Had a great time on a Monday night. Place was open till midnight. The Go-Karts were fun but hard to drive they are not power-steering wheel. Bowling was the best had a great game and will definitely go back for that.

Cool idea, but packed with people. No mask on, people just sitting on games but not playing. Rode the go karts, good luck if you have experience. Nobody else does and I got slowed down twice for others spinning out or hitting me. They said slow down. Isnt it a race and go karts? Will not be returning. A 8 minute race with 3 minutes in slow down and 2 minutes sitting because someone crashed and they forgot to pause the time. I got 1 lap in with no problems but a slower driver in front of me and set the fastest lap of only 56 sec. Image if slower drivers actually followed rules and not blocked.

My son raced and he had a ball! The games were fun and they had a couple of bars and a restaurant. Nice place to visit if visiting Orlando!

Came to enjoy myself with my family and was extremely disappointed. First we sat down to eat at the restaurant which the food was delicious. The server Lorenzo charged us five additional beverages which we did not order. The server had to refund my money back for it. The manager named Alex came to our table to just to put the receipt down and tell me where to sign without any apology. Extremely rude. After we went to the line so we could purchase a game card for 100 dollars and was told by Dave the general manager that chase declined my card and to check with my bank. Which I called and spoke to my bank was told everything was fine it was not blocked. Coming to this place wasn’t a pleasant experience. It seemed like I had to jump through several obstacles just to enjoy our selves at this location. Still at the establishment while writing this review.Will not be returning.

This place is so awesome. Much much more than I expected. The staff was very friendly. The place was super clean. The staff were cleaning up everything all day even wiping off behind and on top of game units. I didnt get a chance to bowl but that looked like a great set up as well. A great place for the whole family to have fun at. I am definitely going back again.

I went about noon on a Sunday. There was not so many people there when we arrived. This place is nothing like I have ever seen before! They have so much stuff and so many things to do, you couldn’t possibly do them all in a day. From pac man to Halo, lazer tag and go Karting. This is a one of a kind experience and I am so glad I got to. P.S. they are all following rules for COVID-19. They are super clean.

Great karting. 7 minute race was plenty to feel it was worth the money. Especially when you were tired after from driving. The games are great. Visited in early November and hardly anyone was there, due to covid. Very clean and nice staff!

Hubby always has a great time racing fast around the track... the food was ok this time. 2 years ago it was amazing. Just a few little things that could have been better. The arcade was fun. Granddaughter had an amazing time.

UPDATE Took our family there last night huge super modern facility great Karting and something to do for everyone. Most employees were very kind and helpful. We had an issue with only one bad apple and upon reporting we got an immediate response from management. Very appreciated shows they care. I have updated this review as without the one employee I would give this a definite 4 star.Thank you!

Awesome place. Only stopped in to check the place out while in the area. Prices are average. FYI sky trail only open on the weekend. Looking forward to speed some well deserved time and fun here very soon.

I went there with some friends on a tourism type visit, and out of all the facilities like Andretti that I have been to, they for sure fall short.No greeting or guidance from the staff, we were left wandering all over. The staff seemed very dismissive and just wanted to get it over with. The sanitation of the helmets was extremely lackluster, I saw a worker spray nothing but a helmet’s visor and put it back wet.I would have assumed the license required karts would have gone faster, and my race was ruined by minute long cautions from other customers. I didn’t even get a good lap in for my payment.Overall, just didn’t seem worth my time or money. I came in with high expectations and left unfulfilled.

Had an employee from their bar touch me inappropriately and no apologies and the manager tried to blow it off. Never coming back as i dont feel comfortable with the staff. We as a family used to love it here. Never going back.

We have been standing in line for 1 hour now and still haven’t been able to get our cards. We were the FOURTH group in line as well. We have missed our race time at this point. Getting here when the doors open means nothing. Supposedly the system is down but management is doing a poor job on helping e staff while experiencing the issue. The staff is trying their best but management is not stepping in.

