I love this park. It has a zip-line for the kids. A giant tower with a plastic slide. And plenty of space to host birthday parties under the outdoor patios and covered picnic areas. We have been here with the kids so many times Ive lost count, it has a river with wildlife year round.A great old factory is on the other side which offers great photos and backdrops for weddings and other gatherings.Barbecue afternoons or just a quick playtime with the kids, this is a great park.

The park was awesome, however, it wasnt large. The family and I got there during a busy hour. There were kids on every piece of equipment and a few had lines. Within 45 mins most of the families left and we had the chance to play more freely. But my oldest loved the zip line and didnt want to share. Overall great park. However, the bathrooms were a little dirty; for the amount of people visiting the park.

Very basic park, but its big enough to get some distance from people and still have good views and fresh air. Its convenience is another big plus. If you have a little time to kill waiting for an appointment, this is a central spot with quick access to both I-5 and 101.

This is my all time favorite park! As a kid my mother use to take my sister and I there to feed the ducks; not allowed to feed ducks anymore but I still enjoy watching them. And this park always had the coolest toys, and has held true to that reputation to this day! Just took my son and nephew for the first time in years, had no idea theyd redone the toys again. Still the best park ever!!

They seriously upgraded the playground. Fun for kids & parents! I got pics of the flowers but was too busy playing to snap pics of the toys. A peaceful park with an incredible playground (zipline- no way!!!). Beautiful landscaping removes you from the busyness of life to set your cares aside as you meander by Tumwater Falls and get a perfect view of the old brewery that is currently being restored. If you look at a can of Olympia Beer (used to be brewed here) you will see the falls as part of their logo.

This is the best park in the area. The playground has an awesome three story structure with slides, and all sorts of toys. Theres a mini zip line that the kids love. The spring seesaw is always fun.Other than that this park has several cooking areas, including one very large one for parties, and wonderful bathrooms. There are several paths (closed and under construction as of August 2019) that are excellent for walking/jogging/biking. Its right on capital lake, so theres all sorts of wildlife to see.If youre into Pokemon Go this is a great place. There are many stops. Its a great way to get my son out of the house. All in all there are only a handful of other places in the area that I find as nice as Tumwater Historical Park. It is one of our go tos for good reason.

The new play structure that was installed is awesome! Went to this park with my wife, 2 year old, 6 year old, and 9 year old children. I couldnt help myself but to play with them. Sturdy structure. Tall, with lots of options. There is a zip line and a climbing net, amongst other things. Quite the experience. I highly recommend this park to anyone, any age, to go and have some fun. Conveniently off of I-5 Northbound.

As someone who has been coming here for years it is so nice to see the updates that were made. The entire structure has been replaced and is a wonderful place for families with all ages. They have a smaller structure with partial access for ADA but also for younger kids, while the rest of the structures are great for kids of all ages. They have a zip line, a self propelled (or easily pushed) Merry go round, a large structure with multiple slides, a climbing net and swings all over a large space.
