What a great place to take the family! It has four different pools and in one area it has a minnie water park which is great for the kids!! Our room was very spacious, clean and well organized. Plus, it came with all the essentials that we needed for our stay.

Great experience in spite of Covid and amenities closed down.

Amazingly, although it is in Arizona, the staff displays genuine hospitality and treats you like a valued customer.It should be without saying that in order to be included in the hospitality industry, you first should know how to be hospitable. Nowadays, I have come to accept rude behavior from hoteliers, and I partially blame Arizonas Hotel & Motel laws that enable such authoritarian behavior.For not succumbing to what has become acceptable behavior, I salute Holiday Inn Club Vacations.

It happened on the 1st night of our stay. Called the operator, (Security). They informed us thst nobody was available to assist us. We then called back in the morning. Maintenance man came over promptly.. He immediately checked the circuit breaker. It was located in the bedroom with no electricity! It was a very easy fix that we could have handled ourselves, had we been notified that the circuit box was in our own room! Feel that the staff should have known what to tell us. We also had an issue with the sleeper sofa. It was full of crumbs! I still rated a 4, because these are very easy fixes. We still had a great time.

Our family was so pleasantly surprised to find such wonderful accommodations that fit our needs perfectly. The 4 bedroom suite was perfect for relaxing in during our stay. We loved having our own kitchen, dining, living areas and having 3 bathrooms! Having our own laundry was a big plus, too. And the pools! Wonderful to cool off and have family fun time after a busy day of sightseeing. Thank you!

Great stay for my daughter six birthday really big 2 bedroom with washer and dryer huge kitchen with everything you need. Will come back again. I will get a 4 bedroom and bring my mom and dad I cant wait. It was worth every dollar. Nothing bad to say. Really nice check in Alex was great.

This place is amazing, even the timeshare presentation was enjoyable! I highly recommend staying here if you have a big party. The 2 bdr villa was large enough to fit me, wife, 1yr, 3yr, 8yr & 13 yr COMFORTABLY! The pool area is the main reason this place is our go to everytime we visit Scottsdale. Kids absolutely love it! And the price is always reasonably cheap considering the amenities and room size!

Villas are beautiful, roomy, and clean. Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Great place to relax and enjoy the 4 pools on site. Returning to a cool villa after a day in the sun is always nice. We got the four-bedroom villa and had a wonderful family get-together with room for everyone to spread out and yet stay together and connected in the same place.

I spoke with Taylor at front desk, prior to our arrival. She offered to have house keeper give it an extra touch for cleanliness and safety. She was very reassuring. Rooms were quiet and dark and mattress was quality one. Appliances were modern and ample. We felt very safe. All employees wore masks and followed COVID protocols. Extremely clean in ALL areas (room, pools, public spaces, lobby). The 2 bedroom room was beautifully decorated with updated furnishings. I stayed there a week, felt very safe (even at night in the parking lot) and the few times I called the front desk to request something the response was immediate. The heavy drapes in the room helped reduce the noise from the swimming pool activity. Having wood like floors in the main living areas was nice (sanitary too).

We were able to get away for the Thanksgiving week to meet up with extended family. The check in process is a bit frustrating due to having to text a member when you arrive and wait for a response text when they’re ready to let you inside the lobby. Understandably due to Covid-19 concerns, but it seemed much slower than it should have been. Furthermore, the entire casita 12 building was backed up with sewage and our toilets were unable to flush for the greater part of the day and consistently kept bubbling and flooding. That was not pleasant! I would love to think Holiday Inn Vacation or even the resort specifically at Scottsdale would give us some of our points back for that very unsanitary and inconvenient circumstance. I am not amused by the way regular owners get treated differently than signature owners. We are all customers and should all receive fair and equal treatment. In our “regular casita” we would discover our unit would have something missing (like the can opener or cookie sheet). The resort services number seemed to never have anything when we were in need at the “regular” condo. However, we also had family staying in a “signature” unit. The toiletries and towels, kitchen and bathroom appliances were all by far superior to the regular condo. That’s to be expected. What was not good was the fact that the signature villa was more prone to getting prompt and more efficient service when we called resort services for anything. There was clearly a difference in the way guests were treated and spoken to in each unit. It’s a shame because we are all wonderful timeshare owners just trying to enjoy family time and some relaxation without feeling like less of an individual due to where we stay.

I love that they offer things to do almost everyday. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The location is convenient. Every neighborhood has their own pool and stuff. I really enjoyed it.

