Kelley is the consummate professional. Kelley truly epitomizes hospitality and provides the essence of world class customer service. This is easily seen in her staff. From Koffi the Bell Hop, to front desk attendants Brooks and Ben James, Nick my pool side attendant and Vitorro our server and sommelier, the service was impeccable. Kelley was so gracious that she even came and checked in during dinner and closed the car door for my wife as we left. We were always greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel welcomed. Kudos to Kelley for leading by example. The world would be much better with people like her in hospitality and service in general. Thank you GM Kelley Moreton.

My wife and I got married here last month (August 2020) and we cannot say enough good things about the staff and quality of service. They put up with us running late and treated us like family. Every one of our guests commented on the professionalism and kindness as well. Weve stayed at a few Four Seasons and although they are all beautiful, this one is truly special. The rooms, restaurants, and pool area especially are all immaculate, and even if you dont stay the night here its a beautiful place that shows off some of the best landscape in Scottsdale. I would highly recommend a stay here, and if you want to be treated like royalty on your wedding day then get married here too!

Had a great visit, definitely recommend this property. We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of June and were very happy with our time here. Excellent service, very friendly. The room was large, quiet and with good beds. Pool area was fantastic with a nice pool and great staff there as well. Resort restaurants were very also excellent. One highlight was when I went out to the pool area at night to get some pictures I noticed a lot of animals in the air above the pool. My first impression was that they were bats, but the longer I watched I realized that they were some time of night time bird and not bats. You could see they were after insects, but you could see their wings, tails, and most of all that they did a fair amount of soaring. Google thinks they might be Night Hawks. Either way, it was cool to sit there and watch them feeding above the pool area. One item of interest... Many of the rooms had a good deal of stairs to get to the room, this can be a mobility issue.

A marvelous resort, gives you an impression of being in the Aladdin movie scene. Amazing view of a pinnacle and cactuses architecture of this Four Seasons impressed me so much! Loved it!Pool is open 24hr. It’s warm, hot for someone maybe. For us it was great. There are 3 pools: kids, main, adult pool and a jacuzzi. Daybeds have soft mattresses and towels are soft and fluffy, with special daybed towel sheets.Nice cocktail glasses: you can’t distinguish those from glass ones. The service is on top. Personnel is courteous and trained yet everyone has a personality. We were traveling during COVID 19, so only casual dining restaurant and pool bar and in room dining were open. Casual dining is ok, the menu now a bit limited.Room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. We had a fireplace in our room, although turn it on with +110 would be too much. It has good furniture and Nespresso coffee machine, highly appreciated. In the patio we had a second big TV, that could be connected to your devices/accounts. Bathroom amenities were L’Occitane. Oh, and a big walk-in wardrobe!A sofa bed for kids somehow didn’t had any holes in the mattress. It was comfortable. Our bed has 3 pairs of different branded pillows and a soft mattress.Lobby is very very nice and impressive, although we were there only during the check in. I wish we’ll come back maybe on September, so it’s not so hot.I know they have either the golf course or an agreement with the golf course nearby. We didn’t use it.Overall, our family, kids included very happy with the hotel. We’ve met a couple of other families with kids, it was fun!

Spectacular property. We had to visit during the Covid outbreak...thinking Four Seasons would take good care of guests. I booked knowing there was no pool, spa, restaurant. I was assured a 1:00 check in the day before, as the hotel was nearly empty. We arrived and had to wait until 3:30...again...there were only a handful of guests in entire property. There were only a few employees tackling all jobs...front desk, room service, etc. It was pretty unacceptable. We paid $950 for our room, full price. Room service was a limited menu, arrived 40 minutes late, was billed for full price big tip without ever signing a tab. The room wasnt in top condition during this virus...bathroom not sparking, toilet paper half used. I had to chlorox the room myself. Then the front desk DOUBLE charged me for the stay.My comment is that if a Four Seasons cannot maintain its top quality it should not open to guests. Very disappointing.

Service is top notch - as should be expected from a FS hotel- with FANTASTIC rooms (we had one with a Fire Pit that was super useful and appropriated!). Pool is amazing! Breakfast was great as well. Beautiful five star resort. Top notch service, with lots of friendly, helpful staff. Great drinks and fresh, well made food. Very clean. The grounds are beautifully laid out with lots of little extras, like large open fireplaces at night, mesquite charcoal burners, water fountains, and plants. The resort is also very well built and maintained; the pools, rooms, grounds, spa, and restaurants all have high quality construction. Weve stayed at a bunch of South American resorts, and while beautiful, theyve always been cheaply built (stuff broken in the room, shoddy furniture, doors drag on the ground etc). This place had been built to last, with attention to detail, and it makes the stay extra enjoyable.

