Loved our stay. The pool and relaxation spa was fantastic. The grounds were well maintained and had great ambiance. The room was spacious and had everything I would need while on vacation. It felt like home from the moment we entered our roomKeep up the great work it doesnt go unnoticed. Spoke with Omar at the front desk. He made me feel like family when he welcomed me to the resort. Night swimming was beautiful and relaxing. Thank you for a much needed vacation.

This will be the second time that Ive stayed here I celebrated a birthday here, it was very nice and quiet. My room rate was good and the room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping services were quick. the only suggestion I have is in the one-bedroom suite there was no dish drainer when we washed the dishes, the utensil selection was small, a little update would be more helpful. Give them a try!

NEVER stay here. This place is an absolute scam and takes zero responsibility for their role in customer service. Leah and Michelle were awful and no help. I got a promotional deal through the Diamond marketing team for a 2 bedroom villa and was also told we had no additional fees outside of $100 in incidentals. I even called the marketing team 1 month before our stay and they affirmed the details of the deal. The front desk told us we had a studio, made us pay $72 for a one bedroom, then charged us $118 for a resort fee. When I mentioned all the things we were promised nothing was done— they just said I had to call the marketing team. When I kept telling them: “I got this with Diamond. YOU are Diamond and should be able to solve my problem regardless of what department you are in”... they kept blaming the marketing team and had zero resolution other than call them. We attended an ownership presentation, they were very nice and accommodating. We might have even considered buying from them but had such a horrific experience in our first Diamond Resort that we held back. Hopefully other Diamond Resorts take a different approach to customer service than this one.

The suites are awesome. Fully functional kitchens, fireplace, washer and dryer in your room. Only suggestion I have is be aware of the stairs if you have any issues climbing them. We were on the third (top) floor and there was not an elevator available to us. The pool is accessible but limited because of covid.

It’s was very clean and cool when we entered the room which is a huge plus to my boyfriend. I took him there for his birthday and it was just amazing. Everyone was super nice and very helpful

Dont agree to the sales presentation. Very pushy! Good for a weekend get away. No grounds to speak of, pool is limited as is the pool grill. Half of the units have parking lot views! Just ok !

It was nice and they have an adult hot tub. Make sure you check out all the fees!

It wasnt bad there were lots of cops there the 1st day which was not so nice not really as relaxing that day but they made it better by comping the 1st night and giving us another one Seems like Scottsdale is getting a little less upper class these days. DONT REALLY LIKE THT CUZ THE LAST 2 STAYS JUST SEEMED LIKE A LOT MORE LOW CLASS PEOPLE STAYED THERE.

Gorgeous property, beautiful room and recreation area, seamless check-in, super comfortable room, daily games and entertainment awesome. Super clean suite, Garden tub is the absolute best. Very competitive pricing for our.

My kids and I have made it a family tradition to come back here every summer. So far we are currently on our 4th year! We truly enjoy coming here. The rooms are cozy and very homey, the outdoor activities are great, and the fitness center is awesome! The pool is fun and very soothing with a waterfall. There is an activity center alongside the pool as well as a poolside eatery. On a daily basis they host a new activity for anyone to enjoy. Not only are there kid options, they also host events for adults. This past week we enjoyed wine and painting, and the bartender hosting a class on how to mix drinks. :) A second jacuzzi only for adults located separately from the main pool area for privacy and true relaxation. We are already planning our trip for next year. :)

We stayed here twice now and this location does not disappoint! The grounds are clean, the pool was clean, the room is clean....everything was great! They did maintain the pool area appropriately with the number of people and cleaning the area in between. We enjoy staying here and will continue to come back.

This place is incredible. Huge chess/ checkers board set,a maze, swimming pool and jacuzzi,plus slot of fun activities like shuffle board, bingo, arts and crafts... All around its a pleasant place to stay...

I liked how well they communicated with me and my family about the COVID-19 conditions in the facility.

