We bought a home here, and just couldnt be more thrilled!

Very upset that I hear the are going from $634 rent to $740 as of the jan 1st of 2021. Must be a bunch of Republicans living here or Republican owned. I dont own a unit here but I was taking on a tour by the sales office and told rent going up drastically!

My husband and I rented a mobile home in Japanese Garden for 12 months. Dont be fooled by the excellent reviews. Buyer Beware!!! Rentals worse. Management doesnt exist. Dont waste your money.

Peaceful! Fruendly folks right on the bay! Heated pool and a Jacuzzi! Beautiful mobile home also new one being built! Alot of activities to join!

Japanese gardens is a nice and quiet mobile home park. Well except for US19 because you can hear all the traffic but if your in the park farther in the back, by the water, its beautiful and quiet. Everyone in the park is very friendly and theres a big clubhouse and pool plus a hot tub. Theres always activities going on at the clubhouse. Cards, bingo, coffee clutch and a bunch of other stuff almost every day so you wont be bored. If youre 55 or older then come check it out. I highly recommend it!!!

A stunningly beautiful and friendly environment! The nature and people are amazing alike, and the clubhouse and homes are gorgeous. I love how inviting the place is, especially the bay at sunrise. Bound to find a good friend if you come here!

Manager Steve is terrible, he has his own group of suck ups that he lets get by with the rules. His place is the most clutter lot in the park. He lets his family live there who are under 55 yrs of age. He lies to the owners of the park about his family. He has changed many rules in the park only when it benefits him., Like putting a wood fence around his lot. And allowing the use of a motor cycle in the park after his under aged son has bought one. And Steve doesnt rinse off his sweaty body before he using the park bathtub/pool.
