I have lived here for 4 years. Great location. The new owner has invested over $200,000 in upgrades. Which I appreciate that very much this also raises the value of your home. The property is maintained first class. It is very affordable the lot rent is much less than the surrounding areas. In the four years that I have lived here I have never had any concerns or any issues. The property manager Mike is always available. If there’s any issues he takes care of it right away. You do not get this type of management and other parks. You’re 10 minutes from the beach. All of the monthly street parties in the surrounding towns is a plus. I would recommend anyone to purchase a home and live here in far horizons

New ownership sucks . Bunch of thieves. Don’t go there . Don’t buy anything . They will steal your money and do nothing for you

I have been here for just four months and I love this place. The manager is super friendly and helpful and is doing a great job keeping the Park clean. The maintenance guy is also very friendly and helpful.

Bring Frank Back. He was a good manager. He actually kept the park spotless and in tip top shape.it would be nice to be able to enjoy a few beers while playing pool.After all we are all of age!

All in all it is a very quiet little Park never really had any issues except for substandard management not very proactive. Snowbirds are treated like absentee residents our property is not taken care of very well sadly I cant be there all year round. BM

ITS QUITE NICE PLACE. BUT THERE IS ALOT OF PEOPLE WHO DONT MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS.

Although what Billy Bs comment says about the manager was true, we the residents of the park have seen to it that changes were made , including new management and a homeowners association. We are snowbirds and love our community and the good people who live here. It is older, but very well maintained, clean and safe. It suits our needs perfectly.

It is a great place to live the management pretty good we have great neighbors except for one that has kids that live there all the time other people traffic in and out but for all that the trailer parks pretty good Frank is doing a good job trying to clean this place up people that are higher than Frank should get over here and clean this trailer 220 up get rid of all the riff raff thats in and out of place with all these kids

Worst management ever, water pouring down the road from a water leak over a month old.can never get ahold of owners.

The manager is extremely hard to deal with. Many park residents have called him a bully. Several residents have said they are moving out because of him.

Good place.

They have no amenities. Just raised lot rent 26 percent wont drink water must boil it have club house. No alcohol. Seniors on probation nooooo
