Lots of room to run and play. Nice variety of obstacles to try. Large selection of video games. Very clean place. Kids loved it !!

Pretty fun for the kids, need more seating area on the gates inside the jumping area so that parents can watch children comfortably. Need more padding around center box in the jumping area. Need to repair the basket ball jumping goal in the front. Shooting game was down on 2 separate visits.. Needs tables and chairs near the consession stand for eating. other than that its a great place for kids.

Outer Limitz is a nice place to go and play. The staff was nice and courteous. The food area was clean and the staff used gloves when handling food. The bounce areas were clean. The obstacle course is near the ceiling which is cool. Maybe add a fan as it gets quite warm up there. Overall a good place for my daughter to wear out some energy. Will bring her back again.

I was visiting orlando and came across this place. From the outside it isnt super inviting but the inside is great. Awesome for kids and families but also great for a good cheap workout (which is why i was there) super fun with tons of stuff to do.

Chad was extremely rude when we were talking to him about my daughter birthday cake. We did not see on the website where it says we cant bring in a cake. When we said something to Chad about it he turned and pointed to the sign and pointed and told us that if we didnt like it we can take our business somewhere else. When I asked to speak with the manger he replied with I am the manger. So I asked for his bosses number and he pointed to some flyer and smirked about it. I asked him to right his name down and the number and he told just to remember it. This is our 1st trip to this place and we will never return.

This place is amazing for kids.

Went here with my brother recently and was very satisfied with the experience! Polite staff that will answer any questions and monitors for safety. Many activities to choose from, including: dodgeball, VR station, arcade games, party rooms, ropes course, foam pit, rock climbing and a large trampoline area. I would recommend Outer Limitz Arena to anyone in the area looking for some fun.

First time at Outer Limitz. Found it to be gloomy and not much to do. Didnt like the layout of the place. The kids did not care for it either and prefer Defy over OL. Ordered a pizza for all of us and it was good.

Great place but, I didn’t like the fact that I have to pay for another jumping socks, I have mine (and it’s jumping socks too!).Also, this a sport, and everyone here get tired and after half hour or so you’re going to feel it is hot and there’s no oxygen, needs more AC I think

Staff is unprofessional, place is dingy, I would not recommend a birthday party here as my sons was almost ruined because of the lack of professionalism and customer service. They would rather lose the sale of a a birthday party then use customer service, they let me walk out, when I read on line the gratuity claimer and my son nearly cried because his party was ruined I went back in and let my son have his party. If your going to charge 8% gratuity then it should be earned by the staff. I think the staff needs to be trained on customer service skills especially if your going to chatge us gratuity. This place is ok for a day visit but biethday paeries ahould definitely be done someone where else it was not worth over $400.And yes I was rude when the staff was unprofessional and almost ruined my sons birthday.

My son and his friend had a nice time. This was one of the smaller Trampoline parks we’ve been to but it fit the bill for a quick afternoon activity for the children.

We went there from Cocoa Beach, we checked on google map the working time. We drove there and they said only for members and we must to register the membership because that day was for members only. I said I have 4 kids and just want to pay for 2 hours. They said not. I talked to the supervisor since they never notified that on Google Map (it just said open) They should put “Today open only for members”. Supervisor did not care most likely because she is not owner or something. We got to leave.

Fun place for the whole family but needs some updating.

It was a lot of fun! However, I want to recommend you go over some safety rules such as not running onto a trampoline as someone else is jumping.

Customer service is the worst. Management is completly untrained and definately not people oriented. They fo not help and handle issues terribly. Defininately not recommended.

The place was quiet, so we had all the time to enjoy every single jump. Highly recommended to spend some time and burn few calories.

Not as fancy as some other indoor trampoline parks but certainly makes up for it with friendly attendants, nice variety of activities and reasonably priced. Well spent family day.

