Nice quiet community although they need more speqd limit reminders. Some tend to speed up and down all hours of the night

Serendipity is a great 1,000 plus unit mobile home park that is meticulously maintained and has to wonderfully Immaculate pools that are kept at a balmy 86 degrees. Its off of Route 19 North in Clearwater and is next door to two small pharmacies within the entrance area. There is a CVS at the other end of the Block in a grocery store within 1 mile either direction and every other amenity you can imagine within 3 miles. The park is very quiet and has lots to do. You can go north on Route 19 and make a left on Curlew and go straight out to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida called Honeymoon Island and then take a ferry to Caladesi Island. The Nightlife here is amazing and theres always plenty to do in Downtown Dunedin which is only 3 miles away. Youre nestled between Safety Harbor Ozona Palm Harbor and Dunedin. Tampa is just down the road as is the airport about 45 minutes and also you have Clearwater St Pete Airport which is about 15 minutes off of Highway 19 South approximately 7 miles or so. On Interstate 580 you have from the Gulf of Mexico all the way to Tampa more restaurants than you could ever go to in a year if you went 3 times a day everyday 365 days a year.

Manager, PENNY IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! I have never been so disrespected by anyone who is supposed to be there to help potential residents! The very first time I called the park, it was answered by this rude witch. Horribly rude woman.

Wow... I called asking a few questions and was treated very disrespectful!!! Asked for clarification on something and did not get a clear answer so I tried to reask the question and she got very nasty and was VERY rude! Way to get new people in the park! I will not give anyone a good report on this place no matter how nice it is the person in the office is unprofessional and I would worry about the residents if they need help with something!!

Such an amazing community! My Gram lives here in the Winter and really enjoys it.

Grounds and common areas are great. All homes are well kept. Only downside is entering and exiting on hwy 19. Traffic is nonstop. Very difficult.

The manager was awesome she was able to help me with all of my questions, I think this is the perfect place for my parents to move into

Very neat and clean place. Most homes are new. All amenities are updated they have a huge kitchen and recreation center that is neat and clean.

This place used to be a wonderful place to live but unfortunately has gone down hill over the last year after its purchase by ELS. There used to be lite up palm trees as you drive in, the lawns were well maintained along with the palm trees. Now since ELS bought Serendipity the roads are a disaster, the lawns are overgrown and the palms are not trimmed and are dropping seeds everywhere!! The pool is now locked from both the inside AS Well as the outside, which is a huge safety issue! I will say most residents are great, friendly and helpful however, Penny the manager harasses the residents and is awful to work with. So although ELS does a great job coming in and increasing the rents, they do a very poor job of maintaining the park so if you are looking to purchase here be aware of these issues.

One of the most nicest modular home communities in the county. Nice staff and neighbors.

Beautiful Moduler homes, 2 convenient pools, such polite & accepting staff members & a very well kept environment.I love their sign as your exiting their neighborhood.*It says, Have A Good Day & Remember God Loves YouId give more stars if possible.

Lot rent to high for a tree less park. Pricing of trailer not to bad. Placing new ones in park, $90 grand, plus the lot rent.
