You can rent at Bay aristocrat but it must be for at least two months and no more than 6 months. I have a two bedroom next to the water available for March and April 2020. The cost is $2,100 a month. Its like moving into your own house everything is available to you dishes, linens ect. All inclusive.

I was at Bay to visit a friend. From what I could tell the property was beautifully kept and its a great place to live.

Fantastic bay front, owner owned, over 55 community. Dolphins, manatee, stingrays literally in my backyard. Wonderful friendly people with lots of planned activities. Highly recommended! We are full time residence since 2015.

On the bayside gulf, beautiful place, close to gulf beaches, and every store you can think of. Home ownership for 55 plus living. Plenty to do so you cant get bored. Relaxing from the fast paced world is on the agenda every day.

Very nice view of the intercoastal if I had to live at a adult community this would be the one.

We live here and really enjoy the ameneties and friendly people.I dont know anywhere else you can live waterfront on Tampa Bay for less than $200,000 and only $260 in monthly maintanence fees.

Right on the bay, 1 mile from mall and Costco. 10 minutes from Clearwater Airport. Great community!

Typical 55+ community, drove in here recently to head to the back and snap a picture of the Bayside - its a bummer for these folks that theyve had nothing but construction in the front of their neighborhood for what has to be over a decade now in some fashion, now stores nearby as well - but they have one of the most awesome views of the bay and the bayside bridge in the back of the neighborhood.
