-5 Star very bad place. Same landlord that caused Southern Comfort mobile home park to close due to waste sewage dumpings. Also Owns Capri Mobile home. Management are installing cameras directly to tenants homes invading personal outdoor patio privacy. The 1k Cats in the park are loaded with fleas and ticks. Park maintenance is awful. they dont pick anyones Garbage up in front of homes. The cameras facing city dumpsters is fraud. if caught dumpingmachinery they mail you a $25 fee. Lot rate increases drastically yearly.

I lived here for several years. Bought a double wide spent a few thousand dollars in remodel and up keep since Ive bought it. I pay my lot fee on time. And keep my home and surrounding clean. I dont bother anyone. Yet Im constantly being harassed by the maintenance supervisor. For the most insignificant things. I am considerate and reasonable. And quick to correct any wrong doing on my part. This guy is constantly changing rules in order to not just harass me but all the other tenants as well. The maintenance supervisor and property manager have made this a really unpleasant community to live in. I know my neighbors and with the exception of 1 or 2 bad apples residents here are humble hard working people that just want to live in peace. Ive been looking to move out but I havent been able to get for my home it worth. But after this last incident with the maintenance supervisor. I will sell for whatever I can get. Even if I loose money. It feels like the management is just trying to get rid of people. Like they did over at their other property southern comfort.

They need a negative star! The office management are so unprofessional. They dont know how to do there job. They just want to kick everyone out.

Too many restrictions. One day the management are gonna implement new rules like what time you can walk in the streets or what kind a car you can have or what time you can breathe.

One of the few places for low income people, but the owners are selling it to developers and kicking everybody out.. They were already bad, but now they are horrible!!

Some mobile homes need remodeling but overall it looks nice

A little out of price range I think they ask for alot, credit check even if you buy a trailer why does my credit have to be perfect, backround I can understand no violent crimes, and no evictions in the last six years

Just dropping someone off dont know the place well but look nice and well kept

Hard to get to but quiet.

No parking for visiters. Management are rud. And should try lessening be for jumping to there own conclusions. Othere then that its nice a quite.

Dont go here unless you want your car towed every 5 seconds and the water to clog every 2 days

If I could give this place a zero I would. Being harassed by the property manager and singled out. In a state of panic with Hurricane Irma coming and a mandatory evacuation the man goes out of his way to call for a tow because people are trying to fill their cars with them parked on the sides. Hands down the most pathetic and sad person around! Bravo!

It gives you enough space to start your home and doesnt cost much just for the water