Went yesterday 7/5/19 Friday !!My daughter had fun but to be honest most of the things are broken there! The restrooms need attention as they smell super bad and need maintenance, most of the games are shut down in the arcade! All corners of the building have nothing but junk stacked up , massage chairs are old and most of them don’t work and the staff don’t even talk to you! No friendly faces to greet you to suggest or even helps.

I giggled relentlessly for an hour. Apparently, Im just a big kid. 10/10.

Kinda a lil expensive but the kids loved it ..side note: I took (4) 7 years olds u only need 1 hour...they Lil bones cant take all that contact jumping etc so no need for 2 hours of play

Many amenities for kids (more than at other similar places), close to other attractions in the area. Great for kids birthday parties.

My daughter had her 8th birthday party here last weekend. I was really worried about the high cost and was worried it wouldnt be worth it. I was very wrong. Kids AND parents absolutely loved it. The party staff was amazingly helpful/kind. I thought the 2hr party option would have been more than enough but we upgraded to the 3hr party and thank goodness we did because after 2 hrs the kids still wanted to play more. All 15 kids in the party stayed the whole 3hrs and probably would have stayed longer if they could! I would highly recommend this place for birthday parties or just a family fun day.

Just okay, the staff kinda hovers over you the whole time and is constantly asking to see the bracelet. Place was kind of empty, probably one of the reasons why.

Its a fun place I take my kids there all the time! But, they play music that they want to hear, and I mean they as in the people who work there end when I look around I seen nothing but kids running around and Im hearing Migos cooking dope in a crock pot and they tell me that its the clean version when I say something to them or theyll be playing Future Molly Percocet! Now I like these artists I like their music but not when there are a bunch of kids running around it doesnt make sense to me Ive been there a dozen times and every time theyre playing the same music

Best jump central

Our 3 and 6 year old did not want to leave. We all had a great time and there are a number of different activities to experience. My 6 year old tried the rock wall several times and kept getting discouraged and giving up. One of the employees, Richard, was very patient with him and kept encouraging him. After a number of failed attempts, our son was half way up the wall and about to give up again when Richard told him to hang on...and then Richard got his gear on and climbed next to our son and guided him to the top. It was the kindest and sweetest thing. He’s awesome!

Love taking my toddler here, even my teenage boys enjoy going.

Friendly, affordable play for family and kids

Rico is very rude and uncooperative, my family and I purchased a Silver package so that we could all play cageball during our experience. When we saw the state of the machine after paying, we were instantly disappointed. The scoreboard and electronic functions were all broken, as for the ball, it was only a ball of green duct tape with a plus-sign of black duct tape on it. Very disappointed with Rico as the manager, consistently arguing with people, would not recommend or return.

My kids and I love this place. Not too crowded and plenty of room to play and jump.We’ve been here twice already.

Called to reserve for a birthday party. Nobody answers the phone, and this is so bad that it has a voice mailbox that is full. SO obviously nobody checks the voicemail either. In response to the comment about being on the phone. I called several days throughout the day with same results. Nobody on earth is that busy. Going to go somewhere that wants to have us.

Was there a few weeks ago for a birthday party. The kids all had a great time. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Victor and Benjamin went out above and beyond interacting with my sons when they were overseeing the basketball and other areas to make sure they were having fun.

Well,Been here many times and had fun with my kids. Except this time!I brought my toddler, my 10 year old, and myself. I paid full price myself In order to watch my toddler and extra 5 dollars for her. Plus full price for my 10 year old. (40 in total, for 1 hour... which is fine)But it isnt fine, when an employee not in a uniform shirt, decides to take over and do all kinds of spirals, double back flips, 360 flips, fast flips , i dont even know what else ...... most of everyone had to clear out, we had to get out because he almost hit someones child.It doesnt matter how professional they think they are... the point is, i paid 40 dollars for 1 hour and had to get out because my children could not even jump in a trampoline park.I approached the manager( so he says he was), all he had to say was I understand.Never again!