This experience was awesome! We did the Track 2 and it was an exhilarating 7 minutes! We also did the Dark Ride, which was like a 4D game, where we were in a theater and had devices to shoot at robots on the screen, while the seats moved and air blew at us. That was a lot of fun and I would easily do it again. There were plenty of arcade games to choose from. The only downside, like with most arcades, is that the more intricate and usually shooter or racing games cost more, but did not give tickets. The smaller, easier, quicker, and chance games provided more tickets. Also, this arcades games cost uneven dollar amounts like $1.65, so you basically could not spend your even $25 on your game card, or whatever amount you purchased. Thats clever because you might miss that upfront and then want to buy more credits to try and come out more even. Also, I won hardly any tickets at all, after spending $45. Next time I will go to Andretti a little smarter and choose games more carefully. Overall it was a super fun experience that I highly recommend, as long as you are willing to spend some good amounts of money.

Arcade, restaurant were great, the Dark Ride was awesome!!. Was not aware you only raced 1 time for cost so we opted out plus didnt want to wait til the race start time. Otherwise had a great time

I came here just to drive the karts, and it was a lot of fun. My best adult lap was 44.632 which felt pretty fast. Some karts are in better condition than others, but you cant tell until youre driving it. My only complaint is that the start/finish line is inside the slowdown zone so you cant compete your final lap at full speed to get an accurate lap time.

We got the memberships for the discounts and theyre definitely worth it if you get the 5 pack. The Holo and Laser tag were fun, the rope course has a mini indoor zipline. They have some of the classic arcade games, including Time Crisis. All in all a lot of fun.

This place is amazing my grandson has the best birthday ever he turned 12 and he took five of his cousins and the parents just sat and relaxed while andrettis workers did the rest I was so pleased with this place Im telling all of my friends about it

Disappointed by the lack of customer service by Nicole. She was rude and uncaring. The rest of the experience was ok. The race carts are fun and they have enough activities to spend half a day. I just wish for staff to be more customer service driven. Not sure if I will return.

Stay Away ! Not following none of the Covid Guidelines ! Not social Distancing at all! Upon arrival me n my family we’re welcomed by a friendly staff Though , while in line I began doing our registration so that by time we get to the counter to pay it won’t hold things up anymore by doing so I missed out on observing how things were being done prior to payingLong story short it’s not safe there’s virtual games near checkout and we literally watched some patrons get off the game and the staffer hang the face shields up without cleaning themI told the Supervisor ,he told me that some of th staff are lazy and are just not going to do what there told he apologized and walked over to the staffer and made him clean it ! You guys know I wanted a refund of the $239 bucks but it was not an option **NoREfunds **Frustrated ! mad went out the door to leaveBut then it came to me I had a big container of Clorox wipes so we went back in and prior to playing any game we cleaned them and tried to distance as much as possible ,rode the carts a few times and leftOverall great attraction but in need of a more structured Management team

This was such a great place for my family and I to gather! We rode go-karts, bowling, laser tag, and arcade games. It was clean! Also, we went during the day time and it just felt like it was a kid friendly place despite the bar. I would gladly plan another family outing at this Andretti!! The staff was friendly especially in the restaurant. The food was good. Hand sanitizer in different areas but I didnt see them wiping stuff down in the arcade area or after the use of the adult go karts. Dont know if it matters or not, just keep your own hands clean. Everybody had on masks. I would definitely recommend this place and come again with family and friends.

Great experience and lots of fun for the whole family! Would have given it 5 stars, but the prices are pretty ridiculous to enjoy their combos of virtual reality, race track, ropes, and/or lazer tag. Youll spend close to $80 a person (which is expensive for average to large sized families) to enjoy everything, which I didnt expect. In spite of this, we overall, had a great experience and well definitely be back! Check them out!

