Just moved in. So far, so good. The management has been extremely helpful.

With in a two week period over 70 feral cats were trapped and turned over to the county. When one resident decides to break the law, it effects the entire park. This one couple was feeding those 70 feral cats. They were arrested and charged civilly and criminally and moved. I might add a BIG HAND CLAP for all those residents who helped in the round up. If it werent for the good community relations, this task could not have been done.

Ran down mobiles. Too many drunks near club house.

I live here people are super awesome.

Awash with feral cats and feces. No concern to mgt or owner.
