Good place for some family fun. My kids really enjoyed themselves. The staff was friendly and patient even though it became busy. As time went on we ended up having the place to ourselves and the staff even skated with my daughter and played the VR game with her. Pizza could have been better but overall we enjoyed ourselves. Oh and you HAVE to get the churro sticks, they were amazing!

Kids had a good time, we ordered some drinks and pizza it was great. Not to mention theyre keeping the place well sanitized!!

This is a completely new arena, I wanted to get my Nephew & his friends to do something different from the usual, it was a last min party booking as I had just found out they had opened up recently, glad they took it. I got the Extreme Fun Package, which is extremely reasonable price & BOBO BALLOONS, like who in the area is doing that it was mesmerizing something very different from the traditional also the set-up is sort of a lounge so instead of the room its a designated themed area, very nice concept. The theme we chose was blue and red, everything happened in a timely and calm manner, our Party Host was great. The mascot came to the cake cutting. The kids had a blast at doing all activities. We were invited to my nephews birthday party here. The kids had an amazing time here. The kids had varies fun to do, they skated, played in the bouncey house, played with the games and a lot more all day long. Got to mention, the staff members were very accomodating, everything went out pretty smooth and efficient for my cousin. She was so happy!! It was a fantastic and memorable experience for my nephew :) . The party host did an excellent job working her way into the fun. Pizza was delicious, we got to know it was fresh from the oven; the best part.Since we had an awesome time here, Im surely looking forward to book my childs birthday here in the near future and will recommend to everyone!

Thank you to the incredible staff at Funtania for helping me with hosting an amazing anniversary party for my staff of 40! The food was great, the staff serving my team were extremely friendly and helpful, and the activity options are endless. Definitely will be coming back!

Cool place to take littler with bumper cars and ice rink for the main sections. The bounce house and VR room are a great addition to the place.

Fantastic indoor amusement center. It has an indoor playground for young kids and arcade games, skating for adults / teens. Great fun for the whole family!

Half the stuff was broken down, much smaller than the pictures and descriptions would lead you to believe. Most of the pictures on their site must be of a different location because this all was very run-down and many things look nothing like the pictures on the website. The VR room was the worst, only one thing worked properly. There were a couple arcade games scattered around the main area, only the air hockey worked. The bumper cars arena was barely bigger than my bathroom, with only a couple feet of free space to move around in. The only somewhat good thing was the synthetic ice, but even then it was uneven and looks like it is never maintained so it had lots of deep gouges and tripping hazards.

Great place to spend time and have some wholesome fun. Exhilarating and very entertaining at the same time.

I would put 0 stars if it were an option. Not a place I would ever come back to. Super tiny. Ice is not real. The kids couldnt do what they want when they wanted because of the lack of staff. I complained and was told that they usually only get busy at certain times of the day and staff accordingly. Well, it is a Saturday and a rainy day in a theme park vacation area. You would think they would have staffed accordingly. Didnt even apologize.

Disappointed.Walked right out.Very tight quarters inside. Very dark.Not for kids over age 8 because they’d be too big. My kids were 12&13. Even they expected it to be bigger. The price didn’t justify the location. Drive all this way for nothing. Wouldn’t recommend unless your kids are small.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We celebrated my nieces 8th birthday at this location yesterday 12/18/19 and it was the worst experience ever. The employees were not attentive at all. We had to continuously go to the front desk and ask for the lights to be turned off and the tables to be turned on as advertised. We were basically rushed with our room time- nothing was ready for the party when we arrived the balloons were being blown 45 minutes after we arrived and the balloons looked nothing like what was advertised in on the website. I’m never one to write a poor review however the amount of money that was spent here and the horrible experience this felt like the only option. There was no hostess helping to set up or clean up- as a party we felt like we were not welcomed . We asked for a manager and apparently there was no manager on site. This establishment lacks customer service skills and I will NOT recommend this place to anyone

Omg this place was awesome! Mainly because the staff was awesome and accommodating! The owners daughter was so helpful too and she’s so young! Hareem was so helpful and the person at the cafe everyone. The virtual reality was super cool the kids favorite! They have tables that light up and the gym thing was so cool ! Arena was clean and sanitized, a great place to hang out and chill

We did our boys birthday party here and there were a ton of stuff for the kids to play on. Ice skating was a whole different and new experience for them. The party hall though... Its not the ordinary party halls you would see at most places with plain white walls and white tables, the attention to detail was astonishing. The light up balloons we added in our package gave it an extra glow to the party hall. The package we got was for 20 kids, We got pizza, shlushies and other goodies. We added glitter tattoos in our package, the pricing was on point even after the extra add ons we requested last min. The play areas were well maintained and were enjoyed by the adults too. The staff crew were well trained and helpful, they provided excellent service. At the end of the day, our birthday boy had a lot of fun and so did his friends. They thoroughly enjoyed the fun and new experience at Funtania, they never got bored and could have played all day If we had let them. Surely bringing the kids back for their day outs. Great place to have your kids party here; great spot around Idrive!

