Getting ready to move here clean park with nice people

The lake is beautiful. The homes are a mixture of the old and the new. Its quiet and safe.

I just decided to rent there and maybe purchase the trailer. The trailer I am renting needs alot of work, but I knew what I was getting. I will be fixing up the trailer to move in as soon as possible. Everybody looks friendly and helpful. I am very excited to join there family and go swimming in the heated pool, there club house has many activities to get to know your neighbors.

Rough place. Mainly older homes. No central air. Homes not in very good condition. Wouldnt recommend.

Close to stores and not to far from beach. Easy living.

THESE LANDLORDS SUCK!!!From Embassy Mobile Home Park to all Tenants in the midst of COVID-19Rent is due on the 1st. It is my feeling that everyone who is still getting regular social security and pension payments should keep their rent current. They need signs, place is huge, hard to find what you are looking for. Lawns and roads are well maintained. Homes vary based on occupant for cleanliness and state of repair. Super hard to find entrance from us 19 side road but you can also enter by following road along the side of the college right next door and enter the park from the back entrance addresses with 100 to 700 are near us 19, addresses 800 to 1700 are to the right of back entrance, 1800 and above is to the left as far as I could tell.

This place is nothing but an upscale dump! And I say this likely because my daughter currently stays there with my three beautiful grandkids. You look out her front door, and theres this road less than 50ft away. Where cars fly through there all the time! Definitely not little kid-friendly! And the properties needs to be maintained better!

Nice place. My parents lived there for many years until it was time to relocate. I have an Aunt that also lives there and she has lived what seems like forever. I still have friends that live there. Its very convenient location to everything you need. A lot of places are within walking distance. Its nice to be able to go to the grocery store or restaurants without having to get on the main roads to and from the park. The residents there are extremely friendly and just love walking around and talking with everyone. Lots of activities for the residents. Nice place to live!

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and very helpful. Its my first time buying new service in more than 10 years.I feel i got a great deal and was informed in good details about the phones and theservices i purchased.Thank you for your patience with me and for trying to get me the most for my money all the way around.Thumbs up from my view!!

I used to live there from 08 to 2013. I love that place. Jessie and the people...i was the happiest when i was there...

I think the sermons are well-rounded and the people care they do everything they can to make you part of something even bigger

This is a well kept community, the staff and residents are very friendly. The lot rent is reasonable and they have nice amenities.

My mom lives here and seems really nice except the lawn service is lacking. I recommend having at least a weed whacker but maybe a mower if youre someone who spends time in the yard.

Were very happy here. We have been here 5 years and I have no problem recommending this place to everyone I know

Good location, easy access to shopping, major roadways and the airport.

Bad place to live the management is a dictator and if you try to go over her to the owner with a problem she smears your name and makes you feel like a crimal.there are too many young people living in the park and abundence of drugs.there is no lawn care but they keep raising the rent every year and write you up for not weeding around your home.the owner and management only care about the money they get every month.the manager has several that are her spies and take pictures of you if she feels you doing something wrong.my last 2 months living there was very stressful and nitemare

My grandfather just moved here,its perfect for him,love the lake in back with plan trees.

I have a friend that lives at this mobile home park. One thing I like about this part actually there are several things but the first is there is more than one entrance and one exit second they have nice streets not full of potholes in other drainage is proper yards are well-maintained and theres no trash in the place

Like this park . It is older but maintained and the people I met that live here all seem very nice

A nice quiet 55 and up Mobile Home Park. The neighbors are friendly and it is very clean and well maintained. There is a lake on the property with swings and it is very peaceful.

My father lives here. I walk to his house to visit and every time I go there somebody always asks me what my business is there. None of there damn business!!!

Some of the mobile home are in a very good appearance. They have pool community club house but the location its excelent

I ordered online, got a confirmation........NO PIZZA. 45 Minutes later still no pizza. I call and the girl who answered the phone just kept saying it wasnt their fault. Poor service.

Streets are very small with cars parked on them making it very hard to navigate the park. The trailers are old and not kept up. The grass doesnt seem to be mowed often. Sum it up: old, outdated and needs attention.
