We had a great time. Purchased Wolf Passes with a two night stay and had plenty of time to do all the included activities as well as spend plenty of time at the water park and pool. It wouldve been a lot to attempt to do with one night stay and wed definitely purchase individual activities if we were to stay one night. The room was nice; enough space for up to 8 people.Dining was great. Every meal was delicious.Service was always on point throughout our stay. Nearly every one of the employees I had encounters with genuinely appeared to enjoy working there.

Loved our trip to Great Wolf Lodge in Scottsdale. Very few places have amazing service from the minute you show up until you leave and GWL is one of those. Trina, Candy Queen, at the candy shop was awesome and the kids loved her. Jena at the restaurant by the bar and then again at the buffet was amazing and the servers and bartenders made fantastic drinks. Prices were decent and very acceptable. We live close by and will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing time to everyone at GWL!!

Just stayed with 4 of our kids, the staff was amazing, super sweet and always waving at my kids. The magiquest is GENIUS. Great way to tire out our kids, they walked 4 miles today in 4 hours from mostly doing the quest. I loved all the places my 3 year old could play in. Was clean and very nice. The beds in our Grizzly Bear suit were actually not too bad. Only reason Im giving 4 stars is because magiquest doesnt open till 9am and parks dont open until 10am. Kids NEVER sleep in especially when on vacation so it was a super bummer for them having to wait. Overall was a great experience and we are one happy family.

Went for two night three days had a blast. Indoor swim park with bar, lots of lifeguards. Rock climbing, jungle gym course, good food, bowling, mini golf, story time, magic wand treasure hunt, and much more! Highly recommend for a family staycation. Especially fun for the little ones.

Absolutely will be going again ! My family had such a wonderful time and I have two younger children who may not be able to do all the big kid fun but absolutely enjoyed the indoor water park and at night having ice cream and played family bowling. All your can eat Breakfast was entirely reasonable (especially for my little hungry girls) only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the lifeguards did not allow my two little ones (who had life jackets) go on the bigger family tube ride. Which was entirely understandable as there are signs stating that younger children with red wrist bands can not go! but when we go up a second time we see a family with their child and red wrist band able to go down and having to explain that to two crying kids was not the highlight experience. And being close by target and Ross if there was anything we missed we were able to drive down the street and get it .

Our stay at the Great Wolf Lodge was awesome. Our room was very clean and well maintained. I was in contact with Willow on the Great Wolf Lodge app who welcomed us and assisted us with check out at the end of our stay. We had so much fun at the water park which was the main reason for our stay. I would definitely book a stay there again.

Holy cow is it expensive. I dont see the value in my opinion. Was fun but i dont think it was worth what I paid witch was roughly $8-900 for a party of 7. That wasnt breakfast included either. That was for one room and all the activities we did while we stayed. Clean and comfortable though. Staff was not really all that pleasant as well. Must be due to covid-19.

We use to visit Great Wolf Lodge Washington occasionally (over ten years ago) when we lived in the NW. My two older kids have very fond memories of running around the Hotel playing Magic Quest. I decided our youngest should have similar memories and I am very happy to say the Phoenix establishment delivered. The restaurant food is better here in Phoenix, their staff is friendly and during these Covid times the hotel is keeping things clean. They monitor elevator use - one family per trip. Lots of masks and plastic wall shields. Our hotel room was clean. Please note dont expect the pool area to be medically clean and/or highly supervised. You have to manage your family members.

Great experience. We’ve been to the SoCal one and this one beats it by far. Great food, great pandemic protocol, and awesome service throughout. The wand person selling the quest game was a little over board on trying to sell the knobs but other than that it was a solid stay/trip.

Very friendly staff like 99% of the staff was really great. I loved the app how I could text any question and get a response within minutes. Our room was clean beds comfy. The water park wasn’t packed. At night they had someone running the elevators so that 1 family could go up at a time. I liked that because the elevators are really busy at 8:00 when the water park closes...I loved the trick or treating they offered. We got the passes for the kids and they enjoyed the ropes course and all of the extra activities. Only thing if I want to get super picky is food is a little high priced but it’s the “normal” water park food price. And just a suggestion maybe they should have a worker outside monitoring the cart returns for your luggage. I watched numerous people just put the used carts right back in the same side that said sanitized there is two sections 1 sanitized 1 dirty so maybe someone should monitor them so they can be properly placed and cleaned! I highly suggest going outside and finding a place to sit it’s very open not crowded at all and a lot of open seating. overall the visit was fun. Maybe putting up more hand sanitizer stations out in the open also but that’s me just being picky!