We had a wonderful day full of Karting, VR and arcade games! This is fun for all ages! We had a hiccup with some other customers which the intermediate track associates tried very hard to assist but the other customers were not cooperative. Employee Amari was very attentive and researched our experience and made it right for us with great diplomacy. We so appreciated it! This is our second visit but will not be our last!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. this was awful .. they said that their Bowling alley was “sold out” with only two lanes occupied .. they were obviously not sold out of lanes . The guy at the door made a rude remark when I asked if I needed to wear a mask and I found that to be very rude and unnecessary- a simple “yes” would have sufficed. and their photo booth audio didn’t even work.. I spent $75 to ride go carts that I could’ve ran faster then for 10minutes. save your money and go next-door to Topgolf or fun spot or literally anywhere else on the planet.

Our Family went here the 1st week of June this year. The place was packed but their employees constantly walked around cleaning. Place was very nice very clean and my family and I enjoyed our whole visit here. If you come make sure you try the go carts, they are fast and very fun at this location.

This place is a lot of fun. They have plenty of space and lots to do. We went primarily for the Karting which was a blast in it own right, but the establishment is adjourned with video games, simulated racing and lazer tag, 4D experiences along with a restaurant. They have 3 available racing tracks, 1 with inclines and declines for the Karting. I have been to other Karting establishments and this by far is my favorite. Windows are spread around to spectate and they also have a pretty large sized bar with TVs in a Trendy lighted environment upstairs overlooking one of the tracks. I probably didnt name everything they have, like I stated we went only for drinks and racing but their website should list all their activities. All is all I highly recommend a visit here.

Fun for all ages, affordable and great food. Their picture booth was fun but I would suggest more options and better backgrounds.

This place is nice, surely got a game for everyone and the go karts are awesome. The main reason for the 3 star rating is this : the games, food and racing is EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. For example one adult and a junior 2 races each, one round of laser tag, a beer and a soda will drain you $140.00. If time works on your favor you can be out in about an hour. So it is fun but, with those prices this just became a once in a lifetime experience.

Love this place, came a few months back before the pandemic and had a great time. Love the ability to just drive for hours on end and race against friends and family. I throughly enjoyed myself and always want to stay longer.

Expensive for a bad experience. Staff was extremely rude except one. Telling people to hurry up and get out and didn’t say anything about people bumping into other cars. Got hit really hard and they did nothing. One in Melbourne is way cheaper and better, and Dave n busters has a way better arcade with better prizes and staff. Won’t be coming again.

Nice clean place where the entire family can have loads of fun. Arcade, Indoor Go-Kart, Bowling Alley, well supplied bar for adults, restaurant & much more, came here on a 1st visit for a birthday party & cannot wait to come again just for a day of fun, even considering celebrating a birthday here as well. Loved my 1st visit!!!

So many things to do! Both kids and adults are wide eyed at this place..bowling, sports bar, ropes course, laser tag, go karts and more! Just dont plan on eating there. Youll wait FOREVER for your food. Other than that, a great place for the family!

It reminds me of a better version of Dave and Busters. The race course is the best experience they have. I would go back just to race the cars.

Came here for the first time before we headed home for the day. It was really fun time on the track drove track 2 and 3. Track 2 has more turns and is a more technical course while track 3 has more straight aways and having a fast cart is more beneficial. Both were fun and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. Building was nice and games were fun.

I’m sure this place is a lot of fun during normal circumstances, but I would recommend that anybody who’s concerned about social distancing stay away. The staff here aren’t following through on enforcing any of the procedures. For one thing, it was super packed, which made me nervous in and of itself. I would’ve liked some capacity limitations. Then there’s the fact that even though it says masks are required, there were a ton of people not wearing them inside, and nobody was telling them to put it back on. Nobody observed the 6 feet rule inside. There were spots to stand on in the line to register, but NOBODY was following it, and the line was just a huge clump. We went bowling there, and that was probably where I felt the most unsafe. Every lane is open, they don’t have any blocked off for social distancing. When you go, you’re forced to share a section and table with another group instead of having the whole space to yourself. My group of 3 was wedged in between two very large groups both right on top of us (many of whom were not wearing masks properly!). I was also disgusted that we had to share balls with the group next to us. Yeah, what better way to avoid catching corona than by having to constantly be touching balls that the people next to you just touched? I really wanted to have a good time when I went, because the place seems like it’d normally be a lot of fun. But until the staff starts being more thorough with their covid procedures, I can’t recommend that anybody go here.

