We love walking the dogs here. Its a nice place to chill at a table and eat. The steps on the trail are a bit sketchy because they are so high and steep, but overall its nice.

It has a field. And a good hill for sledding or rolling. I forgot about the trails. There are a couple of trails. Great for hunting frogs toads and rough skinned newts.

Wonderful view of the state capitol, the end of the puget sound, and Mt. Rainier.

Unfinished trails are the charm

Small park with enclosed baseball field. Also has 2 different trail heads that go into the Tumwater parks trail system.

Magical! Im so glad I stumbled across this little valley of trails!

What a phenomenal view

From the street, this doesn’t look like it’s very promising...my dog and I almost left but then we found the pathway nestled away and what a beautiful short walk through the trees with sunlight shining through, eventually ending in the residential neighborhood. Fairly steep grade if your walking with young children but my dog loved it and the path was clean and litter-free!

I love how quiet this place is, a little paradise in the middle of suburbia. I had an issue finding proper trail maps anywhere online, but finally found a good map of this park on OpenStreetMap. This is the perfect place to clear your mind.

Neighbourhood parks are a must have. Visit them and enjoy.