Our family had a great time. The swim area is incredible. The breakfast was very good. The pizza was below average. There are small and short free activities in the lobby periodically.I read the negative reviews and those people seem like complainers. The staff is mostly young and learning and if you can go with the flow a tiny bit youll be just fine. I give this place 4.8 out of 5 stars. We were all very happy with our experience here.

We spent 2 days at the great wolf lodge. I gotta say we had the best experience. The room was clean, the staff was AMAZING and their Covid prevention measurements were top!I would really like to shed light on the outstanding service of three employees. Samantha, she was working the build bear section was very attentive, friendly and made sure we were taken care of.Celia, is THE BEST EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS! she went above and beyond to make my kids experience in the magic shop magical. She was so enthusiastic, loving and creative! We were beyond amazed and thankful for her! She really made our kids dreams come true and believe they truly have magic powers!!! She is definitely the reason we will be back! Lastly I would like to acknowledge Miss Jacky the retail supervisor who made sure we had everything we needed, listened to us and took care of us in the best way possible. These 3 employees are the heart of the lodge!

Had my grandsons 7th birthday party here and it was okay. A bit over priced for the cabana we rented and room we got to insure entry. Total cost was over 1000.00 for one night stay. They decorated his room with only a sign on the sorry and 4 balloons. Not worth the added package of decorations. Bring your own the upcharge was not worth it. The cake however was moist and good although they only have us 5 plates and forks to eat it and our room held 10-13 guests... i also found that odd. Also the food is way over priced and not very good at all. We had a cabana and for the price we paid you would think the price would have been better.

This was mine and my familys first time coming to this location. We usually go to the one in Garden Grove. We spent 3 days here and for the most part our kids had fun. We live in California so we drove about 5 hours to get there we got there around 1pm and they told my husband we couldnt check in until 4 pm so we killed time at the water park. The room was clean and their covid- 19 precautions were great as well. The food was good and our kids were able to trick or treat later on in the day which was great. The down side is that they told my husband they had to hold 200 for our deposit for each day we stood, the elevators took a long time since its one family per elevator, there wasnt really any social distancing while our kids were waiting to go down the slides. But the cherry on top was on our last day we woke up to an email and noticed they over charged us they over charged us about 400$ so my husband went down to the front desk to see what was going on and all he got was oh you are one of the rooms that it happened to, the. Computer is messing up sorry. Call customer service. We had to end our trip earlier then expected because my husbands bank card got declined due to them over charging him. We were able to get the card working again and we were supposed to have late check out but we lost out on that just to make sure we had enough gas money to make it back home to California. We were thinking about going back since our trip was going good but once that happened we wont be going back to this location we will just keep going to Garden Grove

Third location weve visited and really enjoyed this one. I love how accessible everything is at this one, all close together, and so many extras besides the water park. Stayed in a Wolf Den suite and our son loved it so much he cried when we checked out.Gluten-free friendly! Particularly liked the Barnwood restaurant (ordered the Wilderness Bowl with Salmon twice!) and menu items are clearly marked, making ordering easier. They were also very accommodating with some other dietary restrictions. Also enjoyed The Watering Hole inside the water park (and a super yummy Pina Colada!). Enjoyed gluten-free pancakes at the Campfire Kitchen; they also prepared me eggs and bacon completely separately. My son loved the mini golf. Have closed toe shoes for the treehouse climb and rock wall.Great accommodations and friendly staff. Everything very clean and felt quite safe. Masks required everywhere but water park.

This was our first visit and the kids loved it. The resort was clean and the staff was helpful. The rooms were a great size and the kids lived the bunk beds. We only ate breakfast there but it was really good and we went back later in the morning for seconds. The waterpark was fun and I felt very safe with my children doing their own activities due to the numerous lifeguards through out. When I returned our towels at the end of our stay I forgot to swipe my wristband so we were charged $10 per towel, but when we called to inquire about the charge the next day the gladly refunded us the fee. We also enjoyed the other various activities. Instead of purchasing a paw or pup pass we let each kid choose one activity.. we did the arcade, the mining activity, and Magi Quest. They enjoyed every activity. We would definitely visit again, but next time purchase the refillable cup for $14 to use throughout our stay, we didnt learn about it until our last day or else we would bought one our first day.

