Nicely kept park. Friendly, but not nosey neighbors. No park rents here, everybody owns.

Nice little RO park with reasonable fees and good neighbors.Well maintained and clean.The one negative is its close to Hwy 19 but its only noisy during traffic hours .

Its a scam they sell you a trailer which you dont really own then you have to pay rent on the lot and then they end up throwing you out just like they do everybody there and then they resell it and do it all over again over and over and over Shit place full of rules that change daily and dont apply to everybody theres been murders in the roads and there are drug addicts everywhere needles laying on the ground and you will find the occasional heroin Junkie shut up sleeping it off leaning up against the back of your mobile home.

My experience there was o.k. but thats about it!