Cannot say enough good things about this property! We had a wonderful stay start to finish. The Villa was absolutely beautiful super clean, super comfortable and well appointed. Every encounter we had with the staff was so engaging and warm. Lunch at the restaurant was great. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back

Even though the slides and splash pad was closed down due to COVID, it did not stop the entire family from having a great time. There were staff cleaning and making sure the property was safe for everyone to enjoy. The resort manager was really friend and helpful. He does an excellent job making his guests feel at home.

Overall this place was great. We had a lot of fun just relaxing in the room ( which was huge) and playing at the pool. We were sad the slides were closed but we understand why and were happy to still have a pool to retreat to because it was HOT. It was nice to know that no one was in the room before we got there. Chuck was awesome and made sure any questions I had were answered. The only poor rating that I have was the noise. During the day I didnt mind as much but I should not be able to hear my downstairs neighbors ENTIRE conversations and DRAMA while in my bed at 1, 2, 4, 7 etc. In the morning.... this made for a grumpy mom. Better sound proofing with the balcony doors would possibly help. By the end of our stay the kids had enough of hearing every door slam close and stomping around from the floor below. You dont get to choose your neighbors and its hit and miss but i would definitely stay again.

With all the current craziness we decided to do a staycation at the HIVC Scottsdale. We had an awesome stay. Our villa was especially roomy for a family of 5. The kitchen came with everything needed to cook and clean. We had plenty of towels. The beds were cozy and the rooms were cozy. Our kids especially enjoyed the pools/splash pad/water slides/game room. The hotel wasn’t fully booked, so the pools weren’t crowded and the line for the slide was always super quick. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short because the new executive order had closed the small water park area, but we will definitely be back! This place is great for families!

Enjoyed our stay. If knew it would be so good would stay for more time. But we have that in plan for future now:) kids loved it and so did we. Very comfortable beds, spacious, good size kitchen. Defiantly can spend like a week on that resort. So much to do around as well.

I enjoyed everything about our stay. If you want or need a vacation for yourself or with your family THIS IS IT!!! SUPER clean environment with staff that really cares for your comfort and your enjoyment. It is WORTH VERY PENNY YOU SPEND HERE. The property is super nice and clean. I mention clean a lot because in a time where Covid is a concern to everyone,they really do the most to sanitize through out the day in all the common areas. It made me feel safe. Thank you Holiday Inn for such a great stay. I will be doing it again!!!

My children and I enjoyed our stay so much. The kitchen was amazing and had all we needed for the weekend. So spacious and of course the pools and water slides the kids definitely enjoyed to the fullest. We can’t wait to return soon for some more fun and relaxation! I enjoyed my stay it was clean and very comfortable.

This hotel was lovely, I really enjoyed the room amenities such as the fridge, stove and dishes. The kids splash pad was really fun for my daughter. The only observations I have are there were lots of adults in the kids splash pad that is only about a 1 foot deep and over all the pools were extremely packed, I believe lots guest were letting in outsiders to the pool since there is no key or fob required to open the pool doors.

We had a great visit, minus the constant push to sit in on a timeshare presentation! They tried to sell over the phone when I made the reservation and also at check in. I’m also very annoyed that since they offered a $50 gas card the process is completely not legit! Don’t offer something to people if it’s not real. This could have been a 5 star review. The card process says to email them with your info and if you do not hear back after three days to call. So I had to call.It only rings to then send you to voicemail. They never returned the call. So I reached out to customer service. The person had to look up that offer and then told me she would call me back on a specific day. You think I got a call back? Nope! If this is any look into how they treat people if you actually buy a timeshare, then run as fast as you can away from IHG I wouldn’t recommend buying timeshares anyway but even if I cared to, I know I wouldn’t with this company!The outside of the property was very clean, they have four pools and all are an easy walk. My kids loved the slides. They only let one person on a slide even though they are two side by side... that was annoying but life’s hard i guess apparently people don’t know how to not swim into each other.The “villa”. We had the two bedroom villa and it was actually very clean! I always bring my own Lysol wipes and do a once over but I was still impressed! We stayed on the third floor because I hate noise above me. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to use for cooking, eating and drinking. I brought my own dish liquid. But they have a small bottle and they supplied pods for the dishwasher.They also have an indoor activity center. You can borrow ping pong paddles and pool table supplies. They have an activity calendar for bingo and other activities they host through out the week. We played ping pong but didn’t stay long because it was way to hot in the center. That was disappointing but Overall I’d definitely recommend staying here. Just hurry and shut them down when they start blabbing about timeshares. Unless you want to buy one.