This place is utter chaos. The check in process was unorganized and took forever, getting any amount of sleep is nearly impossible because you can hear every word your neighbors are saying next door and theres constantly children screaming and running up and down the hallways, even after 9. The water park was extremely crowded and even though the said they were taking extra precautions for COVID, it didnt look that way at all aside from a hand sanitizer station here and there. No one was wiping anything down and they seemed extremely understaffed with lifeguards working multiple slides. Masks are required but they dont seem to care how youre wearing them or even if theyre on at all, the food was extremely over priced and not that great. All in all, our child had fun in the water park. But for $200+ you can get a better deal somewhere else. Save your money and find something better.

Great for families with children. pool area will keep children entertainedthe walls in to rooms are thin and you can hear the guest in the other rooms so if you have loud neighbors then your screwed. there was no microwave and the fridge that they provide barely keeps anything cold. better off bringing a cooler and adding the free ice from the machine. they had a small table and two chairs in the corner- barely enough table space.everything in the hotel closes around 8pm so there’s not much to do after. ordered a pizza at on of the restaurant they have and pizza was mediocre at best- was not worth $20.be careful about the small charges- ex if you don’t return the pool towels, there’s a $15 charge.the bowling alley is barely enough for 3 families and mini golf area is tiny. the arcade area is extremely small and there’s always an additional charge to do the activities they have there. there’s so much better things to do outside of the hotel.lazy river is small and the tide pool is small as well. the outside pool is bigger but has a maximum depth of 4ft. everything else inside has a maximum depth of about 2/3ft so my knees scraped the bottom a lot.

The lodge is very big and looks nice. We got free wolf ears!!! The girls loved them. I called in and got a beer price than what was available on their website. There are signs about masks everywhere and employees telling you to where them but its too crowded to social distance and none of the high touch surfaces (besides the front desk) are being cleaned! I personally dont care about masks but just figure out what your message is here. Also, $74 for a wand game is pricey. The room was super fun and clean. Why isnt there a microwave in the room? I have food allergies and your restaurants with fryers full of gluten stuff are not something I could eat. Check in was 4pm and by 4pm we had no check in text. We had so much fun at the water park but we were hungry tired and needed a break. I called the main number and was routed to a central call center. They told me to call the location directly (thought I was) so I call the main location and it somehow routes me back to the call center...who tells me to call the locations number...At 4:30 I went to the front lobby and waiting in line 30 min for the second time only to be told oh the system isnt working well right now. They were doing a system upgrade. We went to the lodge with another family for a birthday. Our daughters are best friends. We requested a room by them when we booked, when we confirmed and when we checked in. We got a room 5 floors away from them. We were on the 1st floor and they were on the 5th. I didnt know there was a fee($50?) if you lose the bracelet. I didnt know we had to trade in pool towels. These things were explained to us by the other family we were with that had been there before. I tried checking out the next day after the water park and they didnt even ask my name and said I was checked out lol. Maybe they can ID a cell? Not sure. The water park was so much fun for the kids. It is a lot bigger than it looks online. Lots to do! The bar for the adults was a nice surprise! Overall the water park is great and a lot of fun.

Its rather expensive, especially for anything outside of the water park. I use the term water park loosely as there really wasnt much there. It was fine for the kids but we made the mistake of booking for 5 days so the adults will get bored after a day or so.No bell service, no valet parking either. For a place that charges what they charge one would think these would be options. And dont bring cash as it is not accepted anywhere at Great Wolf Lodge. The good thing is that there are plenty of restaurants and things to do just outside the resort within walking distance or a short drive away.Overall it is good for the kids but a couple of days is more than enough. Anything longer is just too long and the cost isnt worth what you get in return.

We got our towels, life jacket for our two year old, found chairs and just relaxed at the inside kiddie pool with three slides! It’s worth the money just to see all the smiles on my grandkids faces! The staff is super nice, like dutch bros NICE! Themed rooms are cool, bunk bed with murals and cabin themed cutouts. They have multiple restaurants and stores that include: Ben and Jerrys, Dunkin donuts and great wolf private brand restaurants. They have an arcade,a gold mining store, build a bear and much more. The family favorite was the water park. Multiple pools, wave pool, lazy suzan, water playground and slides (5 I think). Now I would say this hotel is catering to the young ones, aged 4-12 but theres something for everyone. Great for families of all sizes. On to covid, check in desk has plexiglass up and all employees are wearing masks. The staff is constantly cleaning and 6 foot separation markers throughout the resort.

