Great place to visit! Well kept park & community, with many daily activities. Wish I was ready to retire!

Quiet n quaint!

Maintenance man is rude and if he does not like you he get people to make up lies to get you out of the park! He was caught looking threw my window and management made excuses for him. He has been caught drinking on the job! We have been harassed since we have been here helping the owner of the house. The management/ office lies all the time.

I love waking up in my quiet home to another beautiful day here. My neighbors made me feel welcome and Ive met only good people here. Friends for sure.The roads are too narrow and the lot rent is high. However the good outweighs the bad and for me its is a great place to live.

I am friends with a person who lives in the park.The park is 55 or older. So if you like to live in a mobile home park this area is for you.

Have been renting here about 6 full time years. Loved place first 2 to 3 yrs. Now not so much now. Owners of park have decided not to rent anymore. They have not repaired much that i need doing. Electric is extremely expensive. Have to move since mobile is not worth what it needs fixing.

Used to be a nice place. Canadians are very polite but the Yankees from New England have big mouths and they are raising the rent $100 per month. Not worth the new price. The new Community President Bob Martin is a PITA - he needs to go.

Just another mobile home trailer trash park.

My Mother lives here and its a very nice 55 and up Park. The park is always clean, quiet, and full of plenty activities for the residents to do. My Mom feels safe and happy.

Great trailer park in Florida, not as many Canadians now..

I just love it here. Everyone is so friendly and looks out for one another. There is always something going on year round. The upkeep is immaculate and the maintenance is top notch. The management has gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend this park to those seeking the biggest bang for your buck.

Cant keep management..disrespect the decent residents and are selling more and more to people who are not compatible with community...use to be a lovely place to live...check out before making a purchase.

Nice Mobile Home Park and pool

My aunt and uncle live there it a great park well maintained and managed. Beautiful central area close to the beaches nice breeze seems to constantly make its way between the manacured lawns and the heated pool area and common grounds.

More are moving in from the back of a pickup truck. Twenty year old cars sit in the drive of run down units. Dogs barking all day. Slum City. $550 a month for rent plus water and trash and youre paying over $600. Not worth the cost. Beware of the Property Manager. She makes up lies as she goes.

Beautiful clean place to camp...

Nice community run by an evil president Bob Martin. He is managing to drive out the home owners to the point were renters under the age of 55 must be accepted to maintain the property expenses.

Stay clear of here - the management will treat you like a child and the President of the Association, Bob Martin, is a redneck jerk. The snowbirds are kewl but the Yankees from the US are not trustworthy. The Community Manager is a compulsive liar.

Clean well kept

Your neighbors are not your friends they are spies. They will watch you, they will squeal on you, they will make trouble all the while smiling and laughing along side you. Before you know it you will be explaining your actions to community manager whether you did anything wrong or not. This is the games they play.

The lady in the office is very rude

The management here is heinous. Some of the residents are welfare recipients and others are just vile. A handful of 5 force rules on the community. Its an ego thing. The maintenance is shoddy & they are rude.

The Home Owner Assoc is the worst seen. The President Bob Martin plays games with people, Napoleon style. I dont recommend this for a rental or ownership.

Used to be an okay place until they let in welfare renters. Beat up cars leaking oil. Nasty people.

Because you cant get anything fixed here and we are going on 5 years and all this stuff was promised to us after we moved in or before we moved in and they have done nothing in 5 years so I would not advise anyone to live in this park sorry but that is the truth