I had my sons birthday party here on Saturday. The best experience ever! I didnt have to worry about anything but the cake and filling out a waiver for my son. The kids had so much fun jumping around and it tired them out! The host was amazing and all of the employees were so sweet. Thanks!

Took the whole family and it was GREAT! plenty of activities and service was good. Looking forward to it again.

I must admit that I’m biased because trampoline jumping is my favorite activity EVER! My family enjoys this place a lot! I want them to offer better pricing in the form of a membership discount. The bathrooms are a little yucky, but the rest of the facility is pretty awesome! It’s fun for children and adults!

Do not recommend this place for birthday parties. They are over priced , charge for every single thing they provide , birthday packet is very limited the only thing included in the birthday package is pizza and water ( not even pitcher of juice for the kids ) and of course Jump time for $350+ dollars . Save your money and do not book a party here , you only get 50 mins of room time , I recommend just going to jump and just use groupon to buy the ticket .Host does not sing happy birthday or interact with the kids , the ONLY thing they do is cut the cake for you and serve the pizza so no point in booking a room ( they also kick you out of the room and tell you take your stuff out as soon as the 50mins is over ( we were last party of the day )They provide you a survey which they immediately read in front of you ( which is unprofessional) , instead of taking constructive criticism, they were rude after seeing the survey.We could barely think of anything nice to put on the survey but saying the host was nice even though she did the bare minimum. And the jumping was fun ( which at least the jumping was fun )The manager Jamarcus on shift could careless about the unsatisfied experience. And store manager was not on site to speak to .Birthday party experience was a no go for us .**Jumping was fun though , just make sure you eat before you go they don’t have a lot of options

I have had better experience here before but this will be the last one. Before filling the waiver I ask about the groupon special advising the I was going to purchase it, complete the waiver bought the special and didn’t work out I guess you have to buy the Groupon 24hrs prior. No good, that was the first thing that I mention when I walk in with a group of 6 kids. So I took my family to Airheads Orlando. Won’t be coming back poor customer service they have a bunch of poorly trained kids taking care customer. Don’t waist your trip and go straight to Airheads same business.

Brought my nephews and niece here and Benjamin was so awesome!! He played and danced with kids and kept them safe. The property is huge and has lot of stuff for the kids to do. I would definitely recommend it for active children best way to use up their energy.

We were greeted by Benjamin, he was very cheerful, nice, funny and playful! He played in the area with us and made sure we had great service and a good experience! Best referee ever always look for Benjamin he’s the coolest! He’s a keeper

Fun for all ages!

Overpriced!! There were only a few arcade type games and half of them were out of order. The place needs some major improvements and could you send some more games. The bathrooms were terrible and need to be gutted. The only reason they got the two stars they did is because the guys who worked there did a great job with customer service.

Staff is rude, and unorganized. Customer service needs to be improved. Definitely not going back. Save your money.

Don’t waste your time. The check in process is extremely inconvenient and takes entirely too long with the halfwit staff they have employed here and their “managers” are a joke. I find it hard to believe that they let someone who just started growing facial hair last week run the place. It would be worth your while to go somewhere with a staff who cares about more than their minimum wage paycheck.They were unable to accommodate a simple request and unforgiving when we were charged for something we could not participate in. Javier and Caleb were of no help and refused to get us in contact with someone who could.

Perfect place for 4 10year Olds to spend an afternoon. Great for all ages. Fair prices, a lot more than just trampolines, ropes course, climbing wall. Recommend

Benjamin and Karla and all the staff was exceptional tonight!! They made me and my friends night here so amazing and memorable thanks so much guys and Benjamin helping me in the hoops just made the whole trip that much better. You guys rock keep it up

Decent place to go if you need something for your kids to do on a budget

Went for a birthday party plenty for the kids to do. They had a lot of fun!

Benjamin at the Rock Wall was by far the best encounter of our whole adventure. Major kudos for working so well with all my girls. He is a true asset to your team. Thanks Ben for making out time very enjoyable.