This resort posts specials on Groupon and has a ton of seedy visitors staying there while we visited. We booked for three weeks during the AZ summer while our home was being remodeled and were appalled by what was allowed by management at this resort. Smell of weed was a constant issue, social distancing rules completely not being enforced as the pool area was frequently jam packed.Also, dont take them up on any free offers to do any timeshare presentations. The extra week offered that we were told we could use is not available anywhere, therefore their claims that they have availability all over the US and can travel whenever we choose is laughable. Diamond Resorts is a joke and speaking to several people over the phone, they completely brush you off like youre not important.Never again, and will advise all our friends and clients not to even bother.

The room was very nice, pools and spas were beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was just OK. The worst thing was the noise from adjoining rooms. Seriously for a brand new resort this pricey you’d expect better insulation. I got this on a promo price, I would never stay at full price.

Positive: The pool was nice Negative: It turned out to be a timeshare resort but I walked away from the timeshare speech - not interested. The room was tiny, the bed was not a king size bed - the place was in the middle of nowhere and hard to find. I hated it. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Although I was not accommodated guest here, I was a visiting guest. My in-laws had 2 adjoining rooms for 4 days. Diamond Resorts has super nice rooms with all accomodations and amenities. Diamond Resorts is a vacation membership program similar to timeshare but without being tied to a specific location. It is well worth it, especially if you are wanting to travel more both domestically and i internationally. The rooms have dishwashers, washer & dryer, coffee maker, toaster, eating & cooking utensils, linens, towels, dish soap, coffee with filters, toiletries and more. You just bring you and food really. Because COVID19 many complementary services werent available like stuff with kids, Build-a-Bear workshop, jewelry making class. The pool was nice clean crisp with something for all ages, pool, jacuzzi spa, splash pad and even large tiny pool 1.5ft deep for babies. The property is located in upscale Scottsdale nestle with The Scottsdale-Princess Resort. You cant go wrong.

Overall, this was a very nice 3 story condo/hotel in Scottsdale. It was very clean and had several amenities. You should know that there are no elevators and no bell hop, so if you dont want to walk up 2 flights of stairs with luggage you may want to request a lower level. I would stay there again and would love to check out other Diamond Resorts next time I travel.

Smaller resort with most amenities that you would need. Gym was smaller than I’d expected. The pool was clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and suites were properly cleaned. The bbq on site were always looked after each night. There was a bit of noise one of the nights as they were fixing a pipe but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Parking was good. Easy location and short drive to malls and restaurants.

Do not agree with them still charging the daily resort fee when all outdoor amenities and maid service was unavailable. Property itself was great, just few like they were taking advantage of guest by not waiving daily fee

You really cant beat the price on these. The rooms come with a kitchen ask utensils included. Bathrooms are huge. Everything you need is on site. Laundry (free) pool (huge) tennis courts exc.. only bad thing is the parking or there lack of!! I cant forgot to say Anthony who works the night shift is awesome!

This place and the staff are horrible I made a reservation on agoda and read the whole thing nowhere did it say that there was a deposit so I go to check in and I was told that it was going to be a 300 dollar deposit then another among was told to me so I go to agoda scroll thru so many pages to where it says 100 dollar deposit then they charge my card 27 so that day after I tell them Im not staying g and on my card it says I was charged 32 and the manager said no they didnt charge me 32 it was 27 I said why did you charge me any way I wasnt going to stay after all and you charged my card 32 these people have no idea what they are doing at all then I was lied to when I asked to speak to a manager when it wasnt I will be contacting consumer agency and better bbb and file a complaint

Positive: The location is good. It is quiet and close to restaurants. The price was reasonable, but I wonâ€t return. It need remodeling. Bathroom had water damage. Itâ€s no better than a hotel rated 2 stars or less. Negative: The carpet had large spots along with the couch. The refrigerator had crumbs inside. The grounds had trash like banana skins, cigarette buts, plastic cups and the steps were greasy and stained. The front desk is not appealing nor welcoming.