Very beautiful resort with lovely casitas. We were there for Christmas holiday. They offered a very nice buffet on Christmas Day. What I didnt like about the property was that all of the facility was dedicated to the buffet for the entire day. The other restaurants were closed and the lounge was a skeletal staff. Driving up to the Four Seasons Scottsdale, a friendly valet welcomed us with a bottle of water and glass of hibiscus tea, before entering the lobby. Inside is a very pleasing signature “desert rose” Four Seasons scent that lingers, as the well trained and attentive staff check guests in.Entering one of the deluxe adobe-style casitas, we admired the saltillo tile flooring, high ceiling, spacious living area, custom king bed and cozy corner gas-burning fireplace. A large sofa folded out into a bed for our teenage daughter. Walking out onto a large private terrace, we looked out onto the bi-level lagoon-style pools and panoramic view of the serrated Pinnacle mountain peaks and boulders. Furnishings and decor are inspired by Sonoran desert sunsets. For families or those seeking the ultimate accommodations, the Prescott two-bedroom suite offers three private patios, a heated plunge pool and telescope for late nigh stargazing. The Pinnacle three-bedroom suite sleeps up to nine guests. There are two king beds and two double beds, plus rollaway beds if needed in this private 3,000 sq. ft. casita.Donning our swimsuits, we swam in the saltwater heated to 84 degrees pool. Nearby is a quieter lower level adult pool with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun or under a shady umbrella. There is also a large lagoon design whirlpool tub that can accommodate up to 25 guests.Set in the majestic Sonoran Desert, Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North offers a variety of outdoor adventures. Complimentary shuttles in one of the six Mercedes Benz cars can take golfers to two nearby world-class golf courses.Another popular activity is hiking from the resort’s trailhead to Pinnacle Peak Park. My daughter and I took a scenic trail on a smooth path and read informational signs to educate us about the flora and fauna. At every turn there were panoramic valley views. After a hike to the top of the peak, we visited the spa and learned the alchemistas in the aroma design bar create custom essential oils and body butters to apply during a healing treatment. While leaving the spa, we noticed the staff was setting up for a wedding on the Fountain Terrace with Pinnacle Peak as a backdrop. The resort’s wedding team provides everything a bride and groom need for an intimate Sonoran wedding to a lavish Grand Ballroom style epic event.Stopping at the contemporary Gin Bar, guests were enjoying libations from the Spanish inspired menu. With over 20 different gins, the mixologists prepare Spanish versions of a gin and tonic. The bar also serves seasonal sangrias, wine, beer, sherry and cider, as well as tapas before dinner at Talavera restaurant.Dinner at the modern Spanish steakhouse on the covered terrace at Talavera, we sat near a long fire pit, while taking in the dramatic desert views, and enjoying the chef’s vibrant Latin dishes using local ingredients to enhance proteins from the sea and land.Walking back to our casita, we ordered room service for dessert before bed. A staff member brought us freshly baked warm chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of milk.In the morning, my daughter and I enjoyed a lavish breakfast buffet at Proof Canteen. The eggs Benedict, chicken and waffles, sweet potato hash and yogurt, granola and fresh fruit parfaits were some of our favorites.

The low, adobe style buildings were beautiful and fit in with the surrounding mountains. Landscaping and decor really made it feel like you were in the desert - but a posh, elegant desert! Our casita was on the ground level, which felt secluded but we could hear noise from the room upstairs, including the sliding door to the porch and water in the pipes in the bathroom. Would opt for a second-floor unit next time. The pool area was large and we appreciated that there was an adults-only space separate from the main pool where kids and families were. Didnt cancel the noise entirely, though. Service was what you would expect at a Four Seasons - attentive (sometimes to a fault) and conscientious. Unless youre there for only a couple days, a car is necessary; dining options at the property were very expensive, even for small plates and light fare.

Amazing views, great amenities. It’s about a 15 min drive from the main roads, and about 20-30 mins from many restaurants. So it’s nice and secluded but be ready to spend ~$70 on lunch for two (not including alcohol) because you’d rather stay on site than venture out in the Arizona sun/heat. We did the self-parking and didn’t feel like walking to the lot from our casita. Self parking is free, overnight valet is $35, I believe. The service, cleanliness, everything is what you’d expect from Four Seasons; it was absolutely wonderful . We mentioned we were visiting for our babymoon and got some free goodies, too!Proof’s breakfast/brunch is a great though, you should try it at least once. I am so disappointed in this property. I was so excited to get here with my husband, as we heard such great things, our driver said the staff was so accommodating. We were so excited to get away as we have kids and have not had a vacation alone in a year! As we arrived, our driver was very surprised when no one was there to greet us. I blamed it on COVID and low staff, I blew that off. Then the guy at the front desk told me he could not give me a room upgrade due their contract with AMEX and we are Platinum members. I booked a room right under a suite and per their “contract “ with AMEX they could not upgrade us. I totally get that if you are booked. So, we called AMEX and they informed us this was a hotel decision. They were at 14% capacity. I have stayed at fine and hotels and other 5 stars all over the world and have never have been treated like this. If not given, I have always been offered to pay for a upgrade or suite in the past and that is what I was I was expecting. It was the Four Seasons in Scottsdale to make that decision. It was not even about the upgrade, it was about the way we were treated from the time we got out of the car to check in. So Disappointed. The GM Kelly poked her head out as we were checking in and was ok with the decision. So to all of you AMEX Platinum members if you are considering Four Seasons verses another FIVE star consider this!!

We enjoyed soaking our feet after the hike in the hot tub and then relaxing at the cabanas. We had a series of small favors to ask, and everyone of them were accommodated with the follow up question of is there anything else that we can do?If there is one small knock on the rooms it was that they didnt have bathroom fans. I thought that was odd. Otherwise, they all come with a private view, fireplace, and a super comfy bed.