I could be 3 stars but overall I had a great time the manager made a change on how I felt about this place due to false advertising online and me going there with my hopes high but the manager fix the mistake so I say 4 stars although I know safety was a thing wish the whole race track would slow down just because somebody’s grandma can’t drive then your not even going fast your wholllleeee raceAnd not a priority so when you want to race again you might have to wait a hour to enjoy 7 mins of racing ( please no grandmas again ) so honestly this place is alright , it’s not the top of the line fun but it’s a good time out of you willing to pay the amount it take to feed your thrills for the day!

Went here for a friends birthday party and had the most amazing experience. We played laser tag, did a couple of rounds of bowling, and got to play some of the games in the arcade. I will be going back to do the gocarts and the rope thing they had inside. They even have those cool VR games.

This place was packed on a Saturday night. Waited over an hour for a track time.. which was spent at the SkyBar. Definitely not operating with any less capacity and many people were not wearing masks. But the place seemed clean enough, the staff seemed overtaxed just getting people organized for their race.Overall a good experience but like any of the I-drive attracrions, try to go when less busy.

Where can I start, there was a few things that I could say on this review but the only thing I will say for the price we pay we don’t get the service we deserve. I am local who had family over and brought them to one of my favorite places to go. Due to the rudeness of employees I will not be returning, this place wants to charge top prices but won’t get top employees. Like I said won’t go over detail. All I can say it was a terrible experience. As a costumer service employee please train you’re employee’s.

Took an 8 yr old and 5 yr old; both boys. Both thought of their respective tracks as boring and not worth it. The 5 yr old did the Mini Mario Kart. The track is extremely small and the kart extremely slow. I can understand the slow speed of the kart but the track is an oval about 10-12 ft long. Even a 5 yr old found it boring. He gets more area to drive when we rent the kids cars at the mall. The same was the case for my 8 yr old. The Jr track is just too small. He was yelling he was bored while he was still driving around the track. Neither was really worth the price.They both did like the laser tag. Although the time is very short and the area small. The 8 yr old was disappointed that it wasnt more serious. People basically just stood there right next to each other and shot. No one really tried to hide or move around much. Guess for a kid, he wanted people to take it more serious so he could imagine some real battle. We also paid to play arcade games. Most are the same as at D&B. They played a few but they again arent very interesting and theyve played them before. Overall. May go back when they can ride the big track but that will be a long time from now.

Place is definitely not worth the money, staff is extremely rude, could not care less about you enjoying your experience. If you’re looking for a fun arcade i would just go to Dave and busters, and if you’re looking to ride go carts I’d recommend going to the Andretti in Melbourne, atleast there it isn’t over priced and people are actually extremely welcoming

What a place no matter what age. Incredible technology from Sims to virtual 3 D glasses. Experience from racing on three different tracks to eating and grabbing a drink afterwards. Tuesday you get half price of the first two races. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

We did a field trip for our school, American Collegiate Academy. The laser tag, go carts, and bowling was awesome. And they had every game you could imagine. They have VR games and a zip line also.

So.. the place was great.. the Race Karting.. awesome!!! Stiff turning though. We were told things werent open..even tho they were. Didnt get to do Laser Tag or Zipline.

My son had his 16th birthday here. We had multiple changes and a complicated wish list. Chairia our party planner worked with us to make sure everything came out just right and even texted me pictures of our party racing. Vanessa was my bar tender. She was friendly and knowledgeable and super supportive . This was a great teenager birthday party. I would definitely book here again for future parties and events.

