A very nice resort. The flight path for the airport is right by the resort was only complaint. Everyone was greatly helpful. All of the emeninties were there for you.

I really injoyed my stay here. Its a great place to get away with your family they are one of the top ten places I personally would recommend to my own friends and family to come get away and enjoy the salt water pools and if you dont have kids than you can still find this place to be a great place to stay because aswell as the splash pad and great big family pool area that they have to offer here!! They also have a wonderful adults only pool area that is very nice and teranqile environment! Lol that is very relaxing! And I really found how they literally offer you or you an your kids a day by day weekly activities scheduled that has a lot of fun stuff you can choose to experience alone with all of the staff here aswell as any of the other guest that also may choose to participate wall still on there stay here wall still practicing social distancingat the same time!!! And we can all appreciate that during times like this! where alot of people are exspected or just prone to feeling more alone than they may normally would be rite now.... and well this place seems to have such a good vibe to it! That its had to feel so distance from every body here when every one is so easy going and welcoming to you! And well overall. I reallg enjoyed my stay and i liked how they where very curdeuse and more then helpful to me during my stay here with them...I hope to stay again soon xoxo thanks for having me

Love the rooms. Really feels like home if you need an extended stay. The amenities are perfect, full size washer and dryer are amazing, things I am not fond of are the lack of elevators our luggage assistance and guest services, some employees are very rigid and unhelpful and sort of make you feel youre being judged. Brianna was the only one that I am excluding from this review, she gets 5 stars. I spent over a month at the other diamond location down the street and a month at this one and wasnt treated like a high paying and loyal patron should be. In fact the only time I feel the service was above and beyond was when I got a message to see the concierge for a free stay. This turned out to be a commission motivated scheme and once I didnt meet eligibility criteria off having a major credit card, the promised accommodations were off the table. I spent thousands at these resorts, my stays and contributions exceeded ANY diamond member in a year guaranteed! But they cant comp a single night? Pretty cold hearted and unappreciative of my business. I moved out yesterday and have taken my business elsewhere. Im disappointed.

4 Stars because the grills didnt work. We stayed in a three room suite. Worked really well for our young family of 5. Pool and commons area were clean. They limit to 50 people in the main pool at a time, but we never got close to that. The room layout is cramped but is big, just lots of walls. Maybe better for older kids that need more individual space. Personally I prefer a more open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Nice staff. Quite atmosphere and peaceful.

Lots and Lots of Cockroaches: My family and I stayed there the week of June 30 2020 in a 3 bedroom unit. 1st Floor Bldg 19 Unit 1074. The place had been remodeled, and aesthetically everything looked great. Upon entering the hall bathroom, I found 3 baby cockroaches on the shower curtain. Also in the middle of the night my family also found multiple bigger roaches the size of an inch and half at night. The countertops were not clean, sticky residue leftover from the previous stay and I found what appeared to be blood on the wall in one bedroom. We reported but the front office didn’t seem to care. Stay somewhere else!

By far one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Fully equipped and I do mean fully. Kitchen has everything you need. Rooms are massive. Beds are super comfortable. I will definitely stay again and tell others to stay here as well.

Warning! Fraud Alert! Online Reservations Will Not Be Refunded!I recently made a reservation online for a business trip a couple of weeks from today. However, the following day, my plans changed, and I called to cancel the reservation, 17 days before the check-in date. The operator told me my credit card would still be charged! Scottsdale Links Resort has a no refund policy for canceled reservations made online! No mention of this policy is on their website. I find this unbelievable and completely fraudulent! Dont make a reservation here!

Property just opened due to closure from pandemic and issues from the start. First of all the room was very dusty after being closed for 2 months with no maid service. On the second night bed fell apart causing me to move rooms. We were a family of 6 moving so it took us awhile to pack up. Once we got into our new room the AC was not working so had to call several times to get fixed. Than the in room safe was not working than they had to replace that. Think they should of waited to open to inspect their rooms for maintenance after 2 months. The pool was very busy with little to no social distancing being adhered to. In addition construction was ongoing at this resort.

Positive: Clean Negative: I was overcharged & customer service was so bad with the front desk. I was not happy with my stay and the room. They charged me an extra fee too I was unaware of until I got there plus $200 deposit I was unaware of so I spent more $ than I anticipated.

The staff here were both friendly, relaxed, accommodating, and helpful. Place was perfect - I used it as a base as I traveled around but easy access to highway, rooms large, with an office area, and laundry facilities in-room.Highly recommended! tj

I like the space of our suite and the home away from home feel. I didn’t like parking was tight.

Own 9 timeshares paid for. Go to stay at 1 Scottsdale n they make u initial different boxes after reading. 1 box says they have the right 2 charge your card immediately fof staying there. Mind you we own it. So i say thats not part of contract. They said we know that but we havent changed contract forms yet. But you still need 2 sign???. Why if you know that 1 box and way its written and you told me dosent concern our(N other contracts alike) contract should i sign that n let charge my bank any amount you please 4 something weve paid 4 many xs many years. Was told dont worry we never do. So i ask again why should i sign something that allows diamond Resorts 2 take money from my bank. There final statement 2 me n my lil children. Dont sign cant give u keys.. Chances are nothing will happen. But again if it does im waiting. How long b4 my refund. B CAREFUL READ ALL THEY WANT YOU 2 SIGN OR INITIAL. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT CAME TO AN EXPLANATION ABOUTWHY THEY NEEDED BANK #s 2xs. Be Careful

Positive: Pool Negative: The attitude of the front desk. Then they try to sell you on their property condos prior to you even going to your room. Staff just wasnt friendly.

