We have lived at Satellite Bay for eleven years. Time flyes when your having fun. It is a safe great place to live and garden. Close to family, friends shopping and of course the beach. I give Satellite five stars thats why I live here.

It saddens me that I can, in all good consciousness, not give this RHP Properties run community a better than 3 star review. It should deserve better. Owner, please do not respond as you do not need to be an occupant, resident or even on your two week visiting list to review a property. Dirty, little space between trailers that were old and run down. Trashy park.

I make deliveries here often. Nice park. Always clean and well maintained. Residents are friendly. Many new construction mobile homes.

Better after new fence but in need of some TLC.

Rat invested.owners do nothing.sewer always floods.rats come out of sewer.caused me hundreds of dollars in damage.many comlaints 2 no avail.will move out asap.