Nice place pool furniture a little run down and dated. I asked for a manager to call me back and I have yet to receive a call. That being said the suites are really nice and spacious . This is definitely the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. But in the end if I want a resort experience this comes up Lahore in a few areas. But as I’m saying that you always get what you pay for and we just did not feel like spending a ton of money on the higher end hotels. This is a good deal for the price.

My daughter celebrated her 6th birthday here. It was our first time at the hotel. She loved it! I had a problem with my bank card while checking in. Taylor at the front desk was Awesome! She displayed Excellent customer service. Overall, we had an amazing time, and we will return in the future.

Kids loved it, rooms huge with washer and dryers, bring food or go get some if budgeting theres a full kitchen. Slides were down and splash pad main reason for coming but We understand everything else was great we didnt have many neighbors so didnt hear alot of noise lots of pulls to go to great play center and activities for the kids long as you have mask.

Its truly a hidden gem . Our stay was amazing and my family and I will def. Be back soon

My family and I will definitely come back to this hotel again. Although I wish we had the option to add complementary breakfast to room price. Rooms were very spacious, very clean, and included all the amenities that we needed.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were huge. I love the idea of putting a DVD player by the tv. It was kind of difficult to carry suitcases up the stairs to the room. Overall - Great Stay!

We had a two bedroom villa that was just wonderful! It was clean and cool upon our arrival. We had the pool right outside our front door. Parking outside our back door. We saved On eating out by going to the grocery down the street and cooking in our villa. The only somewhat uncomfortable thing was that there were quite a bit of people around the pool area as the weekend closed in. But, all in all, was a great stay! Thank you!

We planned a 2 day mini staycation.. First night for us, the parents, and the second night we brought our teenage kids.. (We live somewhat locally ) Upon arrival we learned that the 2 things we most looked forward to, a night out at a restaurant with drinks after a day playing in the sun, were both not possible. The onsite restaurant/bar was closed as well as the amusement park type waterslides. Both were actually the reason we chose this location. So that was disappointing. We went to our casita, and were pleasantly surprised by size, cleanliness, and amenities. We stocked our fridge and enjoyed the pool in the evening. The next day, the pool with the waterslides was reopened and we spent 5 hours swimming and having fun. In the evening we played a few games in the rec center and then hung out in our room. It would have been really great to have been able to eat on-site, but other than that we all really enjoyed our stay. I wish we had more time to stay longer. On a seperate note.. Hand sanitizing stations were readily available and staff kept everything very clean and wore masks. We felt safe.. (The pool did get very crowded, but was closed twice a day for cleaning. That wpuld be my only covid related concern.)

The staff, the room, the location to the mayo clinic all made this visit very nice. The restaurant was not open but looking at the food and prices for breakfast we were a bit disappointed. Why not have coffee and a danish available early...

We stayed here in the past. We will likely stay again. The rooms have no sound barrier; each night I was awakened by loud neighbors. I dont remember experiencing this last time. The hotel seemed to be fighting competing problems: coronavirus and bee swarms. The bees won. Blocks of rooms were closed, resulting in us all jammed into one area - and one pool. The quality of the experience has definitely slipped since our visit 2 years ago.

My family has been coming to this hotel for over a couple of years now. I finally made the decision to get a room and I loved it. My family was happy with our experience and the best part was the water park. The staff here goes above and beyond for our expectations. I will be bringing my family here again in the near future.

The rooms are gorgeous and extremely spacious! A lot of room for our toddlers to walk. I love the balconies in every room! The mini water park lol was great for our toddlers. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I totally understand that things are tough during this time. One of the biggest reasons we stayed here was for the water slides and large rooms. Well the room was good minus our shower didn’t work and the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone to get it fixed. The water slides weren’t open but for a few hours on Friday and Saturday and they kept closing the pools for training of life guards. The restaurant was never open from what I saw. I guess our breakfast could have been ordered and picked up daily but was never told that. So I hope that this place is better to stay at in normal times because they failed during this pandemic.