Stayed at this property a few weeks ago, property was nice, clean. Pool area was way overcrowded. The issues started today when an employee called stating that their system did not save my credit card on file for our stay and there is an outstanding balance on the account. First of all, bought and paid for the room in full UP FRONT. Paid for EVERYTHING in the resort $224 additional in food, beverages, shops, etc at each place. NOW they are asking for $60 additional towards the room (we did not charge a single thing to our room). All of this would be okay if the person calling was an adult and not some rude teenager threatening to send me to collections because THEIR SYSTEM did not save a credit card. When I asked for her name, she told me she did not have to give it to me. Needless to say, when you check out, do not assume that is your final bill. They might call you a few weeks later to pay more. One night at their overcrowded facility that I have already paid over $500 for standard room, some dunkin donuts (which you stand in line for over an hour), pretzels and nachos sure is overpriced. Honestly save your money find a water park. Worst part is, we live near the facility. Now I will ensure I tell all our neighbors and friends about their rude customer service and attempting to collect more money weeks later!! Seriously, I know you are brand new, but might be time to go under new management!!

GETTING HELP was a joke, not a single person answered the phone at the front desk after 8 p.m to address these or any issues. This location is a lot smaller than the Garden Grove location. Not many chairs to sit on in the water park area. The bar tender was checking ids which is understandable but there should be a wristband after age has been verified. What is the point of being able to pay with your wristband which also acts as a room key if you have to carry your ID card everywhere. Also, BEWARE of the towel fee. They have you scan your wristband to get pool towels. When u leave you throw them is a big bucket, no scanning. When the final comes they charge you per towel and say you are suppose to scan your pool towels back in. I am currently waiting to be refunded $133 for 8 pool towels. And the refund can take up to a week. There is no covered parking at this location. There should be considering it is Arizona and they have a huge parking garage in CA. All in all, the kids had fun. But, the Scottsdale location is not worth the price. Ill drive to CA before I go here again.

If u have been to other GWL locations u will be disappointed.... we are regulars at the grapevine tx location and we pretty much love it... we were under the impression that this one was suppose to be bigger and better than all the others but upon arrival we knew it was gonna be different.... 1.) The entrance and lobby are not as decorated as the other locations... not really themed and decorated as we expected.... check-in was fine and pretty flawless as usual. We asked for a room not too far down the hall and ours was perfect. The layout on the first floor with all the shops is actually better than the other one. They have the rope course, rock climbing wall and a small putt putt course inside which was better than the other lodge weve been to... 2.) The room... well knowing about the master light switch would have helped so we wouldnt have been peeing in the dark the first nite. Air worked well but didnt seem to get as cool as it said it was. 3.) Smaller... we were pretty disappointed when we walked into the water park. Everything is smaller in the whole place. All the shops and the gameroom but the water park was the big one. Less slides, smaller pools and no slides outside. And they tamed the slides they had.... barely thrilling at all... the only slide that was thrilling was the Tail Drop but I cant handle those types anymore, and it wasnt that popular from what I can see anyways. The food choices are better, and the bar is more accessible. But there is barely any of the usual GWL decor... it was pretty bland, like u were at a basic YMCA indoor pool. Pretty sad they did that in my book. The outdoor pool is just basically a resort style youd find anywhere 4.) The price of the cabanas was outrageous.... we were told $349 !!! we rarely paid half that much before, that is ridiculous for one day of a little extra privacy. 5.) The story time and the dance party were a joke.... the story is the same, and this lodge had some guys doing both and it just didnt seem the same. Sorry but girls have a sort of motherly touch that as a parent u want to see, not some guy who seems half a##ing it... the dance party seemed pretty lame and only lasted 15 minutes.... 6.) Food... not bad at all... like I said the food choice in the pool area is better, and the restaurant Barnwood was pretty good with plenty of food (I actually didnt finish mine)... there is a Dunkin Donuts instead of Starbucks and a Ben & Jerrys which was pretty nice...I was surprised GWL went this route with this lodge. We were told by staff that they were trying to get it more towards the kids but u know there are adults there too and older kids who can get pretty bored without a challenge. We never have gotten bored at the Grapevine location but we left the Waterpark in the afternoon of our second day and never went back. We did do the bowling, kids did the rock climbing and ropes course, and hit the arcade one last time. But eventually I feel people will get bored with this location and the cost unless they upgrade some things to add more fun. We wont be going back when there are better options

Spent the weekend celebrating 2 birthdays and I have to say for the amount of money you spend here the place is just OK. Food is average, and rooms are already expensive enough without having to upgrade for more separation from the kids. We rented a cabana and the fridge didn’t keep anything cold but luckily our hostess gave us a bucket of ice on request and we made it work. It’s Arizona it’s hot make it work even if you have to do a ice chest instead of mini fridge. Also a mister in the cabana would be a great idea. Our hostess for the cabana was great the indoor water park was great for the kids but probably won’t come back again unless they do day passes.

