We took our 2 year old daughter on a Saturday at around 11:30am. There are a lot of things to do, but we decided to just get 25min on the big jumper for $6. The jumper is huge, but was ripped and poorly patched, so the first half of it wasn’t really good to jump. My daughter was jumping alone the entire time and brought me 2 pieces of trash that she found sitting around the jumper. The place is overall dirty. We walked around and found empty bottles of water on the ground, food wrappings... and they had just opened. This place is definitely for older kids. They have mini bowling and laser tag that looked fun. The arcade games were too violent for my taste. The pirate battleship looked fun as well. I’m not sure if we will go back mostly for hygiene reasons. We saw a “under new management” sign when we walked out, so maybe they will manage better.

This place is dirty and expensive. They also have mice in the bathroom.

We had an awesome birthday party thanks to the staff at Hukoos. We had a family and friends birthday party for my partner and it was a blast. The kids got to play and we got to get updated pictures and the pleasure of watching everyone hang out and enjoy each other. There were a few issues such as there wasnt any hand soap in the bathroom but we asked they got it for us. I know its a new manager and he was great making sure we were having a good party. Also, they didnt run us off when the party went a little long.

Im from Jacksonville, Florida took my grandkids to Hukoos based on the pictures online which is a false advertisement. Some of the arcade games does not work and the activities for the younger kids are only the bouncing area that isnt all that much entertainment based on advertisement. The amount charged for children under 4 yrs of age should not be the cost of an adult...especially when your machinery doesnt work properly. RIP OFF!!

Its an ok place to visit but very expensive .. Each go-kart ride is 5$ laser tag 7.50. We did the 2 hour play w/ 3 attractionsfor 20$..The arcaede is reasonable but not the attractions... which my 9 year old son got bored quickly. I wont be going back

Great place to go with the kids. Owners changed just recently and I can see that this place is improving significantly than it used to be. If there is a problem they will accomdate you as quick as possible to make sure you are happy and kids are happy. Food is decent but what stands out is the ice cream. A good selection of flavors. They also hand out free cotton candy to kids. Staff is incredibly friendly and they will help you with with any problem you have. Also many promotions and deals to help you save money. This place deserves another chance.

Simply the best arcade and interactive game for kidsI took my 4 years old to this place and we had an amazing experience! The owner is lovely and engaging...Roberto the worker helped us so much I had no idea about some of the games so to have an employee available to assist whenever you need help was a plus.The place is clean not too crazy like some other places and definitely no broken machines.We will be back!

This place is perfect to take kids 6 years old and younger. We got 2 little ones 4 year old and 5 year old and they both absolutely love it. The moment they enter the playground they go crazy for it. They have tons of Game and most of them so great.

Went here about a month ago for the first time. Some games weren’t even working & there was a live roach in the bathroom! I told one of the employees & they went in to take care of it. But because of that I would never eat food from here knowing there are live roaches in the place! It’s also very hot in there!We decided to give it another shot today & were very disappointed because almost half the games still aren’t working! No toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom! I brought it up it to a “manager” & he didn’t seem too concerned.We won’t be returning here ever again! Such a waste of time & money!

Had a birthday party. Service was not good. We have to wait for long time for food and they did not provide cup cakes and t shirt foron that day. Good thing is they did not rush us to vacate the room.

I had my 5 yr old girl party here. The hostess was very helpful and helped me set up my theme, helped me coordinate all of the activities. This is defiantly a do over for another party. YOU GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH!!! All of the kids really enjoyed their time and they have things to do for all ages of kids, not just only the bigger kids. Thanks Hukoo’s we will be back ️

Every year I throw a birthday party for my 2 step daughters one in February one in June at a place like hukoos, that being said this was the worst one of them all!!! The manager/owner has a he could care less attitude and is less than helpful!! Half of the games are broken, Zoë was promised a t-shirt and a spin on some prize wheel she never received, the entire center was dirty and it was easily the worst pizza Ive ever tasted. We pre-ordered everything however they didnt have a clue what I wanted once we got here the room wasnt even set up or ready.. Needless to say well never go back! My advice save your 400$ and take them anywhere but here!! If I could give negative stars of this place trust I would!

This place used to be cool. The young staff are rude and don’t care for customer service. We were trying to enter the laser tag and the young men kicked us out like we were cattle. All we needed to hear was that the next show starts on 3 minutes. It’s not cheap to come here. Not sure if we will return.