Just stayed this past weekend here for the first time for my daughters birthday. The location and amenities were perfect and just what we needed. Except when booking the room we were asked if we wanted to stay by a pool but wasn’t aware we would be placed by the kiddie pool which the splash items were out of service. We had a group of teens so we ended up walking to the other pools on the property instead of the one we were placed in front of. Only other issue I had was misinformation provided to me by the staff regarding the option for late checkout I was told I had to call the morning we were set to check out and I could pay $50 to checkout at 1pm. After calling the morning of my checkout literally 20min til 10 to get this completed I was told I couldn’t. So me and my family had to rush to pack up and clean up the room to check out at 10am. Other than this issue everything else was satisfactory!

We are having a great week. The resort is clean and comfy. Upgraded condos. Using it as a home base and traveling all around... Sedona, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff. Highly recommend!

We had a great 3 days at this resort. Great pools, nice room with a full kitchen etc. The only issue we had was that the marketplace was closed for two days, which was the only option for on-site food. Due to our circumstances for the trip that meant food delivery for my husband and kids which can be very expensive.

Pools are great and fun for the kids. The slides and splash area are a hit for young families. The rooms are clean and updated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are hard on the back if you dont like firm beds.

My family and I have been coming for 4 years straight, making a yearly tradition staycation. Upon checking in our room we put away our groceries in the refrigerator, got dressed and went to the pool. When we got back our chicken smelled, we checked the refrigerator and realized it was hot. We called you the front office and someone came. He said it takes a while to cool off and to give it 4 more hours. Four hours pass and the refrigerator is still at the same temp at this point our milk had gone bad, once again we call and the same guy comes in and says it’s just going to take some time to get cold. We no longer feel comfortable leaving the rest of our food there so we move everything into our ice chests. We paid to stay comfortably, we called several times to get it fixed and nothing was offered to fix the problem or to pay back for the food that went bad. When I checked out I spoke to a gentleman regarding my issue and all he said was “I’m sorry you had to go through that”. My family and I love coming here we are always so comfortable but this time was disappointing that we had to worry about our food the entire time.

The 3 room villa was great, very spacious and clean. The only problem I had with the resort was the lack of communication. The reason I booked at this location to enjoy the water slides with my kids. The slides were closed the second day we were there. I had 4 kids that were highly disappointed. The location is great, plenty to do in that area.

This place is beautful and super clean. The big issue we have had is the walls of the villas are super thin. We are on our 3rd night here, in a bottom unit. Never stay in a bottom unit if you want some relaxation. The 1st morning at 7 am we were awakened to kids running back and forth above us. We aaked the front desk when they would be leaving. We were told the next day. So we decided to tough it out. The nest day at 7 am they started running again. By 10 am they checked out. A few hours later...a new running child arrived above us. If you are coming here ask to be on the top floor. The management team should work on keeping families with small children on the lower levels.

The room was nice. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. We did not have to ask for anything. The grounds were pretty.

Resort at the nort end of Scottsdale. Upscale neighborhood with lots of new construction in the area: but cant hear it at the resort.Everyone has been super friendly. Front desk staff Melody, Alan and Taylor. Big kudos to Karen for getting several boxes moved to our room.There are four different pools and an activity center. Due to C19, there arent any organized activities, but plenty of options to check out and enjoy. Need to explore the facilities and surrounding area a bit more.

This venue is a great spot for families who need a little extra room to spread out. The two bedroom villa is super spacious and includes two full bathrooms. There is also a full kitchen, living area and dining area. The beds, including the pull out bed are very comfy. The pillows are even firmer than most hotel pillows. Do not expect much with regards to toiletries, the towels are minimal and there is no cleaning service in the rooms. The property is well maintained, the pool areas are clean and overall it is a nice family spot.

We had a nice stay at the Scottsdale IHG. With the Covid-19 fears during our stay, the hotel did a nice job of keeping the public areas really clean. Staff was friendly. We were happy they had a large rec area for the kids to play. The four pools allowed us to spread out as well. We rented a 3-bedroom villa. The bedrooms were large and every room had a bathroom attached which we appreciated. The main area of the villa was nice sized and we felt comfortable with all seven of us. Great overall experience even during a difficult situation.

My only issue was the closure of the pool with slides and splash area. This was the main attraction for my family and I was not aware that they are closed down 2 days a week. I feel like I should have been told this prior to booking the stay. I would have picked different days to stay.

We had a great time. The staff were helpful and knew the area. Our suite was well maintained, as were the grounds and pools... and we even had a couple of nice meals in the on-site bar & bistro. And touring up to the Grand Canyon & Sedona... Outstanding!

I loved the resort, clean rooms just beautiful. Just a bit noisy if your on lower levels. Kids always running around in the rooms which can be stressful. We moved to a top floor after 2 days of noise. So only bad thing is rooms are not sound proofed at all.