Took the kids on a Friday and we had a great time. Not a lot of people because it was a weekday and early. My 5 stars are for the staff, specifically Richard. He was awesome with my 2 kids, played with them and was super friendly.

Theyve added more things to do since I visited last. The rock climbing wall was definitely my kids fav. The trampolines are in great condition.

This was such a fun way to spend the day with kids, no theme parks involved. Definitely recommend getting the unlimited pass, an hour or two would not have been enough with all there is to do and taking breaks in between- this is a serious workout! The staff was great and super friendly.

This place is absolutely a joke. The staff conveniently “forgot” to give us the wristbands because we didn’t tip him when we purchased the ticket, so we would waste 15 mins for the 1 hour session. I never heard any place like this just need to ask for “tips”. Then we talked to a manager or supervisor alike, he rudely told us that we had to wait and remind the staff for the wristbands. How the hell your client need to do your staff’s job! This place is $15 an hour just for trampoline, if you need to do something more you need to pay $ 21 an hour. For this price, you will still get treated like trash. Do yourself a favor to skip place sucks like this.

We are locals here in Orlando. We used to go here but not anymore. Its very inefficiently run and its kind of a hassle to go to. Their competitor allows you to fill out a liability waiver ahead of time online which makes things much easier they also have a monthly pass which is dramatically more economical for locals who may go more often instead of paying 20 or $30 each time you go.

Great venue for my 10 year olds trampoline party with lovely (private) party rooms. The staff was generally attentive and well organized, though I wish the actual coaches overseeing the jumping would have controlled more proactively the activity. E.g. call participants out during dodgeball, etc. Still, we had loads of fun and intend to go back again.

We prefer this place over Sky Zone! They charge less for toddlers and they are more flexible on rules. Be sure to bring your ID, they wont let you jump without it.

I love the elevated ropes course, the bungee spider climb as well as the trampolines. These extra activities really help keep the kids entertained

I used to really like this place, but my wife and I noticed that since they changed their name from Rebounderz it had begun to fall off. The last time that I went there was with my son. We saw that they had switched all of their arcade games--from a good set to a poor one in my opinion. The new games have a different game card system than the old ones.The cards my son and I had for the old arcade games had about $60.00 loaded on them. I spoke with the manager and he said that no refunds were being given for the old game cards, and that the tickets earned on them were not redeemable either. He told me that the vendor they rented the old games from handled those issues, but he said he didnt know the name of the company or have any contact information for them. He said they posted notices for a week or two. Unfortunately for me, I hadnt been there in about a month. I asked him why didnt they send an e-mail or call me or my wife. They had our information on file--we had to fill out waiver forms with our personal information in order to jump there. He said they didnt send out information for things like that. I then asked if there was anything he could do, like give discounts for future visits or give coupons or discounts for their food and he said no. Well, that night was the last time I went there, and I will never go there again.

This place is so much fun! They have multiple different trampolines to jump on... dodgeball, basketball, main, and my favorite the foam pit. Good way to workout and have fun at the same time. Staff is friendly and attentive.... Definitely recommend for all ages! :)

Kids love this place

Good time, lots of fun. The staff was very kind and friendly. The internet went down in the area and we had to wait a bit but they all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Saba was very professional as was all of the staff we encountered. Thanks guys, great service goes along way.

My kids loved it!

Drove an hour in a half for a birthday.....paid $88 for two adults and 1 child....we get there the guy checking us in has a huge smile very kind.....then we start jumping we go to the basketball area and right away an employee by the name of yazmin stays right next to us while we are jumping and isnt friendly whatsoever, the entire time she has a frown on her face.....as a matter a fact it continued on every single area we went to....she followed us to each area....we kept being told what we couldnt do. We werent able to enjoy ourselves ....we left after an hour even though we paid for 4 hours....not worth the money and very bad experience!