We have done birthday parties here and come just for a fun day or celebrating my boys accomplishments. They love the Jungle Jump, Pirates Plunder, and Laser Tag and they have lots of fun arcade games! Super fun!

We were not impressed when we pulled up. Once we got in, we had a good time the kids had a blast. It was affordable and worth the trip as it is a little out of the way.

We went here for a birthday party and there were many issues. The place was dirty, the jungle jump trampoline is a safety hazard (it has a hole near the wall and duct tape everywhere), both the bowling alley and the attraction next to it were out of order, the Lazer tag area was full of safety hazards and broken gear, the pizza party did not come with adaquete plates and/or napkins, and the staff was missing in action most of the time. Will not return.

Excellent place for birthday party for age range 4 to 8. We went to a friends child birthday. My son had a great time. I took special notice to how attentive the staff was in leading the children in the specialized activities. We also liked that for the arcade portion you can buy cards of time play. This is a great option. Especially for parents that have additional children with them not attending the party.

This place is my go to when I get my nieces and nephews!!! Super affordable and convenient. The hours on here dont match the actual ones, so Id go on the website if I was you and look up their deals.

Overall was a good time for my kids. A few of the games didnt work. Play packages are better deal if you plan to stay awhile Instead of pay as you play. Lazer tag was cool!

The kids had a wonderful time. Our party host Thanh M was extraordinary , he did an amazing job and kept the kids entertained all through out. For all the children parties I have been attending , he was the best I have ever seen . His manners was out of this world , very kind , polite and always with a smile . We celebrated my nieces 8th birthday at Hukoo’s yesterday & the experience we had between the staff was beyond exceptional!!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met & made sure the children had and amazing time. I’ve never seen a staff ensure that all kids were safe & enjoying their time as well. They did an amazing job and we will definitely be back. If you are looking for a great time for children & family, I would most definitely try Hukoo’s. They made every penny worth the investment!! THANK YOU HUKOO’S!!!

Due to a last minute change of birthday plans, we decided to have our party here. Huckoos should have been my first choice! The staff here was ahhhhmazing! Alonzo helped me set up our party and our host (I forgot his name) was nothing short of incredible. Our guests really enjoyed the party and the attractions. The pizza was great and the ice cream was a treat. All the kids (ages ranging from 2-15) enjoyed the games and attractions; even the adults got in on the fun. Im so thankful that I came across this place and so grateful for the staff for making our party such a success!

This used to be a Orlando Gem .Now your better off spending money at Gator Land. Family has went the last 5 years. This year spent more time being completely ignored by staff. I have better customer service from the BMV.

A fun place to have a birthday party. My daughters picture was displayed on the billboard so it was fun and easy to find for the guests. Children and adults had the opportunity to have fun together with the laser tag game. We also had a blast with other games. We definitely love the cute Hukoo . Children had the opportunity to learn about him in a fun way.

Hukoos was chosen as our Family Fun Night place to go with our little people. There were 4 children aged up to 5 years old. Im an arcade junkie! We did everything except laser tag and actually sit down and eat. We were here for 4 hours!Our children jumped and jumped and ran around because the place wasnt so packed for a Friday night. Theres the Pirate shooting boats...my son loved it! He and his cousin were the only children in there at the time and one of the Hukoo Hosts helped them while I watched aside as they shot balls at one another. She was the most hospitable host ever! We also rode the bumper seat things with our children! That was by far the best. They have a bowling game, a huge connect 4 game, deal or no deal (my fave), that food looked so delicious but our kids wouldnt sit still.Im not 100% sure, but the kids were coming back around me with cotton candy and my sister stated that the owner was giving it to them for free. I think that is so awesome! Im a big kid myself...so I purchased the $20 arcade game card and I won 1820 tickets, plus you get $3 free with that purchase! All in all we had over 2200 digital tickets with 4 cards. Their prices are reasonable and realistic. There are package deals but I know my 2 year old was not old enough to jump. So I went with game play. HE STILL JUMPED! Im overall highly satisfied with Hukoos hospitality and I think it is a great location for easy birthday arrangements.