Went to Andrettis with my girl last night. We played games till they closed. My girl won us over 200 tickets, and I won over a thousand. But I gave them all to her so she could get a big prize. This place is very cool and would recommend to anyone wanting to plan a night out.

This was an amazing family experience! We booked a package for my cousins 18th birthday party and we got to do EVERYTHING! From the bowling, to the laser tag, driving the carts and doing laser tag everyone enjoyed themselves from the little kids up to the adults! We had a team of 4 employees that guided us to each thing when it was our turn but John, Sylvia and I cant remember the other 2 name but they were all AMAZINGGGGG!!!!!! If I ever plan a party there I want the exact same team of people guiding me cuz they were phenomenal!

This review specifically concerns COVID mitigation lacking for this business. I was there on a Saturday in October. Some observations:- Clearly little to no capacity limits. Line was stretching almost out the door for waivers by 2 PM with several hundred individuals already in the building. Go-kart wait was 2-3 hours to give an idea on capacity.- I saw 1 person with a spray bottle in the arcade section. No one was actively wiping down machines between uses; certainly not in a timely manner- Go-kart steering wheels were not being sanitized between heats.- No real efforts made towards enforcing social distancing especially in arcade sections- 3 active children parties were being held simultaneously!- Mask enforcement was sporadic. Cannot really blame the staff for others disregard but certainly increased the risk for everyoneBusinesses have a right to be open but shame on Andrettis for not taking the situation more seriously and keeping the safety of staff/customers in mind. Risk here is very high!

Despite the wifi for everything going down, the manager on duty was quick and efficient in handling everything. We got to do free laser tag! The go karts were so much fun and the food was absolutely delicious! Will be back here in the future for sure!

Went last night to this place and it is NOT safe for covid. We called ahead to ask about capacity and safety precautions for covid and they said they operated at 25% capacity. The place was packed. Lines werent following social distancing. I counted about 4 hand sanitizing stations (one was empty) and they were really difficult to find and access. Went around 4pm left around 8pm and the parking lot was packed. The room to check in for go karting was packed. No one was enforcing or following social distancing.For the go kart helmets you do have to keep your mask on and wear a head sock. But i saw staff not sanitizing all the helmets. I literally walked in the area where youre supposed to get a helmet, saw people place their used helmets in the center racks and one of the staff members started distributing those used helmets to my group. Did not see anyone sanitize or use their uv sanitizing station. They were running behind but the staff was overwhelmed and management needs to give them more time in between races to prepare helmets, racers and not have a small area be so packed.We paid for the $35 package but did not end up using all of it. Definitely not worth your safety. Please dont go during this pandemic. Many people brought their kids and its just not safe.They need to have hand sanitizer more accessible and need to stop overpacking the place. It should be 25% of usable customer space and not 25% of the whole facility, because the area customers will be in wont be on those tracks. They need to subtract the space used by machines and allotted for the tracks, bowling alleys, and laser tag area from the total square footage to truly get the usable square footage that customer will be congregating in.

Bad A$$ place! Took our 5 kids and had a blast! Adult go kart track was awesome. Loved how they had a go kart tracks for the smaller kids. My six-year-old got to drive one by himself for the 1st time

Very expensive, very crowded, one employee reprimanded me because I inadvertently touched the virtual reality goggles without permission. He told me that he would have to re-sanitize the goggles because I touched them.I understand this is a business and they have to make money. But people who want their children to have fun shouldnt have to pay one or two hundred dollars for an hour or two for an enjoyable time.

Fun place, arcade a little over priced. The virtual reality was awesome. Buy the pass and vip membership, well worth it.

Customer service was fast and at every corner making sure everyone was having a great time in a covid safe place. We dined ordering the Buffalo wrap and craft your own pizza their food definitely made up for the drinks.

This place is awesome, reasonably priced and decent food. Highly recommend for some family fun.