Needs improvement on dance party and would like to see a bigger putt putt course. Kinda wish things didnt close so early like restaurants n quick grab store to drink after a hard day of adultering, but dunkin donuts n Ben n jerrys lives up to their names always n friendly staff. Build a bear seemed like too much in a rush. Never been bowling but th8s was fun af. The app u use has no security and parts are under construction but it has coupons. Dining menu with restaurants n times. Has an ar core problem with a squirrel who takes pics as a character but the app says it incompatible. N I tried on new n old Samsungs n iPhones. Sort of an ar fail. Bowling alley and mine r a must see n do. Magiquest is amazing n top notch. Obstacle course is scary n for older kids. Food left something to be desired unflavorful. N then, the indoor water park...Take it from someone who has a personal pool that have been in twice in 4 yrs, I no anyone thought I would get wet...Yet I climbed these long wooden steps several times with my wife n son in law and grandson to ride down a water slide I havent done in over 30 yrs n a lazy river n wave pool n even a vid of me under a huge waterfall from a bucket. It was exhausting. Amazing. Surprising. Sometimes lacking or needing improvement but overall it was great. Well worth the money n convenience of never having to leave. P.s. buy the wolf pass for each n all ur kids. Its insanely worth all u do n most groups on it r sixLike the bowling alley or mini golf. Etc... overall it was awesome n great n is worth the money n travel n constant go go go of Disneyland cuz its smaller n u can go up into ur theme room n watch tv too.

This reservation was booked as a mini honeymoon for my grandchildren. While that is probably not the best use of the place since it is mainly a family event, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the resort itself was impressive. Staff was very courteous and cooperative, and explained charges to my account. This would be a wonderful family vacation.

Best place for families! We booked our room as soon as we could when we heard it was open in Scottsdale, AZ. On the day of our reservation they texted us asking if we needed anything before we checked in. All the employees were friendly and were able to answer all of our questions. We love the themed rooms and how there are bunk beds for the kids. The pool area is amazing! The kids loved the slides and the wave pool. But be ready to pay $$$$$ for the food. They had a really cute dance party at 9 pm in the main lobby. They have several other activities throughout the day but my kids wanted to stay in the water park area.

Was a great vacation! Everyone there was very nice, the breakfast buffet although a little pricey was worth it! The food was delicious!!! Activities for the kids and lots of fun. The only problem was in the souvenir shop there were no baby toys for my grandson who was 8 months old. A nice little wolf rattle or some wolf baby teethers would have been nice! Over all a great big thank you to all the employees at the resort great job!!!!!!

100% toddler friendly. Well worth the package, spent with tax 200 for a 1 night room 2 adults 2 kids. Birthday boy was treated well at no extra cost. Room decor is cheesy, but it goes with the theme I guess. The indoor pool area was worth the night stay. Wish they stayed open later than 8 and opened earlier than 10. Outdoor pool is nice, but in AZ hard to bare the heat. Thats when I wish the 8pm extended. The food courts come in a variety of options and the prices are not that crazy high considering you dont have to leave the pool area.Wave pool is every 10 minutes, I think. 2 toddler friendly slides, baby area, bar with yummy drinks in the middle of the pool area.2 night max otherwise its overkill. But worth the extra money if you are out of towner vs doing a Marriott or Hampton inn.

We frequent 4 & 5 stars and for the amount of money being spent, the quality and service is a 2. Staying in a suite is not a suite but two joining rooms. It’s the little things, no bottle water in the rooms (not even to purchase), pool towels MUST be returned (can’t leave in your room) or you’ll be charged $15. Like I said the little things, not to mention quality is a 2 possible 3. The indoor water park is ok, quality of amenities is a 3. We are here for two nights for our daughters 13th birthday with four of her friends. The girls are enjoying themselves. It’s the quality that I’m bummed about. It’s a one and done type of adventure.

We visited as part of a Pandemic Staycation and we had a blast. My daughter brought a friend to ride the slides and enjoy some time outside of home, and our son just wanted to splash in the toddler area and ride the same blue slide over and over again. They had an excellent safety protocol in place and both the resort and park were clean and inviting. We bought a Wolf Pass for our daughter to play the Magic Quest game and she and her friend had a great time unlocking all of the secrets and fighting the dragon. The wait time on the larger-group slides was a bit long at times due to there often only being a single ride operator, but the wait for the uber-fast-ground-falls-out-from-underneath-you Wolf Tail slide was generally only a couple of minutes. In all, I would highly recommend it for families with kids who love water parks and water slides.

