Looks like a place I would like to move into. I took down a number... understandably at the present time, they would rather you call the front office and schedule an appointment. So, I will do that. It looks very clean and well kept, a family place and is convenient public Transportation
I love the new management. Hes been trying to straighten up the mess they left behind. Steve helps out everyone when needed. Everything will change soon and its a great change for everyone that lives here. He runs two parks and does an awesome job taking on that employment. Its a quiet neighborhood you could hear a pin drop at night thats how quiet it is. Ive been here 3 years plus and already see a change for the better. Its family oriented place to live. Im raising two grandchildren and they love it here. I give Steve 2 thumbs up. People gotta understand you got two parks to run and you cant be at two places at one time. You take time to make sure that each park gets attended to. Now all we need is the home owners to update their homes property etc. The only problem I feel is not being taken care of properly is doing events. I said I would do them for these kids in here. They rely on me to say things that need to be said. Flooding is the main issue which I believe the county of Pinellas should take care of.. Us as homeowners that live near the creek make sure trash etc doesnt go in there on a windy day. But yes I would recommend living here.
Nice slice of quiet in the middle of everything, only downside is it floods often with the weather.
Its pretty good but little communication as to when they are doing work in the park that effects the tennants....For the 2nd time since I been here I have no water they never notified me that they would be shutting the water off for amy period of time....So at this point really not happy with them
Since i still live here- i might as well give a 3 star review--- it floods-- every year. Also, new management is changing the rules in the middle of the lease.Been here for 4 going on 5 years- being threatened with evictions for my dogs (which I have had since day one.) because they are pits. I OWN MY TRAILER. Saying that I’m breaking rules, that I have never signed, let alone seen! They have raised the lot rent 2 times since I’ve been here with no warning.
Its a nice a quiet place when I visited my friends
Mariners Cove easy worst place I have ever had The Misfortune of Being in the trailers are trash the maintenance staff is probably just homeless people making a few extra bucks because they dont know what theyre doing and the management dont care about that they just want their $460 a week definitely not worth having or being in that place
Worked here, people friendly(residents). But would like to see the corporate folks live off a fixed income of about $1k per month, that would make for great show. Cant used any other money including credit cards..... Using only the $1k given every month.
Couldnt be happier here. Lisa in the office is the best! We moved down here from Ohio and she has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make us feel welcome and has helped us in so many ways. This place is much more like a family than a mobile home park. You seriously grow to love it here!
Flooding is a reality here but the lot rent is low and the park is quiet. Lisa the manager is great!! Very involved with her home owners & she cares about her neighborhood.
Inexpensive place to live but they keep changing the rules about pets. And then evict people that are disabled because their pets are no longer allowed
I believe they could do something with the flooding thereI know somebody lives there and they blame it on the county but thats your property do something about
For a mobile home park the CURRENT management does very well in keeping the park clean and safe. They also plan holiday parties, have a small playground for the kids, and have a few washers and dryers at the clubhouse. There are a few rentals, as well.
For me this place is great, I have memories here, but it does flood easily, so thats not great for most people.
In a nice and clean retirement community
Friendly agents and quiet neighborhood. Love it
Nice quite little park everyone stays to themselves for the most part
I would highly reconsider buying a trailer here. A good rain floods the park and it is extremely flooding in tropical weather. Its Florida folks better have flood insurance.
Very nice family park good workers pretty good area school buses come pick up kids close to shopping and places to eat
You better get a boat if youre in here they dont call it Mariners Cove for nothing do your research
Dont be late with a payment they will evict you
Nice quiet park
Awesomeness
AWESOMENESS
Bought a item there on-line
Nice place
Decent homes
It FLOODS HERE IN THIS LOW DOWN TRAILER PARK
Home
I live there!!!???
I love this place