Was very fun an not to noisy! Had tons of games to play and even had every other game shut down for social distancing which I thought was great. Everyone wore mask the whole time and workers were even seen walking round wiping down vacant games.

Excellent place to spend time with your children. Arcade, bowling, dining, indoor racing and more....Did not have temperature check and thats one of the downsides.

Definitely won’t be returning to this place unless I hit the lottery. It’s a money scam. Bowling is pricey ($45/hour) , go-carts are $22+tax for 1 ride. Game room uses $1.75 per game which of course leaves an unused $1.25 amount on your card once you’re done playing. Paid $10 for some nachos that only had cheese on the top of the stack, then when I asked for some more queso/cheese for the remaining chips I had to pay $3 for a cup of cheese. For those of you with money to waste you may enjoy it, but for anyone with a family I’d suggest Dave & Busters ANYDAY !

Nicest, most fun tracks in the area. The karts were pretty fast and track employees keep watch to maintain a solid flow to try to get you to the fastest lap time.

Nice scenery but unfair to the younger population my 9 year old was made to stay behind while everyone else got on the go carts because she didnt have a permit!! Thats sick she couldve just rode with one of us nobody wants to have their kid standing around while their enjoying themselves

I went here a couple of weeks ago and it was a pretty good experience. When I went I only tried out the karting so I can only speak on my experience for that. Andretti as a whole seems to be pretty fun so I will be coming back!

Staff is friendly and we had a great time doing mini go kart, go kart, laser tag, and the games.

Its not bad. A little pricey on the video games. Dont expect to see some huge go-cart track. The tracks are actually very silly. On a positive note, all of the female staff were easy on the eyes ;) Whoevers in charge of hiring keep up the good work!

They have the best food I have eaten while vacationing in Orlando. We had a party of 13 and the customer service and food was impeccable. I recommend them highly. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

The place has a great variety of games and the indoor carts are really enjoyable. The down side is the price. The games are a bit expensive (when you can directly stack them up to dave and busters) and the bowling side needs dire repair. The bowling balls look like they could tell you war stories from yesteryear.

We came to try the go-kart track because it looked good and fun. We were extremely disappointed. The track is actually pretty small. The karts don’t even go fast enough. No one was even able to pass eachother. It was basically like a train and that’s it. There are much better and cheaper places to go-kart

During visit, I had purchased the $31 VR-challenge. However, both Virtual Realtiy boothes were unable to be used with the VR challenge pack. We were not warned of the time slot issue with one booth while another literally did not work with our cards. Hopefully they will make sure to inform their customers in the future as well as making sure their VR attractions work.

Almost as slow ad fun spot.. track is small and slow ... constant slowing down of karts and employees too busy hanging out ...if you want a good experience ... check out speedway indoor karting in daytona for indooror try orlando Karting center in orlando for outdoor ..they are both cheaper and enjoyable

Well the atmosphere seemed a little over crowded. They should have more options for food.However ... whoever hired the young man to handle the little children’s track must of knew he Was perfect to work with children.He was dealing with 4 little kids at one time. He was Great with kids! He was patient and just amazing personality to deal with kids.I have been to fun spot , universal and a lot of Themeparks. In the kiddy areas the employees never treat the kids like guests, the treat them like a inconvenience. He makes me want to bring my children back over and over again. Just because he provided great customer service to my self , my friend and our children.Great job on hiring a wounderful young man! I truly hope he gets a bonus or something. Wow this is a great vacation family fun spot. Reasonably priced.

Over crowded, over priced, and overly hyped. The games were great but it costs a lot to even play when some of the games can be found at Chuck e cheese. Upside: go Karting is sick and so is the laser tag, Plus they serve alcohol. But the combo is kinda whack when you can do just as much and more at Booms. Wont be visiting again.

This place is amazing, clean and well kept. I liked the friendly staff and the food was very good. We reccomend de quesadillas at the Andretti Grill. Prices were not too bad. Overall we recommend Andretti Indoor to have fun with your family.
