Great place nice people rules are strict but i liked it i came here to visit my grandparents the houses are small and you have to be 50 or older to live here

Love this place!!!.Its clean, safe and the people and pets are great here.Heated pool and gym that is open till 10:00.And we r not bother by sales people. GREAT BENEFITS HERE.

I have done some work for residents. Always a pleasant, clean, and quiet place.

Been living here since February 2017 . Many rules.... they implemented that you have to wear these rubber bracelets when you go to the swimming pool . It is a very well kept ..and there are always lots of activities.excellent location..walking distance to countryside mall, panerra and kohls..update..more new rules..5/4/2018..no extra parking at the clubhouse or pool for overnight guests unless you get a permit at the clubhouse and they are closed in the evening..and on weekends... update....Clubhouse been closed for 7 mos. For remodel..rent increased 80$ in 3 yrs.water main leaks shut the whole park down.last Sunday 7 hrs. And shut down again today.happens frequently.pipes are old.

Safe neighborhood. I just personally like the old Entrance much better than the new one. Lots of Great people that live here!

We used to live there but got out in time before they raise the lot rent so hi you will have to leave .we bought a house cheaper than you stupid lot rent.get out will you can would be my recommendation. #the lot rent in 1970 was 35.00 dollars. And not a whole lot has changed except. Greed. Condos are not far behind.

Nice 55+ community. Great location, close to Clearwater beaches, Tampa and St. Petersburg. Lots of amenities - pool, gym, dog park, bocce, shuffleboard.

This was a nice park until the most recent property manager took over. I was visiting a friend and at 11:02 as Im walking out the door I see my car being pulled away by a tow truck my friend stopped the truck and he would not allow us to pay the lesser fee because he was still on the property instead he made me n my friend follow him to Oldsmar where he dropped my car in the parking lot and snatch up $145 for......what? Checked with other towing companies and apparently if you catch him before he leaves the property he is suppose to drop the vehicle and the most he can charge is $50. So were out that cash but were told next time park your car by the clubhouse. Did that and guess what happened???? Yeap got towed again because the office is always closed apparently and I couldnt get a parking pass. I wonder how much shes getting as a kick back from A1 Towing company in Oldsmar. Thank God my friend has moved. Just think people should know what is really going on in Regency Heights.

NOT RECOMMENED UNTIL RULES ARE ENFORCED! We have a resident who resides in lot #345 who continues to break the rules by having their drug addict thief of a son stay at their place for months at a time, hes in his 30s and shouldnt be here for more than 2 weeks to visit. He has been here for 3 months. The last time he was here, bikes went missing, change was stolen out of cars, warrants were served, K9 dogs and helicopters searched for him as he ran when the police came knocking, not to mention the occasional drive-bys for a drug dealer. Ive repeatedly called the office and they continue to ignore the request to have a talk with the resident. This place has really gone downhill.