Resort in Scottsdale, didnt eat out ordered some super healthy bowls from maddox lane delivered it was awesome. Choice of clean protein whole grains an veggies.

Positive: Price Room Negative: The only thing I can think of the towels were new and you can tell they werent washed so you got fuzz and lint all over you. Great place though def going back.

Great property;great customer service; family pool; grownup pool(no floaties allowed though)close to Wal-Mart and other shopping centers.

The stay was comfortable and relaxing as always. The atmosphere and amazing customer service is why we always come back. We book rooms at this property anywhere between 3-5 times a year staying 2-5 days per stay. We love the Diamond Resorts.

It was a one night stay but we had stayed there before, a week at a time. It’s like a condo with a well pointed kitchen with a spacious counter, dining room, living room and bedroom. Very comfortable. We are hikers, so we don’t have information on the amenities, but we are always pleased with our stay.

My family & I enjoyed our 2 night stay at this resort and we will definitely stay there again. The service provided by the maintenance & housekeeping staff was quick & on point.

Do yourself a favor and Do Not Stay here. This student dorm like “resort” doesn’t have an elevator for your rooms on the second and third floor. There are hidden fees and concierge charges you before she tells you the amount. They tell you the price online varies from their real price, even you booked on the day of staying. I booked different hotels on the same website all the time 300+ days per year and today I’m being told this. The small pool and WiFi are sources for the resort fee, with the gym closed, according to staff. The check-in time is 4pm, check-out 10am, different from any other hotel, but during these six hours time they couldn’t get a single room on the first floor cleaned and thus refused to offer me a first-floor room. There was a huge shaped check-in agent named Sam standing behind the female agent and talking loud at me while I was checking in alone, guess he had no work to do. Extremely disgraceful.

I enjoyed my entire stay here the staff were very polite and met me with a warm welcome. I had a wonderful time while i was there everything was amazing. I definitly enjoyed the huge jucuzi. One thing i noticed was the wifi dosent have a secure network which made difficult trying to log on the internet with my computer.

Had a wonderful weekend at the links we had the 3 bedroom. Hot tub and pool was wonderful and a cute little play ground.sorry not as many pictures but wonderful resort.highly recommend!

One night stay with my husband, just to get away from home during this pandemic. Everything was perfect! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Wish we had planned to stay longer. We definitely will be back and will stay longer. We had a wonderful time! Would recommend!

Pool complex is amazing, wonderful toiletries. Renovated rooms are stylish, staff is outstanding. Everything is comfortable, and this was a great place to relax.

Quiet resort. The staff at check is was absolutely exceptional. Quick and easy check in process.The lobby has a business center, high top work station, convenient store and a 24 hour coffee bar.They are renovating some buildings. Unfortunately I did not stay in a renovated unit. But it was still bright open and clean.Checkout was just as easy as check in.

Little older furniture. Rug a little dirty but overall wasnt bad. Very quiet.

Sure happy to be on first floor with arthritis.

This was an unexpected surprise. I found it on hotels.com I did not realize that it was a Diamond Resort. The staff is incredible, amenities are outstanding, its very clean and child-friendly. I couldnt be happier.

Quiet and clean, a great location super close to the TPC Golf Course, hiking, and restaurants. There are gas grills conveniently located throughout the property as well.I really enjoyed the pool and friendly staff. We will definitely come back in the fall.

The place is fantastic, the grounds are immaculate! It is a good place to bring children, the pool the splash pad, and the jungle gyms are GR8 for burning off kidergy(kid + energy).The suites and apartments, 1 and 2 bedroom, are clean and well-cared-for. My lovely bright and I usually get a 2 bedroom for ourselves as this allows us each to have a bathroom, and ample space to entertain.

The property and the our room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. My disappointment with Diamond Resorts comes from the conversation I had with the Concierge. There was a constant push with some added incentives during our stay to visit the Concierge. Their goal is to have you join the Diamond Resorts travel club. Be prepared for the “timeshare” type presentation. I ended up with 4 restaurant $25 gift vouchers after patiently and then not so patiently listening to the sales pitch. I tried to use two of these vouchers at the recommended restaurants but too my utter embarrassment, the restaurant’s would not accept the gift vouchers. I feel like I was mislead by the Concierge and now unfortunately, my first experience with Diamond Resorts was a negative one.

It was ok, sales pitch that you need to walk away from, for the price the room wasnt bad, bad part is lugging up luggage 3 floors because no elevators... spa had way too much chlorine and pool was cold..