Our suite was clean and updated with plenty of room for the whole family. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Would have been good to have the restaurant open during our stay.

Great place. It’s so spacious and has a lot in the area to offer all while being tucked away from it all. There are some outside cosmetic things that could use some attention but we love this place!!

3rd time here. Still love it. My kids love the water slides and splash pool. The game center is also fun. Watch out for the extra fees when booking. I wont say hidden fees but certainly fine print.

We were incredibly pleased with the value of this property. We split our trip between here and another property and wish we would have stayed here the whole time. We didn’t arrive until very late in the night and the front desk staff waited for us which was incredibly thoughtful and unexpected. The only “complaints” are the HVAC system was rather loud and the parking spots were made for compact vehicles not trucks/large SUVs. The amenities are incredible, everyone was friendly, and the property is very well kept.

The rooms and pools are nice. They didnt handle a verbal domestic dispute that later for 6 hours well. You need wristbands for the pools which is great except they dont give you enough for each day which forces you to wear the whole time or go get replaced at front desk.

Taylor did a phenomenal job checking me in. I had 2 separate reservations for me and my wife. She made the transition from one to the other seamless and we were able to stay in the same room. She is very friendly and is an asset to your team.Our dining experience was also great Sean went out of his way to make sure that we had a pleasurable experience.

It is centrally locates in Scottsdale to most attractions, they have a great tour group they recommend that picks you up on sight, and they are great people and very reasonable! Hotel was more like a condo set up, very roomy, clean, nice,just loved everything, we only had to checkout early because of the covid-19 virus and was very disappointed we didn’t get to stay longer, it was alittle pricey to stay at but we also felt safe there!! We would go back!!!

Very nice resort with large rooms and clean lines. Deluxe 1 bedrooms are much better than plain 1 bedrooms. Includes washer and dryer. Great location near Scottsdale restaurants and shops. Covered parking for very hot days is close to bldgs, Kids water park is big enough for most kids yet small enough they dont get lost. Pricing is a little high. Avoid their timeshare...they change the rules whenever they want so one year you get extra benefits and the next year you dont. They discourage reselling your unit so you wont get your money back if you are unhappy.

The is a beautiful property with all the amenities. I highly recommend staying here. The pools are beautiful and you can get out and walk around the area. You are close to shopping and grocery. My family and I will be going back for sure.

I loved this hotel. Great value, location, safe, great staff, huge rooms perfect for families with spacious kitchens and bathrooms. Toilet flush in my master bedroom could use some maintenance (took 3-4 flushes to work properly). In suite laundry excellent. Pools and hot tubs conveniently located. Great experience. Will love to come back with family as this was a business conference trip.

Stayed here on a staycation and it was really nice. The room we had, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, was huge, clean and the beds were comfortable.

Beautiful, clean, fun, with the comforts of home! We HIGHLY recommend this resort! It was awesome by the standards of our whole family, ages 2-45!

These rooms are perfect for families or friends. Tons of space, clean, close to everything you may need. I was bummed we couldn’t use the kids pool for 80% of the time but they did have the other pools open.

Overall experience is excellent just do not do the 90 min sales thing they offer you at check in. Timeshare people are rude and do not take no for an answer.

If you get to the hotel without problems, the property is nice. The issue is the property is apart of IHG. Unfortunately IHG has the worst customer service in the industry... and I mean the absolute worst! My reservation was cancelled for an unknown reason which I did not find out until I arrived to the property. I was told to talk to IHG customer service. The only support you can get is international support that is completely worthless. In the end, the call was disconnected and I did not get a return call. My issue was critical and they could not help me. A day and half later a call a call from support in the US... a complete joke. I will avoid IHG hotels at all costs knowing the customer service is complete trash.

Staff appeared to be reduced due to Wuhan virus but were friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible after our check in.

Reluctant to travel during the pandemic, however, I did. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming while social distancing. All staff wore masks. Rooms were clean and a sticker was placed on our door to assure us the hotel took extra precautions cleaning the room. My room was nicely decorated and had a homely feel. Beautiful relaxing safe place to stay during this pandemic.

I was very pleased with the over all cleanliness and comfortable room. Although the living room area furniture didn’t look like it was the cleaned prior to my check in, the rooms kitchen and bathrooms were nice and clean. I slept so well room was nice and dark except early morning there was loud noises from housekeeping cleaning the rooms upstairs.