I came here for my kids birthday and we got that 3 things for 3 hours from Groupon. Waste. Of. Money. My son almost broke his leg on the trampoline because it dipped so far along the wall. Then the air guns for the ship game doesnt work and they tried to tell me this BS lie that air guns work that way. There was 1 girl in the front and when she said she would call the manager, all of a sudden 4 guys walked to the front together. Where were all those employees when my kid was trying to play laser tag? This place isnt worth it. Go to chuck E cheese or Dave and busters or something

Nice place for kids. The amount of activities are sufficient to spend at least a few hours there. The combo system which was kind of limited and the overall prices to access the activities apart from the machines was annoyingly pricey. It makes sure the condition of the playing areas last longer, but it surely takes away a lot of the fun. The employees were very nice and great with the kids which was awesome. Would we visit again? ...maybe on a day with better offers but otherwise we would not

Best fun weve had in awhile.

I will say the kids had a blast. Food was a bit slow. And tastless. Most to Nothing on menu available. Staff very nice. May be understaffed to run parties as well. Kids enjoyed. That’s what’s matters.

Very disappointed. Most attractions doesnt work properly, hot and very disorganized.Laser tag guns doesnt shoot most of the times. The pirate ship guns are slow and doesnt have enough air for the balls to travel to the other ship.The bowling was closed, the shooting gallery was closed.The place is hot and we are in winter season.I usually dont leave bad reviews but this time is more then just a bad review is a warning because they will not give your money back or switch the attractions for the card to play on the arcade since the attractions arent working well and some are closed.

We have my son’s birthday party in this place and we had a great experience. I got the unlimited package so the kids got to do everything as many times as they wanted l, and it was amazing. I brought a few kids with special needs, including mine and they had a lot of patience and understanding with this matter. My Host was Alonso, this gentleman is great, he did more than expected to make us had a nice time from the day I booked the party till we left the place.

Great Adventure package for my granddaughter was WELL worth the $ her mom spent. The Staff Was VERY VERY nice, and VERY accommodating. We had traveling family members running late due to unforeseen events. Since our party was the last scheduled for the day, the staff was able (and willing) to reschedule the order of the party by allowing waiting party gusts to use their arcade tokens first, giving our late guests time to arrive to still enjoy the activities. Our hostess, Ashley, was AWESOME! Very sweet, helpful and patient. Would HIGHLY recommend going. Even the adults had fun spinning on the bumper cars, and ESPECIALLY the laser tag!

Ok, this place has potential, but the staff... At least the closing crew that we saw were non present, inept, and too busy playing the games to do the job. When i called to get answers about pricing, it was just a strange conversation, with little answers. we tried the laser tag, but that was odd as well. 1st we pay, then there is no one there, we were able to just walk around inside with no direction (the employees were all too busy playing basketball games to notice the PAYING customers) once we finally got this kid over to help (after finishing his round of arcade hoops first) he looked at the receipt and opened the door we were just inside, and chewed on his ice while we figured out how to put on our vests our selves, he pressed a few buttons and we were left to play. There were still normal lights on inside, and one of the guns failed to work for half the game (15 or 20 min game). At the end we continued to put our vests away, on our own, while 3 or 4 employees all stood around talking. We didnt even know who did the best and won due to literally no direction. I will wait for my 1 hour paycheck from Hukoos since I did all the work here. Terrible place, worst ive seen in an arcade/laertag establishment. Pick somewhere else.

Our visit started off unpleasant but the staff accommodated us with a great deal of care for our troubles. I would recommend doing a bit of research before attending this facility but overall we had a nice experience.

Fairly clean place and a great place for little ones. Unfortunately they are under a new management which they happen to be extremely rude and inconsiderate to the little ones and their parents. The little few all staff that are left they truly know how to handle the business with respect. Unfortunately the new management dont care for that and are extremely disrespectful and not just to me also to the other parents and childrens that I was able to witness. I definitely dont want my childrens around those type of people.

The place had many fun activities from laser tag to bumper cars. The kids had a great time,but they kept complaining their pizza was too cheesy,burned,and oily. The staff were so rude, at one point they couldn’t even find the cake for the birthday party. Some of their staff didn’t show up to work so our party did not get a room until an hour later. On the bouncy house there is a big hole where if you step on it you will fall. They almost had a huge accident, and the person that was supposed to be watching the kids fell into the hole. All you can hear us the staff yelling on the walk talkie. Over all many fun activities but the service was terrible. Especially the loss of our cake, that we had to find l. These people don’t know what they are doing and are so rude.

Rather go there than chuckecheese. one of the employees there is so friendly remembers and welcomes us..treats us like friends and family. pizza not the greatest...but the games and rides are fun. bring at least 25$ per child it can get expensive..rock climbing.bounce etc...