In my opinion u get what u pay for and this place was worth the money.

This place is AMAZING for kids. They have all kids of activities other than the water park. From face painting to a nightly party. The staff is always entertaining and you can tell safety is very important here. Consistently monitoring the waters. Food experience was good. Prices were cheaper then most amusement parks. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the rooms. For the price you pay I would of expected more space in the restroom, bigger beds, satellite freeze constant. But, would definitely recommend this place.

The Great Wolf Experience was great as always, but they need to get better RV parking for guests. We drove 1700 miles to be with our family for the holidays and were made to park our RV in a dirt lot, not even managed by the hotel, without lighting and no security. For four days we tried to speak cordially with them about it asking to move it back into the main lot and repeatedly told that we couldnt yet there were 3 other trailers, buses and RV that didnt ask permission and were allowed to park in the main lot. We are blessed that nothing went wrong except for having to drive over a culvert because the dirt lot was chain locked and we couldnt get out as the construction company locked the lot for the holidays. When you pay 600 plus a night for a room this should never happen.

Overall this place is pretty cool my kids loved it the only reason Im giving it 4 and not 5 is because nothing opens in the hotel until 9:00am and the water park and outdoor pools dont open until 10:00 am we are in arizona during summer its like 104° by 8:00 am and I dont know about most people but when on vacation my kids are wide awake by like 6:00am ready to go and the restaurants open and close at wired times and to top it off the water park closed at 8:00pm who wants to shut down there fun at 8:00pm on there Friday or Saturday night and thats every day... oh and No room service and the restaurants are way over priced and the food was terrible. The only place there that had somewhat decent food and prices was Buckets I feel the magic wands and other activities and arcade are ridiculously over priced

Get there to make sure everything is sorted after being told by guest services that the supervisor would have another room ready ..just for the front desk clerk who could use some customer service training to not know whats going on and to tell me my room is actually not ready and i will have to wait until 4pm..mind you they are only booking to 50 percent capacity so you would think they have rooms readily available which tells me they are recycling the same rooms over and over while practicing the best covid safety standards..

The Waterpark is fun and the hotel is nice. The only reason its nicer than say, a Super 8, is because of the Waterpark. The food was awful and they charge a ridiculous price for the same food you get free at most other hotels. You are at a nice resort in the middle of Scottsdale, AZ and they have the worst food for miles. If you stay here you will have a good time but I highly recommend going elsewhere to buy food. There are tons of amazing, decently priced restaurants within walking distance of the hotel!

My family of 4 had an amazing time here! The pool was clean and extremely fun. The staff was wonderful!! Everyone was so friendly and extremely interactive with the kids. I loved that I was able to text a number to get more towels and they showed up 5 minutes later. Food was delicious... just know you will spend a lot of money on food and drinks. I suggest bringing as much snacks/food/drinks for your room so you arent spending a ton of money. But.. everything was worth it. Brought so many smiles to my young kids. Thank you for everything!!

The place was fun to bring the kids. But, It’s now around 3am and I was woken up with bites all down my arm. I came to the front desk to see if they had a Benadryl cream in the first aid kit or something and their only response was that I could buy some in the gift shop. Maybe I’m just being picky and annoyed because I’m uncomfortable, but when I used to work for a hotel, we had loads of stuff behind for free. I understand it’s a business and we are all trying to stay afloat during this pandemic, but if it were me, I would not try to make a buck off a guest that was bitten in my hotel room.Edit: Great Wolf Lodge made it right when I brought it to an upper level team members attention. Have to switch the star rating because I must have just got the overnight person on the wrong night. The team followed up with me daily. Had an insect person come out the following day. They could not find the source of my bites, but they took ownership of something they really had no control over and were honest.

Way overpriced, small water park, untrained staff and rude. The only way you can monitor what they are secretly hitting you for on room charges throughout your stay is to go to the front and ask. You can’t look it up on your TV like most hotels and there is no app for it I wonder why that is? Maybe because they’re going to hit you things like-the sun rises in the east today the winds out of the north west and any other charge they can make up. And let’s not forget they automatically deduct $100 from your account as soon as you check in just in case you don’t wanna spend any money besides the hotel stay in water park passes. They will tell you that it’s going to be refunded when you check out. But the truth is it might and I mean might be refunded in about two weeks.
