Every1 here is so welcoming and friendly that you immediately feel like you are home. Wonderful location close to everything. Definitely a special hidden gem that should be kept a secret oasis.

Nice, quiet and very shady park. But residents say that the cost of living there is rising year after year with little to show for the increased expenditure.

It is a nice quiet and clean Park. The property manager is quick to take care of any situation that may arise.

I Live in the park and was Falsely accused by ONE neighbor of having my children live with my wife and I. This neighbor was taking pictures of us as our grown children and grandchildren came to visit us and occasionally joined is for dinner several times a week. The park management without asking us or investigating properly send threatening letters to us. If you chose to live here and you have any family activity you should know that the managment does not do a good job searching for the truth and identifying good neighbors from bad ones.

Clean, quiet community but you are required to maintain trees on your lot, handicap buttons to open doors to community room arent in working condition.

An excellent 55+ community. Half is for pet owners. All rules well-enforced to keep the community clean, safe and uncluttered. Pool can often be yours alone to get in those laps! Lots of mature trees for shade. Prices are moderate for the area. Bingo & activities at spacious clubhouse. I would definitely recommend:-)
