I went to sunny Grove mjp to look at s mobile home the staff was so friendly and the park is very clean I bought a mobile home and am happy to be part of the sunny Grove family

Updates are nice, guest parking spots are a wonderful add! Parents live here. It used to be a 1 star park, thank God they cleaned house with the trash! Reasonable mobile home sale prices.

Does not return calls especially when THEY owe YOU money

Theyve totally revamped this trailer park.Great clubhouse!New Office in front is gorgeous! Repaved all the streets. New fences and signs really have increased the overall experience of the park.

The new owners are very nice and helpful people. The neighbors are very considerate as well as caring. A very welcoming community!

Small trailer park in clearwater. Older models and few amenities. Lot rent is low for a convenient location to malls, airport, hIghways, and beaches.

Does anyone know how much it would cost me a month to park and live in my RV here?

Right now it is a real dump. I am buying up some of the old homes and totally rebuilding them soon. I dont know if i can plug my company here..At the time I made this review, the park was neglected and was about to go through major changes. That was well over a year ago. Next time Im passing through I will update my review