Dont bother. Half of the arcade machines are broken, and the other half are lame. The place is filthy and understaffed. We went to the snack bar to get food only to be told that the person running it had gone home for the day. It was 345pm. Unacceptable.

Not worth the money or groupon discount. Already had prepaid on groupon $79.84. Then paid 61.18 at the facility so my 6 year old can join on the jump jungle that is being held up by black duct tape. Was sooooo misleading especially cause groupon has it that the child accompanied by and adult can do lazer tag and the pirates... their food court prices are just as bad for their packages. Employees are scarcely viewed any place for assistance. Never again not worth the time or money! Cost effective place for the family it is not I was better off going to Chuck E. Cheeses!

Do not go to the hukoos in this area. DO NOT. I went there for a birthday party. the place itself isn’t to shabby, although it’s very loud and there are a lot of flashing lights. But one of the workers there, who’s name is Alfonso, started talking to me a lot. At first I thought he was just being friendly, but then I started to get creeped out. He kept offering me food over and over again and I told him no I’m fine but he insisted until he actually forced me to eat something. Next thing you know he just kept talking to me (keep in mind he knows I’m a 14 year old girl) and when he asks if I want cake and I say no he puts his arm around my shoulder and talks to me with his face extremely close to mine while he keeps insisting. Next thing you know I left the room and had to keep myself from having a mental breakdown. They really should not have workers like him.

Overall a horrible experience. Half the games were broken, the cards were defective, and dont even get me started on the food. I feel like Im going to throw up. Worst experience ever. DONT GO HERE.

Eh laser was fun, however very bad attention to hygeine as inability to wash glasses after foamball deathmatch, tried to deter customers. Have better service at crapplebees in my town a few years back. And i found a toenail in my food there!

What a difference a couple years make. I gave this place 5 stars. Held a birthday party, and have referred several friends here for their kids birthday parties. Has new management now. Just bought a couple two hour unlimited play cards for my 8 and 10 year olds. After less than thirty minutes playing, my 8 year old misplaces his card. Surprise. Whose kid doesnt misplace stuff? Went to the employee (owner/manager) at the desk and he said that he has to ask his manager. He comes back saying that the card has a number on the back and that there is nothing can be done without that number. He disappears. Shortly after another employee says the card number is on the receipt. Located the receipt, and give it to the employee who said he will go ask the manager. He comes back saying that the manager said there is nothing he can do about it. Its a computerized system. They could have simply deactivated the card and reissue another, but chose not to. Frankly, I believe the first person we spoke to was the manager/owner, because when we first got here he said he was a part owner. Needless to say I will never be back, and will post this review on yelp and everywhere else I can find.

We went there for my daughters birthday and she had a great time! We did pretty much everything minus the laser tag. We all went home exhausted. I recommend to go with a group of kids and let them run loose. We did not eat there we ate before but the cafe area looked decent.

I am being very gracious with one star! Half of the arcade games didn’t work. When we asked for a refund on the card The manager was very rude. She also kindly rolled her eyes at us as she frequently walked past in the arcade. Definitely would not recommend this to establishment to anyone!

Worst experience of my life, mind-numbingly boring with half of the machines broken or not working. Laser tag was a complete disappointment the guns didnt work and took 5 tries to even get working. Took more time to get working then the actual length of a match.

I gave this experience a 1 star because of the management (Donna) lacks customer service skills. Management focus was making money and not to make customer happy. I came with a group of 20 kids and she charged a kid for a water cup (.25). She told me they can get water from the water fountain if they want free water. Hukoos have the potential to be great place to have fun, but i had a much better experience at The Main Event two weeks prior to coming to Hukoos.

Ruined my child’s birthday making us feel uncomfortable and like we were a problem. I should’ve known cause what arcade is slow on the weekend. Better service and options at Chuck E. Cheese. And the food lady Ana was super rude when I asked her for a few plastic forks. She said if more than 20 she had to charge me I told her I didn’t need that many then she rolled her eyes at me.

The best place in orlando for family to have fun

Very unprofessional, cashiers are rude . Workers at food stand don’t know anything . Charge for everything so even if you purchase the 19.99 package deal it’s not a deal , especially when you have to wait on a worker to get things started . Waited for laser tag almost 20 mins before someone can an assisted. Extremely under staffed. Will not return . The comments and reviews had me excited but once I walked through the door I was extremely disappointed. Should of gotten an arcade card instead of attractions
