The residents complain about low water pressure and the manager says if you dont like it MOVE. That is her answer to every problem here at the trashy Hillcrest trailer park. Unlicensed contractors work on home here with no permits or inspections. They also take the construction debris and load it in our dumpster and we have to pay to have it removed. Yet she does absolutely NOTHING. We send complaints to Tampa & Chicago registered mail and get zero replies. What can we do?

The people who live in this park have no respect for other communities around them. They seem to think my yard is a personal pathway. I have had things stolen from.outside my home to the point where i literally have to lock everything. I dont appreciate strangers constantly using my yard to walk to the store, ride their bikes through, even had someone try and drive a car through my yard. PLEASE STOP USING MY YARD FOR A CUT THROUGH!!!!!

Cute, quiet, friendly community. I clean units in here and the neighbors always make sure I belong in the home Im in. Everyone looks out for everyone. People that have met me now stop to chat. Looks like a great place to retire

A nice neighborhood in Clearwater Florida. A good location thats close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Fair prices lot rent makes this area a good place to consider for retirement. A quiet park for those over 55 yrs of age.

Quiet, Close to Beaches, Not Crowdd

I was hear for work, Community appeared to be quite, clean and maintained, amenities with a Swimming Pool, Shuffle Board Court, and Clubhouse. Community Is in a convenient location, nearby Shops,Food,Gas, Restauransts, ect.

I have lived her going on 8 years .The park is safe and clean. Maintenance is very helpful. Office staff and Manager always helpful.

A variety of people make up the community. There are multiple types of living arrangements. It it very close to the brach. There are multiple shopping venues. Most availavle by waljing or Uber. Its veey convenient

Fantastic management. As a Florida Licensed Mobile home dealer in Pinellas County, I have never encountered a better staff, than that which presently manages Hillcrest mobile home park. Especially the manager Leslie Johnston. She is cordial, kind, sympathetic and absolutely efficient like no other manager Ive ever known in 20 yrs. You will be happy living in this park with Leslie at the helm.

My parents wintered in Clearwater Florida in Hillcrest Mobile Home Park for 20 years. They loved their time there. My dad is gone now but my mother still speaks so fondly of their winter months at Hillcrest.

Its nice of your an old person. A friend of mine stays in there Im not saying theyre old but its like an old person trailer park

My parents lived here for 13 years and after my dad died, they really gave my mother a hard time. Plus with the lot rent increasing every year and the poor service from the ladies in the front office, I wouldnt recommend it. Lots of trailers for sale and more and more are going on the market due the ever changing rules and policies.

Lots of beautiful homes on land owned by ELS who hold high standards of living. A very well run park. Feels like home when Youre there