We surprised the kids 4 and 5. Once they got there, they were in awe and thought it was our new home lol. The smiles on their face was priceless. The unit we had was huge and very clean. The staff was polite and helpful. We did 3 activities with the kids and they loved it. The pool with slides was a big hit.

The resort was very nice and clean. Overall it was a great experience. There were no washcloths in the room and there was no hand soap anywhere. Shampoo and body soap were only in one of the two bathrooms. Other than that the room was great and the pools were nice. Resort staff was friendly for the most part. Restaurant staff was okay. Went a couple times and the first night it was amazing. The second time we went some of the food was just okay and the waitress wasn’t the greatest.

We had a 3 bedroom villa that was perfect for our family. Full kitchen was adequately equipped to allow us to eat in. Three bathrooms were an added bonus. Slides and splash pad were so much fun for the whole family and made for a fun staycation! Will definitely be returning next year!

Dear Madam/SirGreetingsExcellent room and superb comforts.I and my wife reached the checkin at about 9:30 pm on 26th Feb 2020. We requested for checkout by 12 noon instead of 10am and the contour person granted it immediately.Very good.We had three big luggages and it was fairly cold and 9:30pm. I am 65 and my wife 63 years. Definitely we are senior citizens. The counter person gave us the key, direction map and asked us to walk down to the room. We arrived from India and we have no car. Taxi dropped us in your hotel. We showed the 3 big luggages we had. The counter receptionist is aware of all this. No help. Add to the dismay it was D9 and 3rd floor. We found it very difficult to pull three big luggages along the fairly dark way (poor lighting) and carry up to the 3rd floor. The receptionist needs to understand this and i am sure you will post a proper person who can help the guests especially those who come for checkin late night, elderly and with luggage. Check out was comfortable. But again the same careless attitude. We have to go to Scottsdale Fairprincess hotel for checkin to attend a cancer conference.I asked for any transport to shift the luggage. We told that we have no car. Rooms were clean, stocked with everything you can think of. We had 2bd, had WD with soap, plenty of towels, kitchen is fully stocked, utensils, coffee maker, blender, cookware, bakeware. Room is spacious and comfortable, and pool right outside all rooms, as there are several on site. Our TV went out and they replaced it immediately! We went as a family and everyone had a wonderful time. Pools, except slide pool are salt water so kids weren’t dying from chlorine. Staff was friendly and super helpful, everyone makes eye contact and greets you or asks if you need help with anything. We will definitely revisit the resort! Perfect for families and groups!

Had a great time there was something for the entire family to do in fact we enjoy our selves so much we stayed an extra nite !!!

Was very relax to change the life routine for one day in our city, to spent time with friends and kids, to relax and play with kids in pool. Nice and comfortable the villas and to help our community in this challenging time.

Positive: We love that Resort is very family oriented and very friendly. This is our 5th year staying here during the summer. We love that we can have family come and visit us during the day and be able to entertain them without leaving the resort.

Stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Spacious well equipped rooms that are great for families. Kids enjoyed the pools. Always a lot of planned activities for guests. Can’t beat the price. Location is good for easy access to highways and hiking. Not too far from old town. I always rent a car anyway. Plenty of places to eat close by. Can always pick up groceries and cook yourself in the fully equipped kitchen.

In the midst of COVID-19 and right before kids started distance learning we decided to go on a weekend getaway. We couldn’t have picked a better place!!! We had an amazing weekend lounging by the pool, kids had a great time at the slides and kiddie pool. Activities staff were great too!! Kids enjoyed making Tye dye shirts and Build a bear!! Everyone was great and made us feel very comfortable and safe. Definitely going back!! Thank you Holiday Inn for your hospitality!!

The resort was nice. I only wish they had a spa, room service, and that the t.v. had a better connection. Also, since there are 4 pools on site, the serenity pool should have been left to adults only for some much needed rest and relaxation.

Overall the property is a great value. The buildings are all pretty wedged in together tho and outside noise and noise from other guests above me was a detractor while I was there. Great for families with the pools and full kitchen. I did not use the pools but they looked nice and great for adults and kids. No access to any sort of food other than delivery after the store and restaurant were closed. Staff was friendly.

My family and I enjoyed one of the 3/3 villas for a quick weekend getaway. There was ample room for us all. The creature comforts and amenities was like being at home. My children enjoyed that the pools were open in January and that there were heated. I had to drag them inside for dinner.