Positive: I used to come here all the time but lately the staff has just become terrible , they are very rude and its not just one particular staff theyre all rude except for the assistant manager he works during the day and during the weekdays . Negative: Yes the desk clerks and some russian guy that works there and pretends he doesnt speak english hes lazy . I needed help with something and cause he was to lazy to help me he pretended that he didnt speak nor understand english.

The property is quite charming and the rooms are laid out very well. However, the management is utterly horrible. Not only are they rude, there is hidden fees charged during your stay. BEWARE - there are hidden $$$ charges for “resort fees” (NOT taxes) whether you use them or not. It is extremely sleazy business. Therefore be sure to add 50% to whatever room rate you are quoted. This place should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for these practices.

I was disappointed that there was no place to plug my USB into. So dont forget to bring one or youll have an added expense. Was also disappointed the pool closed at 11 p.m.. Wished someone had told me there wasnt an elevator to get to the 3rd floor. I chose the 3rd floor to see the 4th of July Fireworks at the Princess Hotel nearby but I think its worth mentioning. The concierge desk was helpful and so was the register staff that checked me in. Requested early check in and late check out and they approved it with no extra fee.

Negative: cops came twice!violent apt above. constant construction, jackhammers, cement saws all outside my window, and I just had surgery. the mandated fee for rec for pool sucked. 27 dollars a day.bath and shower dated. cabinet door hanging off.no daily cleaning

This resort is the lowest of all surrounding resorts. WHO CHARGES HIDDEN RESORT FEES FOR INTERNET AND THE POOL??. Just be up front and add it into your online price. Bad business. And make sure you request anything but the 3rd floor, its a bi*** if you have a lot of luggage

We stayed here basically to swim with kids before school started back up as a staycation. I wish I took more photos of this place but I only did of the Aqua bar and menu. Sending photos of the menu to my friends lolI loved this place, the pool is wide and fun, they had a few different activities my sister and kids did throughout the day. The rooms were spacious and we cooked our own meals.Staff were super nice and accommodating. Housekeeping always hooked us up when we asked for things.Part of the reason we stayed here was because of our time share. So far we love all the Diamond Resorts, home away from home.PERFECT BEFORE THE END OF SUMMER :)

We checked in last night and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. They security drove us to our room and delivered our luggage up to the third floor, so nice. The room is very large, clean and has everything you need. I would recommend this resort.

Great place to have a stay-cation

Great plan and convenient location. We have Mayo appointments once a year and staying here for the past 12 years, its coming home to family. They greet you by name. Water aerobics are always great.

Horrible room was not ready nor clean.. Also manager is charging me for damages of the room which is how they gave me the room as.

Stayed there 23rd-24th and was the most pathetic resort I stayed in. BE AWARE they charge a hidden resort fee of an extra ~$30 per night when checking in and they won’t let you check-in without. There’s is nothing “resort” about this place as it’s just a re-renovated old apartment complex. Also the check- in is at 4pm and checkout is at a ridiculous 10am. Also, I don’t remember them ever mentioning having a continently breakfast with the audacity to charge a extra resort fee.

Quiet. Clean. Friendly staff. This is a time share and they ask you if you would be interested but no pressure to go to the sales pitch which is nice. Actually had me thinking about checking into Diamond resorts as an option if we ever become well enough financially to do some traveling.

First rate resort. Quick , efficient and most pleasant staff at check in. Lovely pool, activity centre and very well groomed grounds.Unit roomy, nicely furnished and very comfortable.Easy access to major routes to attractions and restaurants.Certainly recommend it for consideration for an Outstanding stay.

We have been coming to the villa Mirage for over 10 years in the winter months and just love this place. The facilities are great. The rooms are very nice and the staff is very accommodating.

Just arrived tonight, so cant comment too much yet. Staff was friendly at registration. Room is clean and not dated. Love the washer and dryer in the unit, not down the hall like our last resort in Virginia.

