Nice place to live smaller than most mobile parks. Quiet and peaceful. It is an age resttricted comunity 55 plus.

Nice community . the lawn is well kept also the houses (mobile homes ) are nice.

Vey clean cute and safe..I visit a dear friend who lives there .close to everything

I live here. Weekly functions, shuffleboard, brand new large screen TV in newly refurbed clubhouse.

Plaza Pines Mobile Park locates in South Clearwater offers within 1 mile of access to shopping plaza, restaurants, banks. Also Public Transportation of four different routes.

Very well managed by Ted friendly neighbors and great events at the clubhouse good 55+ community to live in

There are stores that I shop at frequently and I will be returning, I am a creature of habit
