I arrived around closing time to purchase a gift for a friend. The employee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was also extremely patient with me ad I had question after question. She remained patient and friendly even though it was closing time

Product was junk....spent $25 for half a dab hit. Piece didnt hold any heat therefore stopped smoking after about 1 second and sucked just gooey dab...what a waste and of course cant take it back. Wont come back.

Bethany was an absolute DREAM to work with. I went in looking for a piece of glass with fairly specific parameters and she showed me the trillion options I had to choose from. She was patient, informed, and hilarious. 10/10 come to this shop. They have a beautiful selection, more than fair prices, and excellent service.

As a stoner, this place is amazing. They have all sorts of pipes and bongs at an affordable price. As well as high end custom pieces. 10/10 will buy again

They only work with American artists, mostly from the local area! They also have a wide variety of pieces, from plain and clear to heady and very artistic. The customer service is also great. The staff is willing to help in any way they can.Since everyone always asks, they DO have kratom as well! A large variety too, I might add.

Bought a $45 ($50 after tax) nail, wrong size brought it back next day exchanged it but they only gave me $45 credit effectively jipping me $5 on taxes I paid them. Unhelpful when I brought it up said that’s how it’s done.. not really.

Very clean, very large variety of glass ....friendly staff....kinda pricy depending on what your looking for but everything is American made nothing is from over seas and everything is top quality and usually worthy of the price they cater to a lot of different needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about everything sold there. Quite the place!

Checked in to see what they had. Ended up talking with Bryan for a while about the CBD drops. He also gave me a coupon and a sample of some lavender essential oil. The great customer service and atmosphere was really refreshing. I came back and bought some of the CBD later and it really helped my wifes back pain and insomnia. I want to first say, I loved this place they always had quality pieces and great customer service. Im a long time customer of Mary Janes going back to a couple years ago when I lived in Vancouver washington, Ive personally given them lots of business over the years, I also work at a local recreational cannabis shop and literally recommend Mary Janes of tumwater to anyone that is looking for a piece, vape set up, synthetic urine even recommended them for someone looking for candles and incense. Except that all changed for me two days ago, I purchased a replacement oil pen top (by the OG pen company) to replace my old coils that had gotten clogged and dirty on my existing OG pen that I had previously bought a few months ago from Mary Janes of tumwater. The employee told me specifically that this replacement pen top would work fine for my battery, which at first the new pen top wasnt making a connection to my old battery (every time you clicked the battery power button with the new top attached, my battery would just blink over and over and not actually make the connection) But after unscrewing and screwing the top back onto the battery and talking with a employee again, my battery no longer blinked when pressing the power button but instead showed a solid color, showing that the power from the battery is flowing properly to the new oil pen top, unfortunately the pen top is defective and even after going and buying a new battery the pen top still doesnt work, Ive loaded small amounts of concentrate. Tried loading a bit more concenatrate just in case I wasnt loading enough, and still nothing. It doesnt smoke, it doesnt vape, it doesnt work. The employee told me, unfortunately because you loaded concentrate into it we cant exchange it or refund, (I never wanted a refund I simply wanted the product I paid for to work properly) and also Im not sure how I would ever know if the pen worked properly in the first place without loading concentrate into it.. Im at a loss, I spent $55 plus tax for a out of the box defective product and they simply dont want to fix this issue for me.P.s I had bought a herb only vaporizer about a year ago from the Vancouver Mary Janes, went home tried smoking herb through it and it was unfortantely the same issue, it was a out of the box defective device. I took it right back to the store and they gave me store credit so I could get a product that actually worked. (And it clearly showed use, again how do you know a product doesnt work if you dont try it)I really enjoyed this store and the customer service but unfortunately I wont be shopping here anymore and the last thing Im going to do is recommend business for them, Id actually be happy to share this experience with anyone I encounter that has a question about Mary Janes, Im not a scammer or anything of that nature I simply wanted the product I paid for to work.Thank you for reading and please be careful of these guys!!