Positive: Staff was very nice. The room was great and the pool was fantastic. Negative: The check-in person said she would do a late check out and then forgot to put it in the computer so we had housekeeping knocking on the door three times and an office manager call last since the housekeeper did not understand what we were saying.

Positive: Internet did not work and front office never answered the phone Negative: No Internet that worked and hot tub lukewarm at best

Very beautiful hotel, horrible customer service! Me & my boyfriend booked a whole weekend thru SnapTravel for $54 a night. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was a $30 resort fee for each night. My boyfriend, who checked in, told the front desk clerk What do you mean? We already paid online for the ROOM? Were not here for the resort. The front desk worker, I believe her name was Shannon, shrugged him off with a nevermind & proceeded check in. An hour later our credit card was charged without authorization. When we tried to dispute, we stated that if they were gonna charge us an extra $90 that we would have never checked in. The clerk did not take responsibilities for her actions or apologize for the miscommunication. The manager claimed she couldnt do anything on her end & I had to call SnapTravel because it was a non-refundable. Both very rude & unprofessional! We ended up staying. Throughout the weekend, service just got worse. There was no maid service so we had called the front desk a couple times for things like towels or salt & pepper. They would put us on hold 5-10 minutes before answering a simple yes or no question. Answers were short & snarky. We asked for towels twice & they never came. We called thru a private number to be greeted right away with happy service. So we know they were intentionally being rude & ignoring us.

Was impressed and all was worth the value and more!!!

Positive: The 2 bedroom condo was immaculate with more than enough room to stretch out and recover from a recent injury. The staff was helpful and friendly. The jacuzzi tubs, down comforters, gas fireplaces and 2 full balconies were great. Cuddle buddy program a +. Negative: The early checkout time of 10am.

I use to come to Villa Mirage when I was a teenager; lots of fond memories. With at said, it has gone downhill and is a faint glimmer of its prior self: worn, poorly maintained, and a step down in class. I will be staying at the Linxs for my next visit.

Enjoyed 4 days poolside, while the kids played in the splash pad and wading pool. Games like giant size chess and checkers, a putting green, and corn hole are out side the pool to enjoy also! BBQ grills are also scattered throughout for your using. We made time to stop by the pool side Cafe for a smoothie... Perfect for summer!!!!

My boyfriend and I did a staycation here for 2 nights. We rented out the studio, and it was the perfect fit for us. I was hoping to do a bubble bath, but this one only had a stand up shower. Otherwise this place was great! The pool is amazing, along with the drinks and food! Cute little spot and closing to shopping and minutes from highway. I highly suggest !!

Little things like non skid in the shower and more hooks on the doors for swim suits and stuff. Clean well maintained. The pool and fitness room is amazing. Love this place and hope to return.

Niice place I enjoy the outdoors

You can never go wrong with a Diamond Resort. The concierge is always willing to help you find something to do while on vacation. The amenities are always plentiful too. Never a complaint. I try to stay with a DR exclusively.

Location is good. Ok resort style rooms. Buildings have no elevators ( drag luggage up stairs), thermostat doesnt work, vents filthy, pull out sofa had hair, curtain rod was hanging from wall and came crashing down. As a time share owner and what we pay for maintenance fees I was embarrassed at condition. The manager made sure all was fixed/cleaned and gave us $50 towards food credit at on site restaurant/bar. Young front end staff has no clue what to recommend to to do in area and concierge, although knowledgeable, only wants you to join a meeting on more time shares!Overall it was good..not great.

The room was clean with kitchen facilities. But the staff at the lobby, I did order the item and shipping at the hotel, I call the operator ask them they said dont have it and they will check at the locker and still say they dont have my item so when I mention I got the delivery report that they already deliver the item than they said they found it....so I said I will pick it up at the lobby than 5 minutes later I talked to the front desk than she asked me to show them the ID even I said the room and the name that show on my package then I turn to go back to my room to get id than she said you can sign and pick them here... After I got my package then she asks me what did I buy?
