There is some of the most inconsiderate and noisy neighbors that I have ever seen! -------------Its been a few months now and neighbors are still loud and obnoxious, looks like a lot of drug traffic also! Kids running wild and out of control! Maintenance hasnt fixed anything yet, just have plywood for a floor with Staples popping up, and always getting cuts on the feet!! Now its been about 8 months and still they havent fix anything at all, well they did place a thick board over a huge hole in the kitchen floor..lolThe rat and bedbug problem is only getting worse! ( They need an actual maitenmaint man, this guy doesnt know anything except how to ride around on a golf cart and talk about you to other tenants! )

Not a place you want to move to! I think I found Jeffrey Dahmers trailer!! Lol

Its a run down and really not a place for familys or anyone for that matter

There are alot of run down trailers and they have a lot of trailers that are open and need a lot of TLC

Place aint bad.. Management is fair and Price is right!!!! Minutes to Clearwater Beach....

This place was nothing to write home about. Lots of trailers needed to be condemned and towed off the lot