Room was set up nice but had a horrible smell, told the front and they sent some one up. They sprayed some nice spray and said it was fix. I reported the smell again but all they said it they didn’t know and tried to get me to sign up for a timeshare. After I reported it the 3rd time with also telling them there was a dead rat by the pool. I was offered a longer stay with them. When I finally checked out a different guy said why didn’t you tell me? He also said that the next time I visit I would be “taken” care of but was expected to pay for another week.lol. I was really disappointed to never hear back from any management after sending in a complaint. Save your money cuz that is all this place wants.

Here for spring training games. Nice 3 bedroom unit for us 5 adults, comfortable and spacious ground floor unit. Could benefit from tub/shower grab bars though as most of the people we saw were seniors like us. Didnt use but looked at the pool and gym which were large and the gym had a lot of equipment. Close to the freeway and close to Safeway for grocery shopping.

Document the condition of your rooms immediately at check in AND at checkout. We were surprised to get a bill for $1,232 for sofa stains that were preexisting. This is the first experience of this kind after many years of travel with Marriott.

Had a free week to use so decided to stay here. was ok up until the 3rd day as guests right below us checked in at 1:30am. super loud, kids running around crying. slamming doors. fyi u can hear everything from your neighbors in places like this with thin walls cheap insulation. called front desk to complain. nothing was done. group was out on patio [2] floor. talking loud, kids screaming crying their heads off. horrible

The Scottsdale Links Resort is a timeshare property managed by Diamond Resorts. The, studio, one and two bedroom units are very spacious with sleeper sofas, kitchens, and a dining area. Multiple pools, workout rooms, and laundry facilities are available. However, the one and two bedroom units have washers and dryers in the room.

The rooms were large but very outdated. Bad plumbing little hot water They tried to sell us. Said our room was being cleaned but we’d be in building with our friends. Were notified much later that room was ready. Got there. In another building. They had moved us. When I complained they could care less. It was t cheap and we feel cheated

Very family friendly.This place has the best pool Ive ever been in. Im a CPO (certified pool operator) from utah so I can tell when a pool is too far out of balance typically by smell/feel.The water is nice and clean and clear, and the temperature is just right. Plenty of room for multiple large groups.The playground is nice, has recycled rubber so you dont need to worry about your little ones getting hurt.This is a timeshare style resort, so be prepared for a team of folks trying to get you to sit in on their presentation. They will escalate and offer you more and more just to come sit and listen. Dont accept anything less than $100, and Im sure you could get more if you are strong willed.The rooms are very nice, AC works great, the full kitchen in our 1 bedroom unit was stocked well with everything you need for a family of 4. We put our 5 year old on the pullout couch in the living room and he loved having his own tv for the night.I cant think of anything else to say at the moment, so just check my photos out and see for yourself.

While the rooms and location are lovely, the customer service skills demonstrated by 2 different staff members, one being a front desk worker named Michael and the other was the actual manager, were absolutely appalling and honestly just ruined my whole experience. I will not be staying here again.

It was good, we enjoyed our stay.... we were traveling thru and booked for 2 nights, it was very nice we stayed another night.However, after we checked out, we get a call late in the afternoon to tell us we broke the TV in the living room. We are very honest ppl and I could swear there was nothing wrong with it when we left. We paid $250 since I was not there to dispute it. WE DID NOT BREAK THE TV.NEVER STAYING AGAIN, if you do, have someone check your room before you leave.

This was a really great place the pool is big , they have cababana that you can reserve and rent out 4hrs is $50 or it is open but if reserved you have to leave at the time posted if reserved! We was in a 3 bedroom it was hugh!

I was not aware this was a time sbare property and was not happy that i had to pay an additio al $109 for resort fees. That should have been taken care of before our trip. There was only one day they cleaned the roon and we were told they would come between 1 and 2 and did not show up until 5 which at the time we were getting ready for a wedding so i told them they had to come back the next day. I still do not know what the extra fees were for.

Nice quiet location. The workers are all super friendly and took great care of my husband and I. We have extreme food allergies to contend with and they made sure to clean extra in the room before we arrived. And we didnt have a single allergy attack. We will definitely be back again.

We got a good deal due to doing a timeshare meeting Id call it, cheaper than hotels we were looking at and a lot nicer. But there was a lack of integrity by Omar, he was less that honest about our free breakfast and got us set up for a free comeback offer that we ended up paying for that he put in my girlfriends name, so we have to attend another timeshare tour next time for the free nights. Omar was funny and entertaining so its hard to be upset, but we would of done the deal anyway so it was not necessary to Embellished his sales pitch.It was a nice place to stay in the end, nobody like to feel that they were taken advantage of though:/

Its quite, just remote enough. The pool facilities are exceptional. The exercise and fitness center is well-rounded with treadmills, machines, and free weights.

Location and the resorts are nice. Every suite has a full sized kitchen, which we wanted and Liked very much. But the maintenance is very bad. They clean the suites twice a week and they hardly do it.

Beautiful Resort with great views, large rooms, nice amenities and very well maintained. The majority of parking spaces are covered, the pools are very clean and the scheduled activities are fun. We did have a problem with getting our rooms; however, the office staff bent over backwards to make things right and took excellent care of us. To me, that is to true sign of excellent customer service!