Best place to go and have fun well priced and lots of activities

Held my 8 year old birthday celebration here , and it was a fun experience for her and her friends , the staff was great especially Erica .Hopefully next visit , they will have more upgrades done to the place , but it’s still a nice place for little kids .

Dont waste your time and money! The ice skating rink is not an ice skating rink. The floor is made of plastic. Its very hard to skate on it. Most of the equipment dont work properly. The place is just not worth it.

1st time ice skating, it was a lovely experience, the synthetic is good for balancing compared to real ice, it is a workout but, its worth it. It took us sometime to get skating but, it wasnt so hard as long as you listen to the guidance the staff gives. we had a very good experience.

This whole place is a death trap. Ive never had to sign a waiver for skating but soon realized why. The jungle gym is very dangerous. Not impressed with the way it is put together and will never go back. Dont waste your time or money there!

Perfect site for a kids party and the staff is awesome

This place is AWFUL. We took my little sister here for her 8th birthday, in hopes it would be more fun than the regular ice rink because the regular ice rink was only open for hours on her birthday. We couldnt have been more wrong.When I called the day before, I was told it was a full sized rink. HA! It was about half the size, if that, of any ice rink Ive ever been to. But let me start from the beginning of our arrival.We pull in after searching for it for several minutes, there is no sign on the building that you can see, only on the sign for the plaza. There are no cars in the parking lot. Uh-Oh. First red flag. I hoped it was just because it was a Monday afternoon. We headed inside. It was My mom, my sister and her best friend, my son and I.We walk inside and we see a girl walk from the front to the back and disappear. After a couple of minutes she reappears and leads asks what she can help us with. First impressions of this place are not good, but the girls immediately run over to the play area/jungle gym type thing and start playing. The place itself looks cheap, but could be worse. It seems clean and the 2 girls that were working, and appeared to be the only ones in the building, were friendly enough. somewhat hard to understand at times. There are some features that would be cool if they were not so cheap looking(plasma tables, light up water cases around the desk).We tell her that we want to Skate and she walks us up to the front desk and my mom starts filling out some forms on an ipad to sign us up while the girls play.My sister is super excited at this point because its a new place and so far seems cool and she has been wanting to go ice skating for MONTHS. So my mom pays for her, her friend and me to go ice skating and she is going to watch my son(Hes only 1 and cant go on the rink) while we skate. So we get our skates and get them on and head out on the Ice. We knew it was synthetic ice, but the website states that it is easier to skate on than regular ice. HA HA HA. I am very good at ice skating, I grew up in the North and we went ice skating all the time. This was not even close to easy and NOTHING like regular ice skating. My sister and her friend gave up after about 10 minutes of them both falling non stop. The skates are incredibly uncomfortable(more so than normal skate rentals) and they do nothing to show you how to skate on the fake ice. Your skates literally slide sideways so theres no way for you to push off and go like you would with regular ice. It was like trying to skate on a piece of plastic covered in oil, which is essentially what it was. I gave up after about 20 minutes and trying everything I could think of to make it easier. After having already paid for this and barely skating at all, my mom then paid even more money for the girls to play in the jungle gym area. This was kind of cool, but a small area and not a lot to do. My son enjoyed running around this area, but when I called I was told he would be able to enjoy this soft play area as they had a slide and ball pit and such. Mind you, I told the girl he was only 1. The slide she was referring to was a large slide for older kids that my son most certainly could not have even gotten to, let alone go down, because you have to climb through different obstacles and such to get up to it. The Ball Pit was essentially just a layer of balls covering the floor of said jungle gym. Was extremely disappointed. After paying even more money for the girls to play on this, they were bored after a few minutes because it was such a small area with only a few things to do, so they wanted to play some of the arcade games. Would have been fun had they been able to play more than one game but the complex DOESNT HAVE A CHANGE MACHINE, so we could not get quarters to play games, either. After about an hour in this place we left extremely disappointed, my sister CRYING because it was the worst birthday shes ever had. such a disappointment and HUGE waste of money. Had a blast at WonderWorks after leaving here though.

Glad I made it to the opening! Visiting from Canada with my friends and just googled on our last day of visit and found they had opened up same day, we decided to give it a try, we have been skating all our lives and this was just like it. Great idea team funtania.

Google said it was open until 11pm. No one was there at 9pm and when my wife and I walked in we were greeted by employees who said they were closed. Its a run down trashcan. I think the reviews are fake.
