a detail that is important to me, but Im working on troubleshooting.The pool is warm and a nice area to relax. Patio seating on our unit is limited, but there is some. Looking forward to the rest of my stay.

Not sure what rooms are shown in the pictures, my room was small, dark and very outdated. The food served at the resort was very poor cafeteria quality food. The plus was the meeting room and grounds which was very nice, especially the snack and drink area adjacent the meeting room. The kicker was the $10 charge on my bill for the $4 bottle of water in the room. I have never seen a water service charge before!

Lanya the front desk woman went above and beyond for us. Place is wonderful. We also did a Photoshoot here, a lot of great places for great shots.

Hidden GEM in Scottsdale. Lush, serene and quiet. There are many lovely resorts in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, but not many can top this beautiful resort.It has everything: golf, spa, amazing pools, a good restaurant, especially well appointed rooms, lush green landscaping and so quiet.

Attentive staff, Scottsdale shuttle service when bell staff is not too busy, some renovation going on. Lots to do in the area. Quiet stay, mostly a convention location. Food is pricey. Poor convenience shop. Nice large flat screen TV. Bathrooms are very small. Had to have repair for clogged sink and shower, broken tub drain plug. They were quick to fix problems. All in all a nice stay.

In 2018, the company I work for (Anasazi Foundation) held their annual Gala at this Resort. We had such a great time (and were treated so well by the staff) that we’d love to come back. Fantastic setting, great staff, and wonderful memories! Thank you, so much!
